Behold, a brand new clip has been released:
Sadly unavailable for me. But it seems the first adventure in S2 is going to be crossing the sea and encountering various sea monsters, from Archelon to megalodon.
The pterosaur eating a fish bigger than its head in one bite is hilarious. Never change show.
Friendly reminder that the new season starts tonight.
I just finished re-watching the last episode of Season 1, just so everything is fresh in my mind, because it initially aired almost two years ago.
That ended up being very fortuitous, I made an HBO Max account yesterday but forgot the season started this week.
Will it be available on the Adult Swim website?
So what time tomorrow was it supposed to be up on HBO Max?
It already is, apparently.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."I can't get over how the most recent episode is basically about Fang getting a toxic boyfriend who tempts her to do drugs and betray her old friends.
Oooof that was a sad ending, poor Fang.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."×2
He was pretty chill up until he started eating humans.
I do find it amusing how Spear (a literal caveman) is disgusted when the Celtics tribes healer starts rubbing dung on him.
Did anyone else feel sorry for that sea turtle? And man, was that second episode brutal. New friends! Then abunch of people get eaten and Red gets killed, by Fang no less.

Okay, the show is on Adult Swim's website too so I got to watch the first episode. I'm guessing they do it in a Crunchyroll-style setup where each episode is only available to members at first and then everyone else can watch afterwards.
In the first episode, after the [adult swim] logo appeared, we watched an adult swim across the ocean for 22 minutes. ;)
There seems to be some confusion, I've noticed, about whether the second season is 10 or 5 episodes long. Do we have any proof of which it is?
It's confirmed to be 10 episodes from Genndy's Animation Magazine interview in the previous page. September 15 is cited as the season finale date, and the season debuted with two episodes.
Season 2 Episode 3: When Mira did her drawing in "Slave of the Scorpion," the episode title led me to think that that "The Scorpion" was one guy, a ruler of some kind, largely because she drew one guy with horns, and Spear focused on that, but after watching this episode, I guess that's just a symbol of this one tribe, and there are several guys with horns.

After having watched the most recent episode, I have at least two things that I need to talk about-
1. Now that Mira has been found and retrieved, just what do you think is going to happen to her now? I mean, the only reason that she traveled with both Spear and Fang in her original debut was because she was in a strange land and had no where else to go. But now, since she is finally back with her own people and has even convinced Spear to help liberate them all from their captors, wouldn’t it make more sense, story-wise, for her to part ways with both Spear and Fear to go live with her people and resume their lives before their village was attacked?
2. I cannot help but wonder if we’ll ever get to see any more human(-like) females that look more like either Spear’s Mate or Mira, rather than just some elderly females that look like they were deliberately designed to be ugly and grotesque, like they were meant to be only just barely higher up the evolutionary chain than those various ape-men creatures that appeared in season one.
Note - that second statement was intended to be an actual query, not any type of sexist or racist slander and what-have-you
Axemen Riding Bears? What is this, Kislev?
Sanity is the Lie, there is only Madness.Damn not even halfway through the episode and I think Spear and Fang have already killed more than 50 people.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Watching the end, is it possible we have a new villain?
Wow, I don’t know whose side I’m supposed to be on now.

I know I've touched on this in other threads, but what's likely to become of Primal after the Discovery merger and the cancellation of so many shows that aren't established franchises?
You are correct. That was a big post and I missed that bit. So, to restate it here at the start of a new page for everyone:
"The first two episodes will air on Adult Swim on Thursday July 21st before streaming on HBO Max the next day. The 10-episode season will continue airing a new episode weekly from there, until the season finale on September 15."
