This is more of a thing for Image Pickin, but I don't think there were able to come up with a suitable image last time this was discussed.

Like how Tearjerker uses a tear drop and how Funny uses a laughing face, the visual novel page buttons also need an icon for it. They tend to get placed in the "More" button since they don't have an icon.
The icon should be similar to the example image. Being a small text box with minimal dialogue lines in it (as most visual novels are).
