Auolish is going to pick up on that...
I wear the skin of the Elder Things, having come unto my own.As an added note, Nadia's speech is red to illustrate her putting on an act. Her 'actual' speech is blue, which only comes out when the façade is dropped.
borkRemember how I said Auolish hangs around the background absorbing information in her bio? Her cryptic statements reflect that she's not as stupid as she makes herself appear. Being loud is just how she gets the effects of her Semblance to fade a bit.
She has an Obfuscating Stupidity act, but actually knows quite a bit and is hardworking, not lax/tactless like she appears.
I wear the skin of the Elder Things, having come unto my own.Adrian has noticed Nadia's ever-changing accent, he just chalking it up as one of her traits. He won't mention it unless it becomes an issue to him. Don't think he's noticed that it's an act yet though...how long have they been a team again?

One month-ish IIRC.
Also I'm having a fairly hard time getting into the swing of things, since I'm not used to doing genki-type character.

Timers to measure time, thermometers to measure thermomets, mometers to measure mom, and measuring containers to measure measurements.Forgive me for being a noob about this, but would students at Beacon have at least decent control over their Semblance or something?
Timers to measure time, thermometers to measure thermomets, mometers to measure mom, and measuring containers to measure measurements. From what some posts have implied, it's been a month since Initiation. And well, looking at the sheets, I suppose how talented someone would be with their semblance would really up to the player, whether their character knows how to use it and well, to still getting the hang of how much they can REALLY do, to being unsure if they actually even have one.
So...yeah, I suppose it's really up to you.
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Yeah – Nadia's mask is really breaking now.
She's still acting kinda extraverted, though, so good for her on that.
Edit: Posted. Couldn't wait any longer.

bork@Sven: are we doing this again? chick magnet rank EX.
Nothing is what it seems. Master of Shipping and Sadism.Nice to see that whole farce lasted less than ten pages. New record!
Also this is the second of my characters to have a ship teasing interaction with one of Sven's. I wonder if I should be concerned.
borkAuolish helped, don't forget that.
I wear the skin of the Elder Things, having come unto my own.
Probably has some Lei genes in him!
Hmm...nah.

A conversation between two stutterers is always fun.
borkWell, that or cute. Kinda depends, I suppose.
And we're past 200 posts, too. Time flies.

Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Uh, Scarlet isn't a Faunus. Marvin is tho.
"I am nature's weapon. You are unfit to carry on your species, and I shall ensure that you do not do so!" - Charles Darwin, XCOM SniperI thought Scarlet was a Faunus, my bad.
OK, edited.
I only thought Scarlet was a Faunus because she got angry at Azure's "racist statements."

I wear the skin of the Elder Things, having come unto my own.She was angry on Marvin's behalf. Scarlet's the only human on the team.

Usually suddenly, violently and all over the place XP
-dramatic music ensues-Sorry guys, I don't have Skype. I'm on the Discord server, though.
I wear the skin of the Elder Things, having come unto my own. This has gone on for far too long. Stand by.
Oh, last thing: I forgot to add that each team doing Ct F has been issued flags. Whoever wants to, edit your post and plant them some place to ready yourselves.
I don't think Auolish has the flag and I don't want to assume she has the flag.
She has an idea though.
1) Plant flag in shallow water.
2) Have Marvin be nearby so he can zap the water when enemies come to take it.
3) If the other team wants the flag, they have to go into the water.
4) Others patrol the beach—it's an open area, so they'll see people coming.
5) If either team doesn't win, it'll be a stalemate, which is better then losing.
I wear the skin of the Elder Things, having come unto my own.The beach area isn't as open as you think. There's still stuff like jutting rocks, a bit more ruin and tide pools on the approach to the watch tower. So you do have some cover for that.
The GM's asked that we not post until he makes another gmpost.
Good to be back
She's technically not trying to do anything. It's just sort of coming out that way. It's why it's inconsistent as well.
I like to imagine her accent keeps changing ever so slightly every time she speaks. Even midway through a sentence.
