Itty Bitty Wiki Tools has a tool that strips all spoiler tags from a page. I've used it once, and I should warn you that it leaves a few ']]' marks on the page if people are potholing stuff behind spoiler tags

Oh, sweet. Thanks!
Will take care with the pothole markup accordingly before running the tool; and it's nice to know about the other tools too.

We have those?
The amount of times I've wasted doing a lot of that stuff manually and we have tools to folderize, to scrub spoilers, and they are advertised nowhere in the fucking wiki besides the administrativia index?
I'm gonna go scream into a pillow.

Perhaps that would make a good suggested feature for an upcoming update. Have the tools more visible/readily available in the edit window.
Optimism is a duty.
In trying to clean a Nightmare Fuel page and relocate Fridge Horror examples I came across a minefield of a Fridge page that contains 202 instances of [[spoiler:, and while I can scrub the first half of the markup out via text replacement tools the end brackets are still a nuisance (and scrubbing those out would require I manually re-add ]] to folder tags, notes, etc.) By Administrivia.Spoilers Off standards each tag should be purged, but I'm not sure what the most efficient tool would be to doing that short of taking half an hour to just do things manually.
How do editors usually go about this stuff? Or should I just suck it up and do it half-manually?
