Hey guys, just got back from a con. You'll never guess what I saw....

The fuck? I've just been following the Youtube channel so I have not heard about any of this shit.
So look back on topic, I found a girl at a convention who did a complete Charlie cosplay, and I saw a few people with HH shirts, so I guess this is still kicking.
Regardless of your opinion of the last American election, we can all agree on one thing- The Chinese Communist Party can choke on scrotes!
Yeah they've been steadily plugging away at it.
I follow Viziepop on twitter and mostly I'm just biding time until the release of the first episode.

Last page says they're shooting for October.
Apparently a short cartoon taking place in the same universe will come out sometime after the main one, it's called Hell'va Boss.

What really annoys me is that 1 or very few people keep making threads on 4chan, probably to make people tired of hearing of the show (and hate it I guess).
Keep in mind it did not even come out yet, nothing to care about yet.

The final trailer is out and we have a release date, October 28.
Also looks like Alastor gets a trippy Villain Song.

I'm wondering if Alastor wants to do something to Charlie and her family specifically. Given his awfully big interest towards her hotel and the creepy way he stares at her family's portrait in this last trailer... Perhaps revenge, or plans to manipulate them all to suit his goals through Charlie's hotel?

Or, I'm just spit balling crazy theories here, don't take any of them too seriously; Alastor has been secretly been working as a loyal black ops agent of Lucifer taking down any rivals to his throne, and pappy has sent him to make sure things go well for Charlie. Or, maybe Alastor used to know Charlie's mom and he's just helping an old friend's kid as a favor. Alternatively, he just wants to have a front row seat to watch Charlie's breakdown when her plan fails, maybe try to collect some of those oh so delicious tears. Hell, maybe he just wants to see if its even possible for a monsterous bastard like himself to get into heaven, (possibly so he can try and take it over, possibly just for a change of scenery.)

I'm very curious what the demon naming process is like.
You go to Hell, become a demon, & are either assigned a name or figure out a punny name for yourself.

Here's the pilot finally 
The day came! I'm going in, gonna enjoy this
The pilot episode is out! Lots of flash, tons of energy and dynamism. I'm loving the characters already, though I'm hoping we get to see them in more varied situations in upcoming episodes - Vaggie in particular needs a chance to slip out of being always on edge, I feel like. Not that she's likely to get that chance with Angel and Alastor around.
I'm 23 minutes in, and is it just me, or is the animation a little stilted?
The designs and art is nice, but the way the characters move is kind of stiff, more like flash animation than hand-drawn. (The show is apparently done in TV Paint, which is "tradigital" animation.)
I don't know if I would say stilted, but it is pretty frenetic.
It's been fun.

I don't know that animation is pretty dope. Especially during the musical sections, its insane.
Also wow Alastor dancing with Charlie is so cute...... and so fucking scary.

I liked seeing Vaggie jealous during that sequence,
Chrised, I can see why they say Alastor is one of the scariest demons out their judging by that last sequence. He just straight up went eldritch on Pentious.
Beyond that I liked the pilot. Charlie was adorable, Vaggie's more protective side was kind of heartwarming considering they are all demons, Angeldust was really funny, and the rest of the demons lit up the show in their own ways.

When I first heard about the series being about Hell's overpopulation problem, my first thought was:
"It looks like a perfect job for the Doom Slayer."
