I mean it's one thing to tell a creepy BOW in child form to fuck off, it's another thing to tell this to your actual child. Eveline, as tragic as she is, is still a monster; Rosemary might become one, but it's unlikely given what we've seen.
One thing I really wonder about is where the story is going to go. Shadows of Rose takes place sixteen years after Village, by which point most of the major players (like Chris etc) will be in or approaching their 60s. Do we move on to a new generation of characters? If so, there aren't a lot of options - a lot of those people like Sherry, Jake, etc. don't seem to be remembered past 6 given that game's reputation. Do we just have these characters stay young forever due to virus-related shenanigans like Jill in Death Island (Leon was infected by Las Plagas, and Jill ofc with the t-virus in 3, but I don't know if/what the Redfields were infected with)? Maybe it's because I haven't played so many of the games (it's honestly kinda intimidating), but it just feels odd to me.
noisivelet naht nuf erom era srorrimFrankly, I don't take Mia to be a very moral person.
She was completely complicit in the Connections attempts to create Eveline in the first place, and never expresses any sympathy for what other characters go through as a result of the conspiracy she was involved in.
If Capcom were to tell me she gave Rose up after losing Ethan, I'd completely believe it.
"If you are going through hell, keep going." - Winston ChurchillI wouldn't be surprised if they retconned Shadows of Rose to being much-much sooner and gave her Rapid Aging to adulthood because Eveline.
Author of The Rules of Supervillainy, Cthulhu Armageddon, and United States of Monsters.I mean there's nothing saying Resident Evil 9 has to take place after Rose is grown. Could just be a temporary jump forward to tie up her specific arc.
Bleye knows Sabers.Chris has never been infected with anything.
Except steroids. Lots and lots of steroids.
Claire however still has the T-Phobos in her AFAIK. But thankfully for her, it only activates if she has a panic attack.
#IceBearForPresidentIn Chris' case, he might be the only one in the Main Cast that have genuine complete immunity to all of the biohazards that resides within the Resident evil-verse.
"If there's problems, there's simple solutions."I mean, he gets infected in Dead Island.
So he’s no longer virus free.
He did go the longest without being infected though.
One Strip! One Strip!
Or she just gave up the Demon Fungus child to the BSAA to raise instead.
Part of what I like about Mia is that she's not nearly the typical anime-nurturing character.
