confession,I couldn't spell 'Amphibian' before I started watching this show

So ala Godfather, I wonder if Grimes would feel the need to grant favors to anyone on the day his Lieutenant is married.

Maybe it was, but it's been inaccurate for a while now calling the show "new" even after it ended.

Title should be "Amphibia,a cute Disney show about friendships and talking frogs!"

I was about to be sad my title was changed (Because I was a cruel evil man who wanted people to think it was a cute cartoon only to be horrified and traumatized by the Nightmare Fuel.)

But the new title is awesome and still keeps the cute part. Which as you know now is of the utmost importance.

It should have been "Amphibia, a super cute show about talking frogs that stays cute from beginning to end"

Honestly, it kind of does. Among all the Nightmare Fuel and Black Comedy, the cuteness that is the friendship between Sprig and Anne remains the same throughout the series.

Could we not have the "isekai" in the thread title? I know what it means, but not everyone's familiar with Japanese terms, and this is primarily an English speaking site.

Heck, the show's creator isn't even Japanese. He's of Thai descent.

Hi, y’all. I watched this show around the pandemic, usually when it aired or when it was in demand, then stopped watching around the summer of 2022 (I think). It was good, but I kinda lost interest, mostly because it was getting kinda dark and I really don’t like Cerebus Syndrome. So, was the last season good?

There’s also gonna be another mystery book released.

As a fan of this show, I’m happy to hear.

Well, I will happily tell you the last Season got Lighter And Softer again, to the point people who liked the dark parts complained but I think you will like it.

It better be Anne's journal, we know she kept one.

way too many people thought the show would keep the tone of the '"True Colors".' which was really silly in hindsight

Really? I just assumed the show got dark. Maybe I should revisit it, but knowing my stubborn self, I probably won’t.

Season 3, at least for its first half, went back for the lighter, comedic, "filler-like" tone of Season 1 and the first half of Season 2, which indeed was a giant disappointment for those who got hooked on the series because of "True Colors".

Sometimes I think about that newt bellhop whose name I can't remember, the one who only got that job because she couldn't get into anything else. I love her partly because she's relatable (I've been trying to get a job for almost two years), and partly because she shows that the Amphibians have lives that matter outside of the protagonists' escapist isekai fantasy.

That would be Bella the Bellhop.
