Gotta say that's a pretty in-depth analysis, made me realize I would have probably cut pretty deep with a remark that Monika being the kind of over-achiever you never hear from again after high school if she were...ya know, real?

Every time I see videos of this game, I keep seeing scenes that never happened to me and I can't help but wonder if these scenes are selected randomly or if they can be purposefully triggered.

Only one can be purposefully triggered, I think (not counting the ones where you have to delete files). The others are random.

This game being what it is, the fact that Monika's awake and looking at is means she's probably thinking something like "You're wondering if we did anything, but I'd never cheat on you."

I always imagined Natsuki would have a little more fun with the whole my entire world is fictional, and also I can change it and its people as I see fit thing.

It would probably depend on what exactly she could do with her powers, and possibly if she goes through the same stuff Monika goes through when the game is turned off. But yeah for a more comedic take I could easily see her going for that.

Reminds me of that picture where Monika decides to check out other games on the Player's PC.
That gives me a thought: Monika + Reboot, facing the characters in her game and fighting them to protect her User.

You know with all the Just Monika memes, I'm surprised someone didn't combine that with one of the Just Cause coverart pics for a ridiculous joke.
