Continuity Tropes cleanup

Inspired by this discussion, I've decided to start a thread on cleaning up pages which have these continuity tropes (not YMMV ones):

• Alternate Continuity
• Broad Strokes
• Continuity Reboot
• Continuity Snarl
• Continuity Nod

I'm starting to wick-check all these, and have come to these conclusions:

• If a work mentions Alternate Continuity, how it is one needs to be stated rather than just "It takes place in a new universe", it could be expanded to "It differs from Work ABC by the following (maybe encased in spoiler tags):
• For Broad Strokes, mentioning the similarities and differences from the source material in a bit of detail.
• If a work mentions Continuity Nod, perhaps expanding the bullet points.

Some anime and manga works have a lot of Alternate Continuities, and I'm not familiar with the source material for some of them (only really ever saw some Pokemon and Dragonball Z years ago but that's about it).

I don't want the tropes to be Square Peg Round Trope on work pages, but Continuity is one thing that's an Omnipresent Trope, so I thought I may as well start a clean-up thread.

Obviously i don't want to get into Edit War mode over a bullet-point, so this is for discussion.

Taking my cue from this thread:

Format For Examples

Medium (Live Action TV, etc.)

• Work Name
  • Continuity Tropes trope: Explanation.

I could list all the folders but I'll leave it to you to decide which one.

I'll keep checking back when I can, and would appreciate help from anyone who knows more about this area of troping than me.

I'm fairly certain Development Gag/Mythology Gag are outside the scope of this discussion, so I'll take them to TRS in a month or so after I've done a bit of a wick check. Can't do much web browsing with my current computer situation.
