Tropers: The Series

A text box appears saying, WHAT PLAYING SAID WAS "No, I'm not going home today, it's unusual to go to someone's house and then explode."

"Good grief. I get kidnapped by an ex, seen him get hanged and now I have someone trying to blow up my house....all in the same night".

Aveyond stands near hanging pool cues, as if to signify that Tropes is close to a passageway

"Hey, someone said that we were exploring here!" She retorted. "I thought we could explore more by using explosives!"

"Well... we are, yeah. But we were thinking more the "look around the rooms and see if you find any secrets" type of exploring" Zanreo replies.

"Don't worry, I'm sure you'll get the chance to blow up something later!"

Tropes goes over to the pool cues with Aveyond.

"Now...what's the deal with these things?"

Tropes touches one and they all come crashing down on top of him.

All except one, which stands firmly on it's holder

"Are you alright?"

I come down to Tropes and help him up

"Thank you...now, where was I? Oh yeah..."

I reach over and attempt to pull the remaining cue.

Tropes successfully finds the first passage!

"Great job!"

Aveyond smiles at him and starts to desend into the passageway

Tropes becomes very shy.

"...Thanks..."

He follows Aveyond.

(Junon and Uncle follow.)

Feeling bored, she decides to explore the place by herself, whistling all the way.

"Let's see...is there a button here?"

"Hmm... let me check this room" Zanreo says, opening the door next to her. She's met with walls of huge, fully-stocked bookshelves. "Ooh, guess I should just start examining these..."

She starts pulling and pushing the books to see if something would happen.

And that 'something' did. Sort of.

Pushing one of the books in caused the floor from under them to lower, acting as some sort of lift heading downwards.

"Hey! It worked!"

Aveyond hears the commotion with the bookshelf

"Hey, they found one!"

As Tropes follows Aveyond, he gets increasingly nervous.

"Hey, uh...Aveyond? There's...something I wanna tell you..."

Aveyond stares at Tropes willingly

"Yes?"

She smiles. Could it finally be..?

"I, um, well, I..."

Tropes is suddenly interrupted by the deafening sound of Something Happening.

"Hey, nice work! Wonder where we're going..."

SECURITY BREACH DETECTED! SECURITY BREACH DETECTED!

The alarm blares loudly before various hidden turrets reveal themselves from within the walls, their laser sights aimed at everyone in the room.

"...cool!"

Uncle: Aiya! (covers his ears)

"So, uh... was that meant to happen? Anyway, guess the next step is... finding a way to either avoid or disable these, somehow!"

"Ah, don't worry mama knows it's you guys. She'll disable them"

"What was it you were going to say, Tropes?"

"Oh, I was just going to tell you, I, uh..."

"...I think I left my toothbrush back in Tropesburg."

".....Oh...um, okay? We have spares if you need one".

"Oh. Thank you! Of course! Of course you have spares! I don't even know why I bothered bringing it up. It's not like I was going to say anything else or anything..."

Tropes lets out an extremely nervous laugh.
