Tropers: The Series

"Nah. It's all rigged. Waluigi came in 1st plAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA WE'RE GOING DOWN! FASTER!"

"🎵I'll be your number one with a bullet🎵"

"Waluigi, relax. You still got a pretty got amount of money. Anyways, I'm gonna drive everyone to the drag race afterparty!" She presses a button, and a sleek, sharp red pickup truck lights up nearby. As she gets in, she calls out, "Who's coming?"

"Me, I am!" I say, my devastating loss all but forgotten in the wake of Olive Garden.

As those of us that are left pile in, and we begin to drive off into the sunset, Mike and Chev turn back to face the camera.

"And there you have it folks. This was a night of glorious comedy, fashion..."

"And pure chaos on the road!"

"Where only one racer arose the victor. Now it's all over, and it's time to sit back, and unwind. But don't forget to tune in next time, on Mike&Chev's Double Reacharound Drag Race!!"

The CLM erupts into applause as confetti flies everywhere and the camera pans out, eventually fading to black as the credits roll.

We interrupt the credits with a brief cut back to the apartment.

   "Ta-daaaaaa!"   

After hours upon hours upon hours of preparation, Vanessa finally sports a completed drag king outfit. Her usual ragged shirts and jeans have been traded in for a trim red pinstripe suit; her hair is styled in a neat bob, dyed black at the tips, and has a little pair of black toy antlers balanced atop it; she's wearing a red-tinged monocle over her right eye, and carrying a scepter with an old-fashioned boom microphone on the end in her right hand. She smiles, a toothy, sinister grin she's been practicing in the mirror for longer than it took to get dressed for the occasion, and speaks in a voice fed through a 1920s radio filter.

   "What do you think? Are they going to like my outfit, or are they gonna love it?"   

"Doesn't matter. You're late."

Vanessa stares for a second at Kafka, who hasn't even bothered to turn around and look at her.

   "I-I'm-"   

"Really fuckin' late, at that. They were setting off while you were still practicing that stupid grin."

Vanessa's well-practiced Alastor smile visibly wobbles... for all of a microsecond.

   "Oh, well, that's a shame, isn't it? But no matter! I still have you to entertain me, my charmingly contrarian old friend!"   

"...you're not going to stay in character until they get back, are you?"

   "But of course! It would be a shame to waste all the effort I put into looking so dapper!"   

Kafka groooooans. Return to credits.

Season 7, Episode 13: The Perfect Storm

(We begin with a few scenic shots of Tropesburg. The skies looked very gloomy. Cue the sounds of thunder.

At the apartment, Garfunkel, the Tropers' beloved bus-driving mechanoid, was listening to the radio while washing up the breakfast dishes.)
"🎵 K-M-O-OOOOOOOO! F-M! 🎵"
(Cue the sound of a cow mooing.)
"Good morning, Tropesburg! Lovely day for the severe storm heading our way, so if you're having to go out today, try not to get blown away by the impending harsh winds or pelted by the golf ball sized hail. If you don't have to go out, stay indoors, stay away from windows, and keep it tuned in here for updates and of course, the soundtrack to your day. Here's Madonna with "Open Your Heart"!"
(Cue the aforementioned song.)
"Oh, wonderful!"
(Garfunkel continues ironing. Suddenly, the door to Chey and Ford's bedroom busts open, and out comes the pregnant Time Lady, all dressed up in the second Doctor's outfit.◊)
"I hear Madonn-AAAAAGH!"
(Chey clutches her stomach and winces. Ford rushes to her side.)
"Don't worry about me, I'll be fine. It's only the early stages of labor."
"You've been in labor since last night!"
"Just have Garfunkel on standby when the contractions gets worse."
(Ford sighs.)

Knife walks by with a drill, a grappling hook, and a couple of flat sheets of metal. She is also wearing a harness. "Coming through! I'm just gonna close up these windows. Don't want anything to break.

She opens up a window and shoots the grappling hook to the top of the building. She then attaches the wire to her harness and heads outside. "Don't mind the noise!" The sounds of drilling can be heard outside.

"Hey. (cough cough)"

Custard comes out of her room, clearly annoyed by the sounds of power tools.

"Oh, for the love of Dennis Klatt..."

"Hey Custard! There's a big storm coming! I'm just fixing the windows!" Knife yells, over the sound of the power tools.

"Yep. It's gonna be a real nasty one."
(Chey winces as another contraction goes through.)
"D-do you have an extra backup battery in case if the power goes out?"

"Hey, who the fuck is out there drilling?"

I come out of my room, holding a remote controller and wearing a gamer headset.

"This is literally what I ran away from home to escape from."

"Whatever. See after my swimming on high mountains meet. I'll be wearing a metal suit of armor."

"Hey, Chey, are you okay?" Knife calls out from another window outside. "And batteries? Uh, I think I ran out yesterday. Does this place have a backup generator or anything?"

"Ha! You sold them on eBay for $600 each so we would be trapped in darkness so you could murder us! I'm onto you!"

Arimo comes out from his room. “Is someone dying?”

Baryl also comes out rubbing his eyes.

Route pops out of his Bag of Holding. "I've checked in here - no batteries because plot."

"I have batteries."

"I'm in labor, Knife, but I'll be fine. I think I may still have some batteries in the TARDIS. Also, hello, boys!"
(Chey waves at Arimo, Baryl, and Route.)

"Alright then! Anyways, am I the only one doing anything to prepare for the storm? Do we even have food?" Knife has now finished about a quarter of the windows.

"Why don't I get a hello?" I pout.

"Hello, After! Anyway, we have plenty of food, both in the apartment and in my TARDIS. There's also obscene amounts of homecooked meals that I bagged up and shoved in the freezer since I won't have enough time or energy to cook once the baby gets here."
(Cue another contraction.)
"SMEG!"

I look up at where the drilling noises are coming from.

"Can you just try to keep it down? I'm trying to enjoy a night in with my video games here."

"There's a lightning storm."

"Alright. I'll try to be gentle, but it's not gonna be my fault when the windows get broken by a giant piece of hail." Knife continues to drill, but more softly. "This storm's supposed to come when, exactly?"
