Videl (with Great Saiyaman), DBS Broly, and Blue Gogeta were confirmed.
Oh and Jiren too but who cares?
I'm... honestly not happy with what I've seen of Videl's gameplay. Saiyaman shows up way too much and there's even one move where Videl lands on the ground and Gohan jumps in front of her, goes Super Saiyan and does a Kamehameha. That is super lame.

This song needs more love.Fucking Videl though.
That's a way bigger deal than Jiren.
Also Broly & Gogeta too because the movie just came out, man they work fast.
Shame about that though, hopefully her other moves are pretty dope.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I think there's also only six characters this time instead of last time's eight? I'd go back and check but they took the trailer down, because it being up at all was an oopsie.
🏳️⚧️she/her | Vio Rhyse AlberiaVidel is a puppet character, so that might mean she's' really dope.
Jiren looks kind of lame though.
Which means Jiren will be the one who ends up being better
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Well it makes sense Jiren isn't that flashy. He's an utterly unspectacular fighter barring the explosion pose cause he just brute forces everything.
I like Videl's Level 3 kick, very cinematic.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Adding only 6 is probably so they don't have to change the character select menu layout. Add all 6 new characters and the layout will look the same.
If she's as good as post patch 18
wew
I'm liking what I see and oh, Wrath Form Broly. Maybe the LSS form will be an Install Super
Wow, they announced a bunch of cool characters for Season 2. And Jiren.
Will we get a Goku this season? I mean, i could see Kid Goku with Roshi for the remaining 2 (UI Goku feels like it's not going to happen this year since they didn't pair him with Jiren)
Also, do Jiren and Videl have something in common? The only thing i can think of is that both were part of a Tournament arc and that's it.
Uni catWe technically got an half Goku
¡PONLE QUE DIGA!:"¡HUMONGOSAURIO HASTA LA MUERTE!"Gogeta counts as a Goku, just as Vegetto does.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Speaking of which, i wonder if they will go for Base Broly going berserk or Super Saiyan Berserk Broly. Hopefully he is not a palette swap of old Broly with moves taken from the movies.
Also wonder if they will composite some moves from Fusion Reborn for Gogeta's moveset.
Uni catThey used base Broly's image, so I'm assuming that's what they'll go for. Especially since having his Super saiyan form would be redundant with his OG self.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.So we got 4 of the 6 dlc characters already. Any bets on the last 2?
Im putting money on master roshi and kefla. A part of my heart wants ribeianne but the other 2 undoubtedly have way more hype.

Gogeta is a full goku. He’s 100% Goku and 100% Vegeta.
Re: Gohan rescue attack.
Think it might have the same mechanics as Freeza’s “YOU MUST DIE BY MY HAND”? Being a super that only works if you’re in a downed state?

I have a message from another time...Seems perfect. I only wish that she was (visually) Saiyaman 2 rather than normal high school Videl.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."As for Jiren (and by the by, I'm loving how in people seem to be largely ignoring him), his gameplay is looking interesting. He seems to be built as a complete flip on the game's usual playstyle: rather than being incredibly mobile, full of mixups and pressure heavy, he generally stays where he is and deflects/counters/super armors through aggressive opponents.
I guess kind of like playing Geese in KOF. PREDICTABO!
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Jiren does have a plus and it is hearing Patrick Seitz voice so he is welcomed at least.
I wonder if he will have any Dramatic Finish. Maybe something against Blue Goku or Vegeta?
Uni catI mean, we already knew Jiren was confirmed in the V Jump issue, so there's not much to talk about beyond his gameplay.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Yeah Videl was not somebody people were expecting.
@Pushover Media Critic: You did a Jiren fan-moveset, right? How do you think about your predictions compared to the real thing?
I think people were expecting her, just dressed as the Great Saiyaman 2 while assisting the Great Saiyaman, not the other way around.
It's been 3000 years…There are already two Gohans; let another chick get the spotlight
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.ahahahahahahaha
Our World Tour champion is Kazunoko, winning with the team of Gotenks, Adult Gohan...and Yamcha.
Also the Season 2 trailer is officially up for good.
For Those who Seek the Thrill of Death: A Dramatic SMT3 Hard Playthrough
I decided to make a moveset for Super Broly while I was riding the high of having seen the new Broly movie. It was actually extremely easy, considering how many distinct moves he used in the film. If anything, there were 2 or 3 moves left over that I couldn't figure out how to include. Spoilers for Dragon Ball Super Broly within:
Intro is him standing in place with Cheelai and Lemo. Broly says a line as Cheelai and Lemo back off to safety. He grits his teeth and powers up into his Humanoid Oozaru form.
Super Broly has a lot of the same moves as Broly, with the same basic traits and super armor. Some moves are different, though, including many normals and special moves, as well as his supers.
Broly can permanently transform into his Super Saiyan and Legendary Super Saiyan forms mid-battle. Each one uses up two bars of ki. Super Saiyan increases his base damage by 10%, makes him a bit faster, and gives him a bit more super armor on all his moves with super armor. Legendary Super Saiyan increases his base damage by 20% and gives him even more super armor on his moves with super armor, as well as at least one hit of super armor on all of his moves, period. LSS Broly also takes 25% less damage from attacks that hit his super armor.
Aesthetically, Broly doesn't get any taller when he transforms, and he doesn't change hitboxes or hurtboxes any, either. He just gains some muscle mass, in addition to the otherwise obvious visual changes.
Super Broly has a version of Gigantic Roar as a beam ki attack. Does 1,100 damage. 1,210 in SS. 1,320 in LSS.
Super Broly has Lariat Express, same as Broly. The light version does 950 damage, 1,045 damage in SS, and 1,140 damage in LSS. The medium and heavy versions do 1,150 damage, 1,265 damage in SS, and 1,380 damage in LSS.
Super Broly has Gigantic Rage is a command grab special move replacing Gigantic Strike and Gigantic Claw. Does 1,500 damage, 1,650 in SS, and 1,800 in LSS.
Super Broly's version of Eraser Blow launches the opponent straight up. Does 1,400 damage, 1,540 in SS, and 1,680 in LSS.
Super Broly's Planet Crusher is his Level 1. Does 2,200 damage, 2,420 damage in SS, and 2,640 damage in LSS.
Gigantic Roar is his Level 3. It's the wavy one where his head whips from side to side and the beam pushes him back. Does 4,000 damage, 4,400 damage in SS, and 4,800 damage in LSS.
Outro is Broly reverting back to his base form. Cheelai and Lemo run up and hug him.
