I imagine Manaphy has been waiting for us a very long time. (I comment, trying to get somebody, anybody, to take us to him. I'm desperate to get back in my own body before things get even worse or confusing. Whichever comes first.)

Oh, you were going to sing for Manaphy today, sugar? (Bryce asks.)

(I grimace at "sugar".) Yes, dear. I went out and invited some friends of mine.

(Bryce seems confused at why it took so long to do so.)

(In the lounge.)

Hey, butler guy? How often do you allow prisoners at the castle to get visitors? Just wonderin'. (asks Marsha.)

Dana was definitely absolutely here this whole entire time, yes

She fiddles with her paws, unsure of what to do with herself.

"You disrespect Carlo Verde, you direspect the one true Legendary of the West, Ho Oh! Do you wish to start war, good man?"

[I catch Goobert's look...he looks, well...tired. I sigh...then I think of something.]

"Excuse me, Bryce?" [I had heard the name earlier, I'm going to assume it is.] "I'm...I'm one of your wife's friends as she said, um...Keats is the name. I must say, the castle...the castle's gorgeous! You're very lucky to be able to work here, don't you think?"

Seeing as things have calmed down slightly, Mila finally looks back to PJ, and considers what he asked earlier.

"So, you want to know what we were up to? Well, we kept on going to Silversands, and did what Vox asked. There was a bit of a fight with a Dusknoir in there, but everyone was mostly okay. Oh... except for Jani, but that was for unrelated reasons. In any case, we sort of kicked around for a bit until—"

Her voice suddenly drops to a whisper

"Goobert got Heart Swapped with a Primarina. That's why we were with one, and why we're here. Those four are off to find a way to fix it."

Lounge

Guy looked around bored when he saw Dana. He swam over to her and said "Well, hey there. You're bored too, eh?"

(WITH BRYCE AND GOOBERT.)

(I second Eliot's notion.)

I certainly do agree, this place is very nice.

"You know, Keats, I didn't really notice at first..." i say, feigning disappointment, but quickly switching to just as false glee. "But this really is a beautiful place!"

*the Butler answers Marsha dryly, unmoved by the unusual question* Visitation is managed on a case by case basis. You will need to set up an appointment with the clerk to have such matters heard.

*the butler then looks at Andy with his nose held high, which isn't very difficult considering he's looking at a Joltik*

   SMALL ENTOURAGE (Family, Marlon, Eliot, Finley)   

*Speedy manages to distract himself admiring the adornments on the wall as the group presses on. Mauveine, however, gives her father a simple whisper* Uh, the PDAs might make the others uncomfortable, dad. *she says, not wanting to spill the beans to him after what she saw*

"Wait... is that... PJ?"

Lounge

".. Yeah, kinda. I feel weird saying that though.. We're in an underwater castle, I should probably be more in awe. Or something."

Well, it's a pleasure to meet you three. (says Bryce. He seems confused by Eliot's strange name.) It is a nice place isn't it? Been here for decades. And yes, sometimes I come here to sing with my wife. We just did so at Manaphy's birthday party last month. We even switched bodies afterwards because the prince hurt himself.

Her eyes almost pop out of her head when she hears Bryce.

"Wait, you... s-switched bodies? But you're okay now?"

Sounds like quite the life you live, sir.

(I begin thinking of what may lie ahead for us.)

He sat next to her. "Well, it smells just like water to me. Nothing really awe-inspiring for me. I'm going to nod off for a little while, can you get someone to move me if we go somewhere?"

Yes. It was only for a few minutes. Quite an odd experience, though, wasn't it, honey?

(I simply nod. I look back-and-forth at Finley and Bryce.)

"Oh!" [I'm speechless for a moment, a little teary-eyed: I would say I'm feigning astonishment, but you can't fake the feeling you get when you meet a fellow musician, not with the finely crafted of acting chops. Then I realize what he had said.] "Oh, I...I must have been mistaken! I thought...I must have confused you with the guard back there...blasted head, fallible thing..." [I try to laugh off my mistake, but it's kind of setting in for me...]

[Also, Bryce had been Heart-Swapped as well...that's interesting... Perhaps he'll understand better than we may have thought.]

"I-I mean... excellent. That sounds like a really powerful ability. Was there any sort of process to reversing it?"

She turns and winks at Goobert.

"Aw, you guys got in a fight without me? I would've loved that..."

"I mean, uh... No, there really isn't any better way of putting that, my... enthusiasm for fighting hasn't really been curbed in the last few days. In fact I think a part of me's hoping that we get in a fight while we're here. But whatever, you said Jani got hurt? What happened? Is she okay?"
