That....makes sense actually. Someone's mannerisms give away just as much as their appearance. And I'll admit, that was a good impersonation. Where were you guys going to head next in this area after this?

Or is it something more? Nah, it isn't. From what I remember they spent a lot of time around Winnie when they were younger. Almost reminds me of Blake's relationships in Outlast 2 in a way. Shaking that thought off I hear the first words from Manaphy's friend spoken to me, words I find interesting, too.

Pikafan, this is in the forum games, so I assume it's a free to join RP. I think your Pokemon might be a bit too OP, I don't know. This is based on Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, so you probably start small. I'm not sure.

Actually, you can play as any Pokemon as long as it's not a legendary or an Ultra Beast.

Well, thanks for telling us. (Delilah says, starting to move in the direction Addie gave us.) Guess we have somewhere to look for some food now.

(I start to move that way as well. The more I hear about the Guild, the more I begin to wonder if we're actually working for the good guys or not. It feels like nobody seems to trust them. I reckon I'll worry about that later when we have more time to relax and discuss things, though.)

Oh, uh, he's resting up in Silversand right now. (I tell the Lilligant. I guess Addie must have told her about us, including Marlon. I can't help but wonder why she would be specifically seeking him out. Well...I figure it probably isn't any of my business.)

We were thinking of heading toward Hillih next, then maybe checking Blissparce after that. (Bryce says.) We might not wait too long before coming back here, though. We were discussing coming back here to see if there was some way to help the Pokémon who live here.

Well, I'm likely planning to hit the road and catch back up to everyone soon, so I'll definitely make sure to keep an eye out for anyone who could be Winnie. But, I have to say...while you guys do want to help the mons who live here, and I find that amicable, the mayor is doing business with the very guy who tried to take us prisoner up at Hoard. So just be careful when trying to deal with whatever he says to you.

Cindra sighs in frustration. For weeks now a continued failure to find Marlon anywhere...but she now has the guild members right in front of her. Astute members will notice one of her eyes is colored a very similar shade of red to Marlon's eyes.

He is? Oh...well...mind if I come with you guys while you go to eat? I don't want this to sound stalkerish, but, I've been trying to find you guys for a while now. It's gonna sound really weird to just spontaneously say it here, so that's why I want to come with you guys.

Meanwhile Addie and her father begin on to the poffin stand.

I'll believe it when I talk to them. They just seem like a bunch of kids...why would they want to do business with the guild?

I'm sure they've got their reasons. Maybe ones they don't want us knowin'.

Cindra walks nervously forth and tries to spin up her story in whichever way she can to these—well, not complete but mostly so—strangers. All she knows for sure is that she and Marlon are connected in something or other form.

(Calm yourself, Cin, calm yourself...these guys were humans themselves once...maybe they'll tell me more about Marlon...)

As for a physical response...she tries to calm herself down.

A Medicham, who only goes by Milton, is approaching the Gleamscape University. He has some form of purpose, as in his possession is a box. In this box all he knows ours that it is of grave importance that they bring it before one of the professors at the esteemed university.

What is in this box? It is for Professor André to know and Milton to find out.

Milton arrives at a secret entrance of the University and knocks on the door.

The unbolting of the door reveals an aging Lickylicky in a wheelchair motioning the soldier-of-fortune (as Milton would consider himself to be) inside before he goes to re-bolt the door.

That is precisely why I called you here today, Milton. Come, we will head to my personal study where we will discuss further. Before we begin, have you come here with anyone?

No. I'm it, for now. An apprentice of mine, a Shroomish, is here in town but she's currently dealing with other matters. I believe that she may be able to join us soon.

Very well. She will be able to assist us in this undertaking—I'll make sure the door gets unbolted in time for her arrival.

The professor motions for some of his caretakers to stand guard at the door before he and Milton begin to draw deeper into Andre's personal study.

I feel a chill down my spine as Saunders talks. Those gangsters holed up at the Spittoon were really Vince's gang?

Uh, yeah, actually, the leader of that group was a Tangrowth at some point before he accidentally got hit by an orb that had transformed him into the Gardevoir he is now. I would have believed that after she, uh, still actually he was arrested after my best friend and I got into a scuffle that he caused in a restaurant in Agatha that it would've been the last time we ever saw him. Once we're done here I want to get back out on the road to catch back up with my friends as soon as possible because I KNOW Vince knows I'm here in town now.

After thinking for a moment and tapping her leafy hands together she sighs and looks around the group.

The two gentlemen do not get very far before the eminent signs of a Shroomish running to the door make themselves clear.

Ah, that must be her, then? Get the door.

The two caretakers of the Professor that had been on guard quickly unbolt the door to indeed reveal the Shroomish.

Tish, I was hoping you'd get here as soon as you were able to. Come on, we were just getting ready to discuss the box with the professor.

And while the Professor keeps moving ahead Milton slows his pace to make sure his assistant catches up.

Arnie, I know I've said this a hundred times already, but it's just so weird...being away from home, I mean. (The Goodra says.) I still hope this is a good idea.

It will be, Sis. (Arnold says.) Mom and us all agreed; being out of the house was the only way we'd ever be able to do what we actually want to do with our lives without Pops having us under his claw.

Or having to disguise ourselves... (Sheena sighs, fiddling around with a strange pendant with a charm shaped like an Incineroar's face attached to it. She drops her head onto the table.) Sorry again...

The Lilligant clears her throat and....she delivers a sort of revelation that she would've never believed she would have a chance to tell anyone.

She begins to choke up a bit.

I was human until weeks ago...then I just woke up one day in this body with very little idea about how this happened to me.

She sighs and allows a tear to slip.

There is a lot more to this story than just that. But I finally found you all, and...well, that's th first step for me to finally figure out just what's happened to me.

Oh...y—you will? Thank you. The name's Cindra, by the way. Hoenstly I can't even believe it's been weeks...it's really only felt like a couple of days since this all happened to me.

We eventually make it out of the slums and back into town, where we agree to split off for now and to meet back up at the earliest possible time tonight. I head for the beach.

Initially I find myself unable to find Marsha in the fray of mons mingling about the beach. Did those assholes...no, that'd be too improbable to actually happen. But the closer I draw to the water's edge I spot her headfins poking out of the water and drawing closer. Before too long she climbs out of the water, looking like the splitting image of Gloria in that one scene from Madagascar. I tilt my head quizzically then crack a slight smile once I remember what this is reminding me of. Marsha notices my presence.

Like what ya see, Marly?

Oh—you know I do. But it was more because it reminded me of something from when I was a kid but I guess in that other way too. But in all seriousness I wish I could watch that movie right now. It'd probably be better than half the shit I had to go through in those slums.

Marsha shakes herself off before coming closer to me and giving me a hug, sensing the unease I conveyed in my response.
