This page was launched without ever resolving the dispute of whether or not it was a duplicate of Ghostapo. Given that the end of the description is self admitting and thus aware of this, no attempt was ever made to differentiate the two. Overall this trope is simply when the Ghostapo is using Night of the Living Mooks, and mashing multiple tropes together is not the proper way to make new tropes. I don't see a way of reworking this one, it should never have been allowed to launch.
