As someone who missed Finn, aren't free units typically not that good?

"Masked Marth", LA!Eliwood, & Gerome are pretty good IMO. I personally think G!Marth & Joshua can be pretty good with the right investment, but the tier lists says otherwise on that.

Finn's a free Brave Lance+, at least.

Only a couple freebies like Clive and Tobin are outright bad, and even then you can still make them work with investment.

The aesop here is that no matter how mediocre he got here, Finn is still more McCool than Fionn in FGO.

& Yea, so I rather not put so much effort into a character I'm indifferent about. I mean I do have Fury & Renewal but I rather give to future units I like.

Actually, it would be nice for them to improve the barracks & make it more organize. Then again I don't how they can do that any better than what's already featured.

You can play the game without downloading it, but since the new heroes arrive Friday, you'll have to get it patched anyway. Bad time to have a new banner, huh?

Summila is a TT bonus unit and I gave her a blessing. The grind shouldn't be too bad, especially since she already has the base Blárblade.

That glitch has been gone for awhile.

It occurs on double SP weekend.

The glitch involved reapplying the double SP weekend bonus every time you restarted, without removing the old bonus. So it was only noticeable on weekends, even though it was actually patched in earlier.

Well either way it's gone for good. I'm sure going to miss it. Especially since I didn't grind any of my melee units.

Can they give us ten free orbs as recompense for this grievous oversight, as usual with intern-kun's mistakes? My units gaining absurd amounts of SP caused me emotional distress.

Tobin doesn't really need that much investment. Swordbreaker or Axebreaker let him be aggressive, but just the Armorslayer+ with his Def makes him a serious threat to armour teams.

Clive is good at winning duels with hard-hitting swords (thanks to high Def), though he needs Swordbreaker against the likes of Ayra and Zelgius.

Finn is kind of like Clive, but PP-oriented, since he can use Hone Cavalry to mash something with Brave Lance+ shenanigans.

None of them are a great ganeralists, but they're all strong specialists who easily serve their purpose in Arena Assault or any other mode where you can deploy units to hard counter the enemy composition (anything not regular Arena).

So I've been rethinking my Morgan set, and it would probably be better to give him double Distant Defense and keep Dull Ranged. Probably a bit more practical than Close Counter with Watersweep.
