I think Creepy Blue Eyes is really just a handful of examples of Icy Blue Eyes and Occult Blue Eyes tossed together under a new title. I think the human examples could mostly be moved to Icy Blue Eyes, and the unhuman examples to Occult Blue Eyes, and Creepy Blue Eyes could just be deleted.
