The Spacewoman attacks the man on the ground with Critical Wave and gatling gun as soon she charges the Atomic Laser.

Can you explain those attacks to me?

The Helldiver runs to the corner of the street, then looks around a wall. He sees a few people fighting. He waits for a bit, watching.

Mike freezes the water into an ice shield, blocking the bullets. The shield is smashed by the shockwave, sending Mike careening into the air. He manages to stop his momentum before he hits anything and gathers himself, then sublimates the ice into a thick cloud around him, starting to churn and spin.

Sure. I'm gonna do a little handwave.

Just as Neptuneman was about to attack Mercury, he found himself charging at air. Where did that blithering coward go?! As a result, he turned his attention to Mikheal and asked this one simple question: "Are you a Choujin?"

"No, I am not." Mike answers. The cloud coils and crackles around him, as if ready to lash out.

"I see. In that case, can you prove you're mightier than Perfect Choujin! Thunder Saber!"

Surely, he can give Neptuneman a real good fight after he interrupted that previous fight with that coward. Neptuneman began chucking thunderbolts at the lesser being. If they connected, they might give him a big shock.

Mike brings up his cloud in front of him, letting it absorb some of the lightning. He starts discharging to prevent it from overloading, and some of the bolts might fly back towards Neptuneman. He flies around to avoid the rest, though one hits him, singing away some of his coat and robe. Neptuneman would spot a glimpse of light-colored armor underneath the clothes.

Neptuneman notices Mikheal turning his attack against him and smirks. He gets scorched by the reflected lightning bolts, giving him electrical burns on top of the shotgun wounds.

"Excellent. You're not as bad as I thought! Quarrel Special!"

Neptuneman attempts to place Mikheal into a Manji Hold. This particular Manji Hold, if it works, lets Neptuneman wrap his legs around Mikheal's head while letting him tug on an arm for extreme pain. As Neptuneman is around 2 meters tall, he can definitely put the hurt on Mikheal if it connects.

Mike simply flies way higher to avoid Neptuneman's hold before he can reach him. He's definitely not a close-range fighter. He swings his staff a couple times, sending air blades on his way.

Neptuneman dodges a few air blades, but he still gets cut up along the way by the rest of them. Seeing as his opponent is now floating up there, Neptuneman leaps off a nearby trampoline. The store owner yells that he needs to pay for using that before being ignored entirely.

"Iai-Giri Bomber!"

After yelling that, Neptuneman does another-crooked arm lariat. If this were to connect, Neptuneman would attempt to uppercut Mikheal towards a nearby skyscraper.

Neptuneman reaches Mikhael and hits him with his lariat. However, he's now squarely in his cloud, immersed with rapidly spinning, sharp hail. The uppercut connects as well, but once again he quickly manages to stop himself as well, landing gently on the side of a building - standing sideways.

He takes a deep breath as he rubs his jaw. His hair turns platinum blond; his eyes turn a deep, electric blue with black sclera, he grows a pair of antlers, and his jaw opens up not unlike a wolf or crocodile. Most of his coat and robes dissipate into a black mist that goes into a pair of compartments on the sides of his sleeveless silver-white Powered Armor, revealing scaled cybernetic arms and a long cape. The latter splits down the middle and transforms into a pair of wings with visible digits on the tips.

Before falling out of the cloud, Neptuneman gets cut up and smashed up by the hail. Fortunately, he lands on the same trampoline that he used to leap there. The trampoline store owner couldn't properly chastise Neptuneman because Neptuneman had rushed over to the skyscraper and saw Mikhael had changed.

"So... you reveal your true form?"

"Obviously." Without a skipping a beat, Mike whips his staff, commanding it to unwind into a bow. Making arrows out of compressed air, he then lets loose one after another. The arrows explode right after piercing something, increasing their damage potential.

The Helldiver moves through cover towards the two, his supressed SMG ready to shoot.

"Then I also will go all out! Magnet Power Plus!"

After getting impaled by a few arrows, Neptuneman flares up a huge magnetic aura and debris from nearby Neptuneman flies toward him. Some of the debris include dropped coins and sharp pebbles.

"Magnet Power Minus!"

The debris is repelled away from Neptuneman and suddenly flies towards Mikhael in an attempt at stabbing him like a pincushion. Some of it accidentally flies toward the Helldiver even though Neptuneman is completely unaware of him.

Mike braces and makes another wind cocoon. The ice shards combined with the wind reduce the debris into an abrasive dust, wearing away at his armor and scales but doing far less damage than getting impaled would have.

He gets off the wall, flying at a much higher speed than before. His cloud lets loose a bolt of lightning at the Helldiver, while he shoots more wind arrows at Neptuneman.

The Helldiver stops at a cement block, seeing the debris flying towards him. He ducks behind his cover and doesn't get hit, then the lightning attempts to hit him. Blowing off a fair chunk of concrete, it doesn't do any damage, but a few pieces of cement get lodged in his armor. The Helldiver turns on a radio on his suit.

"LOCATION REVEALED BY HOSTILES. STANDBY FOR SUPPORT."

He then stands up and fires a burst of 10 high caliber armor piercing bullets at Mikhael with his SMG.

Neptuneman keeps getting impaled by those wind arrows. However, that's not going to stop Neptuneman as he commences his final finishing technique. He uses a storefront display, ruining the store's business for today, to bounce up to Mike's height. He yells, "It's over for you! Optical Fiber Quarrel Bomber!"

Neptuneman launches a set of electrically-charged optical fibers from his right bicep. If they connect, Neptuneman would attempt to do another crooked arm lariat. If this connected, Neptuneman would attempt to rip off Mike's face.

Mikhael puts on a breather, then makes a sharp turn and flies straight up, dodging both the bullets and the wires. He sends his small cloud to fuse with a real low-flying one in the sky, and it seems to start to crystallize.

The Helldiver fires another 15 rounds at Mikhael, ready to pop back into cover if needed.
