Heartstopper: Subject H52-S, Villain, Assassin. Public

Powers & Abilities:

Psychic nerve control: Can control the nervous system of a given being, shutting down nerves individually or as a group. He can use this to seize up movements of his enemies at long range, or even shut down internal organs at close range, provided he has enough time to pull that off. A side effect of this is that Heartstopper can "read" a nervous system, and predict an enemy's movements. This ability does not work on robots or beings without nervous systems.

Description: Tall, well dressed, short brown hair and a goatee. Wears a bulletproof vest under his suit. Has angular features, and usually has a fake smile on his face.

Personality: Unflappable, polite, professional, cold, has a sadistic streak.

Background: Heartstopper is the result of psychic experiments by a conspiracy that was once powerful, but has since been worn down. He was raised at a young age to be the perfect assassin, being able to kill targets without any physical evidence. But before his training was complete, he broke free and killed everyone. He took a list of names involved in his project, and began hunting them down. He takes assassination jobs on the side to keep himself going.

Sounds like someone who could be connected to Fracture, directly or indirectly.

Approved, but keep in mind in that in this game, only unimportant characters die and even then, only off-panel.

Chrono Twins
(NPC/Side Character)

Names: Adam and Elric Fauster

Alignment: Neutral Good
Job: TALOS agents
.:Adam:.
Abilities:
- Unarmed Combat And Weaponry Knowledge - Taught by TALOS, Adam managed to learn a variation of his own fighting style alongside his twin, and able to figure out most weapons he works with.

- Like-minded Telepathic Link - Only shared by his twin, Adam can feel the thoughts, sensations and even motions/teachings of his brother. They may also speak to each other through this bond, and have even been able to block the said link from certain thoughts. It does have limitations, as any negative effects can be shared by both brothers, such as pain, fatigue, or otherwise.

- Heightened Chronological Perception - Adam and his brother both seem to know what time it is, regardless of whether they have a clock or not. They know every second, every hour, every week and every year. They also seem to be able to keep extended track of it.

- One who exploits Time - Adam's time manipulation contrasts his brother's abilities as to how it affects the much larger aspects of time. He has the ability to jump forward or backwards into time, either to correct a decision or even set events into motion, all without the effects of creating a time paradox between other instances of himself. He is however, only able to make jumps of up to 8 hours forward or backwards, and can only make these jumps alone. Initiating jumps at maximum potential at least 2-3 times also can take its toll. What happens if he pushes too hard remains to be seen.

Personality: Though both brothers have been shown to be intelligent, like-minded, and able to see past their differences for the fight, where their personalities differentiate is how Adam is carefree, cheeky, and loves to make jabs at others. Though this may sometimes come off as a bit rude, he truly means well and his inquisitive nature makes him much kinder to those he seeks to understand, also reflected by his love of machines and biology, just to see what makes things tick. Deep down, Adam is afraid of not being able to be strong enough for when it matters most, which prevents him from reaching his highest potential, especially to others. But nobody else understands him better than his brother.
Appearance: Though both brothers share a love of the color blue (6cecff in hex to be exact), Adam tends to be a bit more lenient on the color. Aside from his copycat brown wavy hair and storm grey eyes, Adam tends to wear blue t-shirt underneath a brown tattered leather jacket and jeans. He also carries a broken gold pocket timepiece, the glass broken, and the clock doesn't seem to work other than when he uses his powers.

.:Elric:.
Abilities:
- Unarmed Combat And Weaponry Knowledge - Taught by TALOS, Elric managed to learn a variation of his own fighting style alongside his twin, and able to figure out most weapons he works with.

- Like-minded Telepathic Link - Only shared by his twin, Elric can feel the thoughts, sensations and even motions/teachings of his brother. They may also speak to each other through this bond, and have even been able to block the said link from certain thoughts. It does have limitations, as any negative effects can be shared by both brothers, such as pain, fatigue, or otherwise.

- Heightened Chronological Perception - Elric and his brother both seem to know what time it is, regardless of whether they have a clock or not. They know every second, every hour, every week and every year. They also seem to be able to keep extended track of it.

- One who understands Time - Elric's time manipulation contrasts his brother's abilities as to how it affects the more minor aspects of time. He has the ability to either perceive time nearly 4x slower or faster than normal, or even slow/speed down time around him, either giving him the misconception of a speedster, delayed pain perception, or even simple accelerated probability, when in reality, he's controlling his own chronological perception. Extended use of up to 8 minutes can be detrimental, however, and Elric isn't omnipotent when it comes to predicting people from behind him.

Personality: Though both brothers have been shown to be intelligent, like-minded, and able to see past their differences for the fight, where their personalities differentiate is how Elric is quiet thoughtful, and logical. He enjoys a thoughtful puzzle, lengthy exposition or even an engaging debate, mirrored by his love for mathematics, and law. His logical and direct nature, not to mention bluntness makes him rather cold, but he has good intentions. Though he is logical, he doesn't have all the correct answers, and and is afraid to let others down through lack of knowledge, and thus prevents him from fully opening up to his true feelings. But nobody else understands him better than his brother.
Appearance: Though both brothers share a love of the color blue (6cecff in hex to be exact), Elric tends to be a bit more strict on the color. Aside from his copycat brown wavy hair and storm grey eyes, Elric tends to wear a blue polo, accompanied by modest khakis. He also carries a misfunctional wristwatch that he wears on his left arm; its light randomly activates whenever his abilites are used.
Background: The twin's mother died from unknown causes, and their father vanished without a trace, both boys lived off the street. Having no roof over their head taught the boys to keep each other safe from harm, and as they grew in age, developed new traits, whilst furthering old ones. They both taught each other to speak, how to fight, how to survive. During a bank robbery, both boys were held hostage by superhuman. Not only did they manage to escape the clutches, but they also managed to take down the aggressor in record time...Just as TALOS agents arrived to clean up the mess. The organization decided to take the boys in, inducting them as agents. They became known as the Chrono Twins, controllers of time.

I have no problem with whole groups of characters being introduced at once. Normally, such characters *still* can only be played one at a time; but since this concept is basically one character in two bodies, I'm going to make an exception for that, if there's no opposition. Approved.

  • Identity: R.I.C.K Robotic Individual Calibrated for Killing, Neutral, Public
  • Powers & Abilities:
    • Robot Body - As a robotic soldier built for war, Rick's body is superior to that of a human being's, being harder, better, faster, and stronger. With better aim than people and gyroscopic stabilizers to reduce recoil kickbakc.
    • Internal Gadgets - Rick has few internal tools, such as a flashlight stored in his left arm, a screwdriver set in his right, geiger counter, internal pressure sensor and even a heartbeat sensor meant to help it keep track of it's allies. These are all based on working with his allies and keeping them alive.
    • AI Suite - While simple by today's standards, Rick's AI suite was advanced enough to allow for advanced problem solving so long as it hinged on improving the outcome of the mission or improving the morale of it's allies.
    • EMP Weakness - Any attack that can disrupt Rick's systems will knock him out, he will require a manual reset then.
    • Iron and Steel Body - Despite being a hardy robot soldier, Rick is still a machine and has his limits. His armored body is made of Iron, Steel, with certain platings made of Chobham to increase his survival. Though in Easton, tank armor doesn't mean much. His body is actually relatively simple in construction compared to modern robotics.
    • Field Repairs: The positive side to his simple construction is that he's easily repairable with the right know-how. Which was a must in terms of logistics.
    • Weapon Preference: Despite better weapons being out, Rick tends to use only weapons that were found during his years active, with a strong preference for the XM 16 E 1 and the Colt 1911.
  • Description: Robot Soldier, prefers a Green Uniform and his "Built to Fight" helmet.
  • Personality: Loyal and dedicated, Rick does not have a personality per say but rather programming bugs that have given the soldiers around him the idea that he does have certain "tics" of personality. Rick is a warbot and was not meant to be sapient, though certain tics include a strange preference for weaponry, a twitch of it's left hand when playing cards and bluffing, and a refusal to wear anything not deemed a proper uniform.
  • Background:
    • Originally designed during the 1950s by the US for the Korean War, RICK was part of a limited run of robot soldiers meant to fight. Sadly their design wouldn't be finished and functional until the Vietnam War was already underway during 1963 thanks to the technologies that needed to be perfected.
    • RICK would then go on to serve with 4 other RICK units in Black Operations and a few full scale attacks during this time. Being upgraded and repaired numerous times risking it's existence for it's allies.
    • When the war ended, there was only one RICK unit left, it was stored away and hasn't been opened since. Many preferring not to considering how shameful the entire Vietnam war was.
    • RICK has recently been busted out of storage, but by who? No-one currently knows. Though everyone is worried about the possibility of the robot going rogue.

  • Name/Alias: Fyodor Orlov (Voron)
  • Age: 10Years
  • Powers/Skills:
    • Will of the Raven: He can summon and control ravens to do his bidding. He can use them both to attack, defend or support.
      • Raven's Flurry: This can be used to attack enemies or objects, a flock of ravens will attack the target, slicing it with beaks and talons.
      • Raven's Guard: This defensive use of his powers sees a flock of ravens enveloping a target and protecting it from harm, the birds will try to stop attacks with their bodies and if attacked by melee will try to push the attacker pack by clawing at them
      • Raven's Help: By using this, ravens will grab a target with their claws and beaks, either to try and keep it in a certain place or to move it away, depending on Fyodor's intend.
    • Raven's Shadow: He can vanish in the shadows and appear from there.
  • Gear: Nothing
  • Appearance:
  • Personality: He is quite playful and childish... yet he tries to look badass, always hoping to uphold the picture of a stoic super-hero, actually does that rather well even.
  • Background: Fyodor lived most of his young life normally... though... one day while exploring a nearby forest he spotted a flock of ravens circling nearby, getting to this place he noticed it was a clearing. The ravens were circling closer to the ground now and Fyodor spotted something on the ground... as he took what he now saw was a raven shaped mask the flock suddenly enveloped him. As the ravens flew away a short time after that Fyodor noticed that something had changed... the ravens sat around him and... seemed to wait for his command - he soon enough started to notice his newfound powers. Being a fan of super-heroes he decided he wanted to be one to.
  • Misc: Nothing

Herald of Death

Identity: Real name Joseph Stark, the name he uses now is Robin Robinson. Journalist at day, vigilante at night. Goes between Anti-hero and villain.

Powers & Abilities:

Constructs: Herald can create constructs, usually weapons, of crimson red color. When he creates something other than weapons, it consumes more energy. In CQC (close-quarter combat), he prefers two short axes. For long-range attacks, he uses all kinds of guns (see below).

Enhanced Condition: Herald can, for a time being, enhance his physical capabilities (for example, see further, run faster or jump higher). But, it doesn't make him a powerhouse like Hulk or a speedster like Flash and etc. As such, he prefers stealth.

Healing Factor: A bit, but not Wolverine level. He can die, but it's harder to kill him than normal people. Related to Enhanced Condition.

Fire: Herald can use fire to create guns out of nothing (it's actually a synergy with Constructs ability. To be precise, Constructs create a gun itself, and Fire creates bullets). The Herald can create even a rocket launcher, but he doesn't use it much since it draws too much attention and it consumes much energy. Otherwise, bullets are infinite, as long as he has fire around. He can also use it to cook.

Description: The man with a face with nothing special about it. Has a cybernetic arm and leg. His eyes have the color of polluted sea. Blond and short hair. Wears mostly cheap clothes (jeans, shirts and all that). That is when he is "Robin Robinson".

When he is Herald, he wears a skull-shaped mask that smiles. Joseph painted it red so that it could strike fear into his victims. Has a specially designed suit made for him that can blend well in shadows.

Personality: Cynical would be the right word. Joseph generally believes that humans are monsters in general (including himself). But he still fights for justice and equality for all. He is generally rude and makes fun of everything in dry way. He is not an unemotional person. Hates any kind of villain with boiling rage (he has no mercy for any kind of villains). May be unstable (he suffers from PTSD). He has a strong sense of justice... at least from his perspective. Joseph dislikes the rich and criminals in general (also, he loathes people who have "Social Darwinism" mentality). He respects people who stay good even in the harshest of times. Also, he is bisexual. Joseph's wish is to be accepted and loved by someone.

Background: Joseph was raised up by an abusive, later alcoholic aunt who murdered his real parents and became wealthy because of it. He was born in Vale, a wealthy city in West Coast of America. He went to the School for Future Heroes in Vale. Unfortunately, Damien Anderson, who was a supposed "psychologist" of the school, corrupted his two best friends: David Mercer and Mary Engel. He was forced to kill the person he loved (David) and his friend (Mary). Then, Anderson used this to paint Joseph as insane murderer, and the School put him in detention center. Joseph escaped soon after, and he is hunted by people he befriended.

This event broke him, bringing him to the brink of insanity. His need for revenge, along with his hatred towards criminals and villains, made him become a murderer. He now dedicated his life to eradicating villain population, as well as his revenge against Damien Anderson. He has already murdered some of the villains, and he is hunted by TALOS for being a terrorist. Some condemn his actions, while others believe he is just an urban legend. His main enemies are the organizations called Foundation for the Future, superhuman supremacists who want to eradicate all normal humans on this Earth, and Shield of Humanity, human supremacists who want Earth to be humanity's and only humanity's (that means they are willing to kill aliens and other supernatural creatures).

Currently, his allies are Leo Amante and Clarissa Mosso. He used to have more allies (Medo Shamon (currently agent of TALOS) and Jessica Mitchell (currently combat leader of the Foundation for the Future), but they betrayed him.

OK, two things: first, does he create the flames he uses? Or must he use existing fires?

Second, I'm not sure about allowing an entire destroyed city in the setting. I mean, that's worse than 9/11, and look at how that affected real-life America.

Other than that I'm OK with this.

Regarding his fire power, it works like inFAMOUS. He can store fire for later uses, but he cannot create fire from nothing.

As for the background, I'll change it to something less of a catastrophe and more personal.

I'll edit my post.

Also, I have a question: what are things that I can do and I can't do? Besides being a dick and making my characters OP (these of course are things I can't do). I would be glad to be told about some rules and regulations of some sort. Or should I go to the Discussion thread for this?

The Love Heart

  • Amanda Harris, villain, leans towards anti-villainy with her Well-Intentioned Extremist tendencies, but easily classified under "villain"
  • Amanda wields, or is wielded by, the artifact that she bears the name of, the Heart Of All-Encompassing Love, attached, welded, to her sternum. It's an artifact, an Original Creation, forged by one of the souls descended of the Titan Bodhisattva and bears that entity's mark. Amanda's own psychic potential awoke but now it reaches out to any mind to expand its reach. She attacks telepathically, overwhelming minds with peace and contenment, with quiet joy and love. It's a mental hug, an overwheling crushing bear hug.
    • Those she defeats, she subsumes, adding their mental prowess to her own, growing in strength, and their knowledge to her own mental archives. Every sapient mind added this way increases her power and range of her touch. They act sort of like routers and extra ram, letting her bounce through them to touch distant minds or gathering them to her to concentrate her power.
    • Bearing mentioning is her "guardian", some anonymous person in power armor. The tech behind this power armor is familiar, similar to that of Blood Knight and Demon Slayer. Whatever had been of the poor soul within before, both they and the blood thirsty wet ware of the armor have been tamed by the Love Heart. It has a full-suite of environmental hazard and long term survival features, as well as very middle-of-the-road super strength, armor toughness and tactical combat programming she rarely if ever allows to resurface.
      • However, the most pressing feature her cybernetic guardian gives her is that it bridges the gap between her and inorganic minds, such a sapient android. It requires her guardians presence and her full concentration as she uses two different entities, the person inside the suit and then that suit itself, as translation mediums between her and a machine person, and attempt to overwrite their programming as she overwrote the minds of her "followers". Problematically, she only has the faint inkling that she might be able to do this in theory, in so far as she's even aware of true A.I.'s. She's never had the chance to put this into practice, so therefore has no practice.
    • Her other "followers" bear mention as well. So far, they're a collection of about a few dozen civilians, some of them with various helpful skills, like different technicians and physicians. But most frightening is the small cadre of TALOS agents she's enthralled. Along with their espionage skills, she has two from the Psi department, one from Mystics, two from Tech, three Field and one Intel. The two from Psi, especially, with their own minor psychic abilities, have been used to boost her power considerably.
    • She wears a decoy Heart around her neck that she somehow had enchanted by a former follower to light up when she uses her power.
  • Amanda is an African-American girl in her late teens, just about to turn twenty, very dark everything. Her hair is curly but loose enough to spill down around her head. She is thick in proportions, not fat or even quite chubby, but definitely meaty. She looks like she smiles easily, and she does with her large happy eyes. She's a little on the short side. Her preferred clothing and accessories tends towards various shades of pink, including jewelry, the fake Heart and some faux angel wings on her back. The actual Love Heart is a dark red, almost black, and more of a rough oval in shape where in lays embedded in her torso.
    • Her followers are a wide range of ages and ethnicity, but she encourage pink among them as well. Her cybernetic guardian has armor fashioned after a medieval knight.
  • She truly believes what she's doing is the right thing, bringing people together, wiping away the evil from their souls and unburdening them of their sorrows. So she's very compassionate, but is not without an ego. She models herself after the idea that she is some kind of messianic angel, or angelic messiah or whatever.
    • She doesn't view her telepathic attacks as such, but as very passionate expressions of her unconditional love and sincere desire being broadcast on the level of the soul, winning them over in a way they might not understand. Some of her followers are willing converts, seeking escape from misery, but most aren't. She allows them to freely express the part of their personality that don't disagree with her, such as anything violent or hurtful.
  • Her story started tangentially to a violent domestic dispute. A fight between the neighbor couple had spilled outside, and Amanda was watching through her bed room window. On her laptop was the news, reporting all the terrible things the new loves to report about people doing to each other. Her heart ached and she wished people could just get along, that she could make them get along peacefully. The Heart heard her sincere wish and answered, fusing with her.
    • Her first attempt as starting her cult nearly absorbed half of her home town. What brought her to TALOS attention was when she intercepted a TALOS transport containing a captured person inside of power armor possessed by a murder AI. She captured the three agents, two Tech, one Field and one Intel supervising, and then "freed" the power armor wearer from their suffering, taming the murderous AI as well.
    • A task force was dispatched, Mongrel and Blind Seer, backed by members of their respective related departments, and Victus with a Field team. It almost ended when Victus got the drop on her and put Amanda in a choke hold. However, when Amanda passed out, her restraint on the power armor slipped and the person and the AI went berserk. And then fucking Melancholy showed up.
    • Why he seemed to take an interest in Love Heart, as perhaps never has there been anyone more opposite to him. He came packing enough bad mojo and the element of surprise to get a drop on Mongrel and Blind Seer of all people and tie them up with distractions, drop the assembled TALOS agents and threatened to start cutting throats if Victus didn't release her.
    • She brought the power armor back under control before using it to help her high tail it out of there with several of the subdue TALOS agents in tow. He made good his escape too, ditching the demons and maddened poltergeists he had gone through the trouble of rounding up for this little endeavor. She's been on the run ever since, although it's believed she's rebuilding her cult, far more covertly this time with TALOS talent backing her. Whatever interest Melancholy has in her, she has no association with that terrorist herself, it seems.

The Crusader

Identity: Elizabeth Engel. Active superhero. Obviously, hero.

Powers & abilities:

God's Blessing: The Crusader draws power from her belief. It is definitely magic, but it does not come from God. It comes from the belief itself. That means, if she stops believing in God, then she will lose her powers. She can do many things, including:

1. Healing: She can heal a person, at the cost of her own health. More serious the wounds, more costly it is for The Crusader.

2. Buff and debuffs: The Crusader can increase the effectiveness of herself or her allies. She can make any power more potent, except for unholy powers (she can only debuff that person). She can also remove negative effects on the mind (such as stress or fatigue), but not permanently. As mentioned above, Elizabeth can debuff a person (or a thing) who is somehow unholy.

3. Holy Shield and Holy Sword: She can summon the Holy Shield. It can protect her or her allies from attacks. She can also use it for offense. Holy Sword is really useful when destroying unholy enemies. They are all quite powerful weapons.

4. Divine Sight: After an incident with a pair of supervillain and supervillainess, The Crusader lost her eye. But she gained the ability of divine sight: ability to detect lies, sins of human heart and illusions. Other than that, she sees the world like Daredevil, except the world is gold.

Description: Elegance would be the best word to describe her looks. Straight long blonde hair. She is quite attractive (above average). As described, she lost her eyes (literally), so she carries black blindfold. Generally prefers bright, but modest color for her clothes and accessories. She used to have golden eyes.

Personality: She is generally a nice and stoic girl. She doesn't get angry, she doesn't judge anyone and tries to be as understanding as possible. She believes in redemption. Elizabeth always puts herself in hardship. However, there is one huge flaw: she is suicidal. After what she suffered through, she has a death wish. Her dream is to die while saving the world. Elizabeth doesn't think about living after saving the world. Also, she used to be denial in reality (though her Divine Sight forced her to change for the better).

Backstory: Elizabeth Engel was born in the family of superheroes. She had a bigger sister Mary Engel. Her childhood was the memory she fondly holds. Unfortunately, her parents were killed by a group of anti-metas, equipped with a living weapon that could kill superheroes. Before dying, Elizabeth and Mary's parents saved them with their last powers. The sisters parted their ways (it was more of an accident). The Catholic priest found her and took care of her (that's why she is Catholic). Also, her reason of joining Catholicism was her denial about the evil in humanity.

She eventually rejoined Mary in the School for Future Heroes, and she met Joseph Stark as well. They were good friends... until that day. The day when Joseph killed David and Mary. She was in denial that he would do such a thing, and went on a journey to find him. On the way, however, she was captured by a pair of supervillain and superviallainess that destroyed her eyes and planned on torturing her. But, Elizabeth managed to save herself and defeated them. Along with herself, she saved quite a few people that day. People called her 'The Crusader'.

She's still on her way to find Joseph. To find the truth behind his actions. She still thinks that he can be redeemed. But, at the same time, she struggles to forgive him for his actions.

Great characters all around. All approved, but GOA remember the Minions rule. Anything with an independent identity or great powers must be built as a separate character.

As for the rules, I believe pretty much everything is covered in the first post of this thread. In case of doubt just ask in the Discussion Thread.

Aye, aye. The power armor persons is essentially mindless at this point, as she's had to completely suppress the personality of the AI that had suppressed the personality of the host. So that entity is not a separate, up until the point Love Heart becomes a non-factor.

Anywho, she's an NPC for your use.

I see that my characters are not included in the Reserved Character list.

Are there any problems with my characters, or is it somethig else?

Slaver:

Identity: Damien Anderson. Leader of the Project Loyalty for the Foundation for the Future. Villain, no doubt.

Powers & abilities:

Corruption: He can awaken a 'demon' (dark side of a person) inside a person. This 'demon' will slowly, but surely corrupt the mind. In the first two weeks of the corruption, the person can be saved, but if the time expires, then that person has no chance of redemption. And it's not easy to detect the corruption, since 'demon' threatens the person if the person tries to confess. However, Damien doesn't really control the demon itself. The reason he can control the process of corruption is...

Psychologist: He studied and knows the human mind, so if he gets to know the person he corrupted, Damien can easily control him.

Empowerment: More of a side-effect than anything, but if a person is fully corrupted, then he/she will gain a boost in power.

If there is a weakness, is that he can't fight.

Description: He has dark circles beneath his eyes (because he doesn't really sleep that much). Damien has brown eyes and black hair. He doesn't wear any glasses. Damien is really skinny, since he doesn't move much and doesn't eat much. He has a short black beard. In terms of attractiveness, he is below average (it's more because he doesn't really takes care of himself).

Personality: He pretends to be a sociable and pleasant person to hide his sadism. He always had an interest in a broken human mind since the childhood (so much he drove some teens to suicide when he was a schoolboy). He wants to get deep into the person's heart, so he talks about some several philosophical topic with the person he got to know pretty well (for example, what is the meaning of life? what lies after death? and etc.). Then, he uses the answer to find a way to corrupt a person. To sum up, he is a Nightmare Fetishist of broken humans. His interest, as expected, is psychology and philosophy. And also he is a superhuman supremacist.

Backstory: Damien was born in a normal family and his life seemed to be pretty normal... except for a fact that he drove some kids to suicide for interest. Damien researched about PTSD, depression and other psychological illnesses. Damien wondered why there are different reasons for the insanity, not just one. Then, he discovered his powers of corruption and began testing people.

Then, he became a psychologist of the School for Future Heroes. Seeing Joseph Stark as a nuisance (Joseph always propagated for the equality and his wish for justice), he decided to break him. Not with his powers, but through indirect means. Damien corrupted David and Mary, knowing they were his friends (In David's case, the person Joseph loved) and forced Joseph to kill them. As expected, Joseph went insane and was put in the detention center (though he escaped later). Damien, since first examining him, knew that Joseph had the potential to kill someone as long as it was justified.

Realizing Damien's talent and contribution to the cause, Foundation put him in charge of Project Loyalty: making slaves blindly obedient by breaking them (Foundation knew that Anderson was responsible for this incident and found him remarkable, since: 1. he had a great power and 2. he made the potential enemy of the Foundation the public enemy).

I don't think he will be my playable character now. Maybe NPC.
