Insomniac's Spider-Man

I don't see how this exactly changes much. Ok, my friends are in a random pic on twitter and seem otherwise normal and nothing is wrong.

Where is the point that I should be concerned? Unless they've been missing for several days in which case, why do they look normal in the pic and a lot of the situations seem like they haven't been 'Negative Possessed' for very long.

Like, the last set up couldn't have been longer than a few mins at most.

They’ve been missing since the ESU Halloween party. And Mr.Negative’s influence doesn’t always show.

No offence, but you seem pretty committed to just hating the missions at this point.

I say it still doesn't make much sense. If they've been missing since the party but are perfectly fine in the picture, why are they 'missing'? The rest of the missions seems to suggest that the influence didn't take over until minutes before (i.e. The last one with the drug dealers).

But I'll concede on this one for the sake of conversation.

I'm kind of hoping that in the inevitable sequel Peter's day job is running an adult education program for FEAST.

You know for all the flack it initially got, the white spider emblem costume was pretty popular at Comic Con this year. Saw a ton of them. It’s striking in a similar way the Infinity War Iron Spider is whole still being unmistakable Spider Man.

I don’t see Peter using it in the comic though. Save it for Earth Play Station.

Just got to the first MJ section. Umm can you skip theses by accident? I saw the game load up gameplay for her to wrap things up with Pete.

Spectacular Spider-Man had the best Spider-Man Theme Song and nothing will convince me otherwise.

New info on the DLC, including the suits that come with it.

The new original suit looks really good too. Less excited for Spider-UK but the suit itself is well done.

Really happy to see Kaine's Scarlet Spider suit and Spider-UK.

I'll probably use Spider-UK alot, mostly because i like him.

Well Noir & UK are already out in the first use of Geddon.

Though from what I’ve heard their are hints that the dead spiders will be revived.

I will be mad forever if Noir is permanently dead.

Well if they're revived then fine.

If not though, then they'd better not touch Peni.

Apparently the event started because Ock recreated the Inheritors cloning tech & the smart one traced the signal, finding out, & used that to help his family escape.

So if the Spider’s do get revived it might be because of using the Inheritors cloning tech.

That kind of crap is why I think comic books are some of the worst mediums out there. It's not like there isn't good comic books by modern standards but I'm so friggin tire of characters like the Inheritors

I mean its not like they were a selling point anyway.

The purpose of the Verse/Geddon events is to bring over a ton of fan-favorite Spidey's and create some news, and see how they bounce off from each other.

The Inheritors don't need to be complex or compelling..... well one of them is. All they need to be is to be menacing which they are but they went too far admitably but hey better to do right wrong than wrong right after all.

Last time I'm going off topic about this unless it's regarding specifically PS 4 Spidey, but killing characters in such lackluster way just reinforce what I despise about comic books. They went even as far as to kill off Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends just for cheap shock value. I still can't believe this is the same writer for this game & Spider-Geddon

I don't know all my alternate Spider-Men but because of the Spider Verse & Geddon there's barely any of them left now.

Ok, last time addressing this, but they're the Expendable Alternate Universe for a reason.

Never could confirm because I was lazy as fuck but Post Crisis Superman said no one has been revive in the New 52. Even though apparently New 52 Superman is supposed to part of him or something like that. I don't know, I'm trying to find the rest of the series but I've been lazy

Still even if they are from alternate universe several of them are very popular characters in their own right.

Like I highly doubt Noir is gonna stay dead especially since he’s starring in a big budget movie sometime this year.

Shit it be rad if the games sequel adapts Spider-Verse in some form.

I thought the Sequel Hook implies their going with Green Goblin and Venom for the next game though so tying that to spider-verse could be tricky (Not impossible per say but tricky).
