Her profile mentions her being possessed by the "Holy Mother of the Abyss" and her goat buddy is black. Shub-Niggurath is called the Black Goat of the Woods and Mother of a Thousand Young. It feels like Molay just switched from one goat to another without really realizing who the new goat is, or Baphomet and Shub are the same entity.

In all fairness, Molay didn't choose either goat to follow.
The slander did for the first one and the second one saw the "resume" and hired the poor guy on the spot, based on it. (Maybe.)

I think we have another Clytie situation with de Molay here. For one thing, the profile keeps referring to the living de Molay as a man, but it gives no indication that the accounts were false like with Drake, that she was crossdressing like Artoria, or that she was given a Gender Bender like Kama. And the personality seems vastly at odds with the version in Arcade and the living one described in the bio. It would be one thing if it was just the former since that could be written off as being an Alternate Self, but it keeps referencing the living de Molay. The latter could be a result of the Innocent Monster skill, but I think we have a situation resembling Clytie being made into Van Gogh, in that it's not de Molay but someone else merely called that due to the God inhabiting her.

Nero has normal, gym uniform, nice dress, bride, caster, and idol.
Liz has normal, caster, brave, mecha 1, mecha 2, and this. Still no Japan.
So, they're equal in GO not counting ascensions or Carmilla.

Gogh's profile was entirely locked until the event reveals, I think Molay only having one section locked off means I don't see a reason not to believe the text is to be taken for granted.

Yes, Carmilla counts since she's just an older Liz.
You can't count something they haven't let us use (or shown a battle sprite for IIRC), unless they finally changed that. 
And no, Carmilla doesn't count, she would object to it. As would Liz. And is largely treated as a separate character most of the time.

Aged variants in Fate are generally treated as alternate versions.
Or to put it in simpler terms; Liz is Shriou, Carmilla is EMIYA. Same foundation but not necessarily the same future.
Hey, Carmilla can still say she got a swimsuit before Liz. Funny how neither of them have an SSR variant yet.
Carmilla's Assassin version begs to differ. Which is funny cuz she rocks every other outfit she's in.
