Did not expect Marvel to go with that 2nd episode spoiler Twincest.

Honestly, what is the deal with that? There is nothing which I consider as "ewww" than that. Why does it keep coming up in the MCU?

God that Telegraph review "Why does this Comic Adaptation have comic book characters and tropes waaaaaaah" Ugh

Well, I am currently on episode three and it is great! So far I like it better than Daredevil. Jessica's dry sarcasm is very appreciated. Could do without her creepy neighbours, though.

I've gotta say Kilgrave comes off very well to me. He is very intimidating, but at the same time he doesn't come across as invincible, which conversely makes him even more terrifying. Especially in that scene on the balcony at the end of E3.

I watched 3 episodes so far and I am enjoying it. It makes me a bit uncomfortable at parts, but in a good way. Kilgrave is a really creepy bastard, and the show is capturing well how paranoia inducing his mere existence is.

I agree. I find interesting Kilgrave fled from Jessica, instead of trying to control her. I am starting to think Kilgrave fears her as much as she fears him. He is obsessed with her, but probably noticed he was losing grasp of her in the past and don't want to take chances with someone who could punch his head off his shoulders. It is an interesting dynamic, with both characters wanting to 'defeat' the other, but being of what would happen if they actually met face to face.

Why isn't Avengers Tower on top of the Met Life building like it should be?

Will start watching later but had a few questions (not sure if should spoiler):

• In this version, was Jessica a costumed hero at some point in the past?
• Trish? (and if not, any hint of her being one in the future?)
• Any reference to Scott Lang?- like as an ex-boyfriend

Am I the only one here that likes the opening theme song.

I liked it from episode 1. I just started episode 3.

I didn't like the opening song when I first saw it yesterday but I liked it when watching the first episode today.

I do too. Starts out as the kind of cool jazz thing that Saul Bass would illustrate the credits of and then slowly transitions into hard rock.

And within the transition, it sort of goes from disoriented to confident.

I don't think I'd be going far out to suggest it parallels Jessica's mental state.

Still doesn't really work for me, and I have reached episode 8. I like the visuals, but the music takes me out...I actually liked the song which they used for advertising way better, especially since the text could have been written specifically for Jessica.

I am not sure I like the music. It doesn't bother me, but I don't care for it either. The visuals are cool, though. It remember me of the original comic.

I like the Jazz portions of the theme the most.

They tore it down after Age of Ultron, which is why the team moved to upstate New York.

Interestingly, early in it seems like Jessica Jones is taking place January 2015 or thereabouts, based on the date of the bus crash "a year ago". That being the case, it may have been before Age of Ultron.

I am a little bit too focussed on the story to really pay attention to the timeline just yet.

The one where Luke Cage's wife was killed by Jessica and Kilgrave.

"Asshole thinks he's Carl Icahn." I find this line amusing because he wanted to buy Marvel during the 90s bankruptcy case.
