For Christmas, I'm driving to California to deliver a large century old chest!
DAMMIT MARK, STOP HOTTING HELPY!!KATARSUS, YOU NEVER TOLD ME THAT MARY'S SOURCE MATERIAL WAS SO TERRIFYING
Oh, and don't be Sad(ness) - it's Christmas! Pun quota fulfilled.
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating.Honestly when it comes to other RPG Maker horror games, I find Ib to be pretty tame
No, it's not as bad as it could be, but I'm...not good with horror stuff. XD
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating.I'm the same way. I was looking up Ib out of curiosity and then I saw that Mary was... not entirely pleasant in her source material and it made me question Ben's safety.
I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.Which begs the question, is Mary going to flip out at some point and start trying to kill people?
Also this is going to be the hottest Christmas ever in Toronto, if the forecast is anything to go by. I blame this motherfucker right here.
Everything should be fine as long as no one upsets her too much. Keep in mind that she does have that palette knife somewhere.
It's worth keeping in mind I took her from the one ending where she is the only one that's relatively happy. Not my fault it's one of the worst ones.
Also, fun fact: I was originally torn between signing up as her or Viola from The Witch's House after the true ending, but between all the spoilers I couldn't even figure out what to include in her signup and what to keep out, so I went for Mary in the end.
I think if I do cave in and decide to switch to Sans, I'm probably going to use Genocide route Sans right before his fight with the protagonist
>sans: *about to fight for the salvation of the timeline and the memories of everyone he's ever loved* Do you wanna have a bad ti -
-TELEPORTED-
>sans: wut.
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating. Not upset her too much? You mean like turning into a fire-based alien when she's deathly afraid of fire?
Though to be fair, Ib is pretty much a normal little girl, and Ben can turn into superpowered aliens, so he might be able to go toe-to-toe with Mary if need be.
And Loco, I approve. Heat Miser has been winning out where I live too.

I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.@Full Moon many many posts ago: Pap and Sans aren't joined at the hips true, but their dynamic is so fun that you really wouldn't want to split them up. At least I wouldn't.
As for your debate with yourself...Eh, your call. If you had an idea of what to do with Asgore outside of him just being Asgore, then you should probably carry through with it before making the switch. And if you can't think of anything for him to do, allow me: Asgore closely resembles a typical earth demon from Slightly Damned, at least before he speaks. That could lead to something.
That is all there is to say, and I will say no more. You guys complaining about it being a hot Christmas while I get to feel smug because it's really cold and snowing where I live, so I have the proper white Christmas.
@School Yard Blues (and Full Moon): I'm am a bit sorry to say this, but from what I know of Papyrus and Sans I wouldn't allow them as a character duo. I know they are brothers and they do have some unique dynamic between them, but they also clearly function just fine as characters while on their own.
The character duo (or possibly more than a duo) thing is strictly for characters who wouldn't function just fine on their own, or whom the dynamic of interaction between them is basically the whole point of their character. That's why Rick and Morty or the Eds from Ed, Edd, and Eddy would be acceptable as multiple characters, because the way they interact with each other is basically the whole point of their character, and they just would not be the same if they were alone. That doesn't seem to apply to Papyrus and Sans, so they are a case of a character duo I wouldn't allow.

You are reading this.Yeah that's pretty much it. Papyrus and Sans actually spend a majority of Undertale separated from each other after you're done with Papyrus's boss battle.
I was already aware that they wouldn't fit in with the duo rule
If someone did join as Papyrus, I would seriously consider dropping everything to play as Sans.
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating. If only Kage were still playing Undyne, that'd be one big Undertale motley crew.
I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither. So, talking about ensembles and future characters, could I hypothetically join as The Penguins of Madagascar?

Yeah, I think the penguins would be fine.
You are reading this. The penguins would be really silly oh my god.
Merry Christmas everybody! And today's the day I start my long car trip cross country to California, the second I've ever done in my life time! Because of this, I'll mostly only have my phone with me, so expect posts to be sporadic until I hit the West Coast.
DAMMIT MARK, STOP HOTTING HELPY!!Good luck Ud, I hope you have fun!
You are reading this.So. How was everyone's Christmas?
That is all there is to say, and I will say no more.I got six games on Steam, finished Undertale the night I got it, whipped Mega Satan's ass on the most OP run ever, and built a LEGO-knockoff F-15 that made me feel like I'd cut my fingers on soap afterwards.
Very good, in other words.
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."Merry late Christmas, everyone! I got Fallout 4, so see you guys, in like, two years.
I got Xenoblade Chronicles for 3DS, so I'll be right there with ya Loco
That is all there is to say, and I will say no more.
