If Cole dies again he would be creating the rather unpleasant pattern of dying once every two days at best

At that point, it would be better for him to just stab himself and get his tragic death quota over with earlier than usual.

I'm really trying hard for him to not die, but we shall see where the whims of the GM take us That being said this one shouldn't be quite as bad as the last one. He didn't turn demonic because he died (I mean it didn't help but that wasn't the reason), he turned because he kinda got tortured/terrified into it as Mary stabbed him to death.

I am still going to contend that someone needs to like put one of those child harnesses on him and just not let him get into things. Once things are settled down someone give him a binky and teach him how to plop in front of a TV and watch cartoons like a normal human being :|

I don't know, what cartoons do we get in the city? And what cartoons are going to appeal to a confused half-spirit teenager/toddler with knives and psychic powers? ...no seriously I'm asking :|

So there's Ben, Rex, Rick, Morty, Twilight, and Bill as characters explicitly from western animation, and Sadness and Jack from animated movies. Out of those ones...I can see him liking Inside Out and My Little Pony. :P Probably not Rick and Morty, though.

@Ben scanning Jack: No, that one I'm definitely vetoing. Sans is explicitly a different species with clear signs of genetics and therefore DNA going on, whatever WTF format it looks like. Jack is explicitly former human turned immortal spirit of winter; whatever magic is going on there I do not buy it involves anything compatible with the omnitrix. Same goes for Cole.

@Udthe Imp: Yes, but as I mentioned before if that normally has any buffing or healing properties it doesn't here.

Isn't Overcharge what causes the zombie outbreak in Sunset Overdrive?

Considering it's effect, wouldn't it be appropriate for it to still have it's functions in this one day?

Yeah, I was gonna say "no" for Cole and Jack being able to be scanned too.

Energy drinks count as actual buffing? O_o I was planning for it to be a sort of Schmuck Bait for the day that horribly mutates people if drunk.

From reading the Tropes page for the game and from a little gameplay foootage I saw, unprocessed Overcharge does not seem to have any real effects outside of being highly addictive and mutating people into monsters.

I'm still looking forward to the day when somebody accidentally finds a book detailing Rick and Morty's adventures in the library, leaving them to awkwardly explain the circumstances.

Oh God. I'm picturing Cole and maybe a couple of the other kid characters sitting on the ground in front of some makeshift puppet stage while the others try to put on a show to cheer them up, and then it just starts to fall apart. Twilight's trying to tell a nice little story about pleasant topics, Ben keeps getting bored with it and adding cool monsters to fight out of nowhere, Rex is trying to upgrade the stage to do cooler special effects, Rick starts taking the piss out of the scientific inaccuracies and trying to explain in gruesome detail what would have really happened...

I'm reminded of the first Homestar Runner Halloween special where they're telling a ghost story and everyone keeps screwing it up, then Strong Sad makes it really bleak near the end.
