CoLC crossover RP, discussion

Hey guys, what's up? Just Some Guy here, or just JSG for short. Or Guy, whichever works.

So apparently I'll be playing as a perfectly normal cute little girl lost in a big, big city who's totally not deranged in any sense of the word.

I hoped to see our characters interact with each other soon in the RP :P

@Yomegami: The city's gonna kinda compress since the three layers are going to turn back into one, so yes people not in the library or at the balconies are probably going to get shifted around.

@Nitrous Thunder: I'm about to transition to the next in-game day soon, so it'd be a lot easier for coming back in if you waited until then.

@Nitrous: The most important thing you'd need to know right now is that Day 7 is just about to end (as in, tonight). I'd hold off on rejoining until Firock posts about Day 8 starting.

Did some mention the Walled City of Kowloon in the RP thread? I lived in Hong Kong when it was around. Very very scary place.

Day eight, what is a man?

• All characters with opposable thumbs are transformed into creatures of some kind. Be they real life animals, pokemon, aliens, robots, whatever, with only one condition: Said creature cannot have opposable thumbs, or any transformation/shapeshift ability which could give it opposable thumbs. Regardless of questions of vocal cords and lung capacity, these characters can still talk normally.
  • Items iconic to the character will remain, but the rest of their default items including their outfit will disappear for the day. Items they've gained since coming to the city are unchanged.
  • The character's own abilities remain, though may not necessarily be applicable in their new body. New abilities inherent to the new body may be gained, so long as they are appropriately balanced based on the signup rules.
  • The character becomes the size of the creature they are changed into, not keep their own size. Unless that creature is too big or too small as per the rules in signups, in which case it is sized down or up appropriately.

• All characters who do not have opposable thumbs are instead transformed into regular humans, and given an outfit based on their previous appearance.
  • Their default items remain unchanged, as do any they've gained since coming to the city.
  • Special abilities are lost, though the character will be given new items that can emulate the lost abilities. These items are considered default to them for the day and will reappear on them should they die.

• Characters who can transform/shapeshift between different forms have the above rules apply to each form individually.
• The city is populated with a great number of golems, made of books. These golems are mute and don't interact with the characters much, but to those turned into creatures will mime actions as if pretending that said character is their "pet". Such as walking behind them on the sidewalk and pretending they have a leash in their hand, etc..
• The city seems to have more veternary clinics and pet related stores than usual.

Couldn't resist one last shit hitting the fan for Day 7. And that's probably going to be my last post for tonight. I'd have preferred to wait for Syrika to post first, but I didn't want to leave this for tomorrow.
