Wrong discussion, sorry.

@Firock
- Thanks. I'll do that and transition to Gon starting to crash.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Alright, break's going up.
Feel free to hang out and post whatever in discussion; maybe share a bit about what you've got going on for Halloween. But please do not post anything in the main thread until the break post becomes edited into the day transition.
My current plan is to do so once I'm on my computer this Sunday, November 1st. I will try to have it done then, but it could possibly end up being very early in the morning of November 2nd instead.
And with that, I'm going to get going for tonight.
You are reading this.Did I ever mention how convenient this break is for me? Because it is, since I'll be away for most of this weekend.
Either way, happy Halloween for everyone, and see you on Sunday.
@Katarsus: That was the general idea. Hope you have a good weekend.
And I hope everyone is having a fun Halloween break.
Just had a couple bookkeeping things I wanted to go ahead and mention for the sake of it:
Because Plumbum never posted for the first day, I've taken Aeon Calcos off the active character list. (He is of course welcome to come back with Aeon Calcos or another character.) There's some other people I suspect have already left the game, but they did post at least once so I'll keep them on the list for technicality's sake; of course if they don't post during day 2 they will be taken off the list.
Also I'm aware that Too Many Ideas never posted for Sora either, but since it wasn't that long ago, relatively speaking, that Sora was accepted I'll just assume that they were holding off for the start of day 2 to bring Sora in.
Lastly, I went ahead and officially added Rick's and Plague Knight's subplots to get labs set up to the subplot section. I was sort of waiting to see if I could come up with a good name for them, and also wasn't sure if I wanted to add player-driven subplots to the section; I still haven't come up with good names for them, but I decided to put them up anyway.

You are reading this.Too Many Ideas is in OAAIART with me and he can't be online for too terribly long. That might also be why he hasn't posted.
mario is red, i am green, i try my best, but everyone's meanIdea for a challenge day: Family Sitcom day! All the characters would have their minds altered so that they fit into the premise of a 90s sitcom. The premise would be that Plague Knight and Rick are two Mad Scientists who are both next door neighbors and coworkers who constantly try to one up each in scientific acheivements from just the simplest of disagreements; the rest of their respectives families get along splendidly, however, and the rivalry gets them in trouble at work. When push comes to shove, though, PK and Rick will put aside their differences for the sake of family and job security, and occassionally learn their are some thing that science can't solve.
All the other P Cs will be given roles as members of PK and Mort's family, coworkers, and/or friends and school mates.
"Well before, I did it with reckless abandon. Now I can't control myself!" ~ Jesse Cox, 2014This can only be complete as everyone slowly gains the realization that something is horribly, horribly wrong.
Maybe just a feeling that starts spiralling out of control.
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."And then a creepy bearded guy starts killing everybody off and eating their corpses, only to be vaporized by an ugly Muppet cat?
that sounds awesome. definitely supporting.

TOO MANY COOKS
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."I'm not really sure about doing any AU days for this spin around; AU day or not, I definitely wasn't planning on doing any days that specifically revolve around certain player characters, as that seems a tad unfair to everyone else. But if everyone wants to see it happen anyway, I could see about setting it up at some point.
Anyway, me being nocturnal I'm actually getting going for bed now. I might have a family dinner to be at after waking up, might not; I don't know yet when it's happening so it might end up not including me. If not I'll go get dinner for myself at some point. Point is, I really don't know right now when I'll be on my computer and ready to start working on that day transition. Minimum is gonna be like... Eight hours from now, and it'll probably take me at least an hour to get the full transition ready.
I'm hoping I can get it up before nighttime, but I can hold no promise to that.
You are reading this.Alright, and here we go! Please don't forget to re-read the edited transition post. And of course feel free to put a Hand Wave for the ending of the first day into your posts.
- The city is replaced with a large jungle of thick plant growth; the plants are all hostile in some way or another, and become active if you come into contact with them, making crossing through the plants basically impossible.
- The buildings in the city are all now made of wood, and built like tree-houses on top of the plants; there is a maze of walkways ranging from rickety, poorly balanced planks to fully enclosed bridges connecting all the buildings. This means conventional travel is possible, but it's even more difficult than it usually is to get to where you actually wanted to go.
- There is a network of crevices beneath the jungle that are set up to make travel through them easier to go straight to your destination since they're less like a maze. Muddy at the bottom and free of plants, they look safe at first but are actually filled with hiding holes for giant bugs, both Terran and alien; anyone going into the crevices will get swarmed by them.
- For the record, the plants kill the bugs too.
- The bugs are individually inconsequential unless otherwise noted, so you may go ahead and control them in your own posts and not need to worry about the combat posting rule. Just keep in mind that they swarm in great numbers in the crevices. Also, try to let other characters have a chance to do things before you have your character do everything.
- The 'clouds' are actively raining. The rain is normal, pure water, but since the clouds are getting themselves wet they're also shedding soggy pieces of paper down into a few areas of the city.

You are reading this.Interesting.
Welp, too bad Ben hasn't unlocked Wildvine yet.
I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.Too bad indeed.
Anyway, I'm gonna get going for the night now; this week I've got all early shifts so there's going to be plenty of naps and going relatively early for me. The most disruptive day I have is Wednesday, where I'm gonna have my early shift, my nap, and then the weekly Deathwatch game, so on Wednesday I likely won't be posting until after most of you have gone to bed already.
As for tomorrow, (Monday) I'll probably recap at least some of the stuff before my nap, but I don't think I'll be posting until after the nap.

You are reading this.I'll do mine tomorrow since I was busy playing Watch Dogs in a complete edition set for the PS 4.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"I'll be posting much later; I'm about to start class right now.
“Not a promise, not an oath, or a malediction or a curse. Inevitable." - Taylor HebertI see a couple of people are having fun with the possible multiverse insect and plant monsters on display. If I really wanted to show my geek cred I could have Ben nearly cross paths with a Nui-Rama from BIONICLE, but I'm not sure what to post right now.
I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.yiss, another bionicle fan
I'm going to post much later today.
Glad I finally got a chance to post! I kind of missed the chance to before the break. Thankful we had it though, since I was extraordinarily busy the past few days.
...For some reason I don't think Josuke's gonna like this day.
I'm a ghost, you didn't see me.No jungle, rain or oversized insects will prevent Alice from getting her crafting material today
What's up, I finally managed to post after getting through some school work what'd I miss?
@Ud: Who was talking about invasions? What?
