[up][up] Thanks. I can't wait.

The sword skill is actually from a spin off called Sonic and The Black knight. I'm not going to bring the sword to the city, but if it just so happens that Sonic kills someone with a sword, Sonic might loot it. maybe.

Send me a PM when Day 5 starts. I've already have in mind what to do.

Okay, so... here is a thing.

  • Story: Black Lagoon
  • Name: Frederica Sawyer, alias "The Cleaner"
  • Age/Gender/Species: Early 20's/Female/Human
  • Appearance: 'tis oddly hard to find a proper full-body shot. Of rather short stature.
  • Personality: Sawyer has a disturbingly calm disposition; though that is perhaps due to her emoting little both vocally - due to physical difficulties - and in terms of body language. Finding serenity in chopping up bodies, dead or otherwise, she could pass up for an ordinary goth girl, if not for the gruesome scar on her neck, one you that you wouldn't inflict on yourself. She is, however, perfectly capable of normal - if a little creepy and apathetic - interaction. An avid videogamer, she also seems to like cleaning, oddly enough. The ordinary cleaning, that is.
  • Backstory: Mostly known in Roanapur - the most wretched of hives on Earth - as The Cleaner, Sawyer has been around for a while now. There's not much to say about her; she's just another snowflake amongst many such shady figures. Most do not know much about her, other than that she's the body disposal specialist every meaningful gang in town turns to. Dead, alive, doesn't matter to her. The chainsaw whirls and rends apart flesh and bone almost regularly. In her spare time she does a bit of bounty hunting as well.
  • Skills/Powers/Abilities:
    • Chainsaw Combat - eschewing the use of firearms, Sawyer instead fights with her body disposal tool, modified for combat in question. Though this may seem impractical, she is skilled enough to avoid and block attacks coming her way while displaying a worrying degree of celerity.
    • Indifference - no amount of gore and graphic violence can phase her. Working both with a chainsaw and with corpses does that to a person.
    • Torture Specialist - now and then she is asked to take a body and "make an example" out of it. Suffice to say, she is creative.
    • Vidyagaemz Nerd - as far as games released before '95, she can handle them.
  • Items:
    • Chainsaw - a Weapon of Choice.
    • Surgical Mask & Goggles - a pair of items to keep her face safe from occassional piece of bone shrapnel or blood.
    • Ultravoice - a collar-like device strapped on her neck that allows her to speak. Her voice is robotic and she can't say more than a few words without a pause, but it's better than having no voice at all. She also keeps a spare handheld one on her.
  • Other:
    • Take away her Ultravoice and she crumbles in apathy.
    • Runs a meat-packaging plant as a cover-up to her actual business.

Alright, I only saw the first few episodes of Black Lagoon, but thankfully one of my available friends has seen the show two times. He said it all seems accurate enough. Also he wanted me to relay that he's impressed you didn't go for one of the main characters. (Though his top pick for originality would've apparently been, "the mormon flamethrower guy".)

Frederica Sawyer AKA "The Cleaner" is accepted.

Be sure to check out the first post of discussion for helpful information including the current day conditions and relevant links. And read the first post of the main thread to see what Frederica's arrival to the city should be like.

If you're planning to jump in soon, you should recap at least the last few pages or so of the main thread to have an idea of what's going on. Or recap from the start of the current in-game day if you're willing to put in more reading time. Alternatively if you're planning to wait until the next in-game day starts, feel free to hop in the discussion thread anyway and read however much of the main thread you want at your own leisure until then.

They appear with a sudden blur on one of the balconies, assuming the balconies are still there with the day conditions. (Which for this day, they are.)

It's the part that happens in their own universe before that that some players have messed up. (Basically time stops, including the character being unable to move, and everything turns black for a bit. Again, see the first post in the main thread to get a fuller idea of what happens.)

  • Story: Thief (after, or near the end of, Thief: Deadly Shadows)
  • Name: Garrett
  • Age, sex, species: Male human, age is unclear but probably in his late 20's, or 30's
  • Appearance: I have a simple job planned for this evening...
  • Personality: Garrett is a rather cynical, opportunistic individual who mostly looks out for himself. He's got no patience for lofty ideals, noble causes or nebulous mysticism, and would rather stay away from them — but he's (reluctantly) willing to get more involved if forced by the circumstances (such as, oh let's say, impending apocalypse.) That doesn't mean he's a grim guy, though. He takes a lot of pride and satisfaction in his "work" (thievery), enjoys testing his skills with the occasional challenge, and has a snarky sense of humor. While he'd never admit it to himself, deep inside he's willing to help those in desperate need.
  • Backstory: Garrett was recruited at a young age by the Keepers, a secret organization devoted to preserving "balance" in the City. Though he was their "most promising acolyte", he decided to pursue a different way of life; soon after his training was finished, he left the Keepers, using the learned skills of stealth to become the best thief in the entire City. However, even though he has no wish to be a hero or protector, fate tends to have different plans, and several times he found himself having to save the City from one danger or another.
  • Skills:
    • Garrett is a master of stealth, able to use every small sliver of darkness to his advantage. He is very hard to see when hidden in shadows; if he's in deep shadow and not moving, he becomes all but invisible even for people looking straight at him from a few feet away. He's also skilled at noiseless movement, though he needs to walk slowly and deliberately to remain truly quiet.
    • Garrett's right eye was replaced with a mechanical prosthesis. He can see with it as well as with his natural eye, but he can also zoom in to get a better look at distant locations, or examine an object in greater detail.
  • Items: A major portion of Garrett's advantages comes from his specialized equipment. At the moment of his arrival into the City, this includes (exact amounts are in parentheses):
    • A dagger, a bow and a blackjack (small club for knockouts)
    • Set of lockpicks
    • Several types of arrows:
      • Broadhead arrows (25): i. e. ordinary combat arrows. A stealthy shot at an unsuspecting opponent allows Garrett to do major damage.
      • Water arrows (15): tipped with a blue elemental crystal, these arrows create a splash of water when they hit. Garrett uses them mostly to put out torches and fires at a distance—in his line of work, darker is better.
      • Fire arrows (4): tipped with a glowing yellow crystal, they create a fiery explosion when they strike.
      • Moss arrows (8): with a green crystal, they cause a carpet of moss to instantly grow over the struck area, allowing Garrett to walk over it without making the slightest sound. A human being shot in the face with a moss arrow will gag and choke for a brief time.
      • Gas arrows (2): with a yellow crystal, they explode into a cloud of gas which can instantly knock out humans/some humanlike creatures in the immediate vicinity.
      • Noisemaker arrows (5): they cause a loud racket when they land, and can be used as a distraction to temporarily lure enemies away.
  • Climbing gloves: They can be used to scale vertical surfaces of stone or brick.
  • Flash bombs (6): when activated and tossed, they emit a painfully bright flash which temporarily blinds anyone unlucky enough to stand near. They can also be used to fight undead, as a direct hit with a flash bomb can completely destroy a zombie in one go — but of course this works only on zombies from Garrett's universe, and the walking dead of other worlds are unlikely to be affected.
  • Gas bomb (1): when tossed, they explode into a cloud of knockout gas, like the one from gas arrows but with a slightly larger radius.
  • Healing potions (3): Garrett carries a limited number of these potions in case something goes wrong during the job.
  • Oil flasks (2): These small containers are typically used by tossing them against the ground, smashing them and creating a slippery puddle of oil as a trap for unwary guards (the oil is also flammable, which allows setting up a way more deadly trap if a fire source is available.)

Well, there you have it, I'm joining. I haven't actually finished playing Deadly Shadows yet (though I'm close to the end) but, to be frank, I wanted to call dibs on Garrett before someone else got the idea. :P If the game ending changes something major in the signup sheet, I'll let you know.

What are the rules on amounts of consumable resources? Can I assume that Garrett has an arbitrary number of arrows/bombs, or should I pick a specific limited amount?

I recall a long time ago playing a tiny bit of one of the Thief games, but never really got past the tutorial, (To be fair, I mean I think my age could be counted on one hand at the time.) and have never played them since. Have kind of wanted to now and again, but haven't gotten around to it. None of my available friends have really played the series either, unfortunately.

But, a quick skim through his TV Tropes character page and this looks accurate enough to me.

Garrett is accepted.

As for your question about the consumables, I feel a tad embarrassed that that hadn't fully occurred to me yet. After thinking about it for a bit, I've added the following to the signup rules:

As for items your character did arrive with, they reset onto them if your character dies. Also all ammunition/consumables etc. are refilled at the start of each day; barring the day conditions changing them, of course.

So just note how many he has normally and that will be fine.

EDIT: Oh right, and I would mention checking out the first post of discussion and the main thread to you, but I have a feeling you already know about that. tongue

I swear to god this will be my last swap.

  • Story: Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords
  • Name: HK-47
  • Age, gender, and species: Unknown, Male programming, Assassination Droid.
  • Appearance:"Query: is there someone you need killed, master?"
  • Personality: HK-47 generally appears misanthropic, bordering on sociopathic, to those who encounter him. He enjoys observing — and often causing — death and destruction, showing complete disregard for bystanders on more than one occasion. Despite this, HK-47's programming causes the assassin droid to maintain a protocol of professionalism, preventing him from senselessly slaughtering his way to his target, and he in fact holds assassination as a form of artwork with a subtle appreciation for skillful finesse in eliminating his targets — something that stems from his overdeveloped sense of pride in both himself and his work. HK-47 has a definite sense of pride and considers himself to be superior to all organics, except for Revan, who is the only person he seems to truly admire as being better then him — mostly for, what the droid considers, the "creative atrocities" that Revan performed as a Sith Lord. The only organics HK-47 displays any obvious respect for are his masters, though he can gain respect for cruel or manipulative people who have no qualms about being cold-blooded to get what they want.
  • Back story: HK-47 was constructed by the Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Revan, shortly after the end of the Mandalorian Wars in 3960 BBY. In the wake of widespread destruction caused by the Mass Shadow Generator — a gravitic superweapon used during the final battle of that conflict — Revan was inspired to seek more subtle methods of defeating his enemies. In lieu of that mindset, HK-47 was created and sent throughout the galaxy on his missions and successfully assassinated countless targets whom Revan had deemed threats to galactic stability and peace, or at least his own version of it.

    • Sometime later, HK-47 left to search for Revan after the leaderless Sith Empire collapsed in the wake of his disappearance after he killed Darth Malak and destroyed the Star Forge. But in his search for Revan, he was damaged, dismembered and left aboard the Ebon Hawk, which eventually ended up in the hands of one of Revan's allies from the Mandalorian Wars — Meetra Surik, also known as the Jedi Exile. During this period, the HK-50 assassin droids, a newer version of HK that the rouge droid G0-T0 had mass-produced, became active in the galaxy, working as bounty hunters and saboteurs. Surik repaired HK-47, who subsequently acknowledged her as his new master and accompanied her in order to find the source of the HK-50s, whose very existence he considered an insult to himself. HK-47 also aided Surik in her search for the Jedi Masters who survived the First Jedi Purge and even advised her on techniques to more efficiently kill Jedi and Dark Jedi so that Surik could better defend herself.
  • Skills/powers/abilities:
    • Hunter-Killer: HK-47's primary function is that of a combat-ready assassin droid, programmed to be a skilled all-purpose killing machine and self-sufficient in the field with the ability to independently make tactical decisions in the heat of the moment. He can double as both a front-line combat droid and a stealth-oriented reconnaissance and assassination droid, and is proficient in nearly every available method of killing, be it single or group murders, or wonton killing across a battlefield.
    • Plating:HK-47's plating is made of advanced materials such as reinforced durasteel plating and cortosis, giving him good amounts of durability.
    • Vocal Mimicry: HK-47’s advanced voice-box and audio-receptors are leagues above any other droid of his time. He can not only record the statements of others and replay them, but can outright mimic the voices of others if he has heard them enough times to replicate the full range of words and sounds.
  • Items:
    • Droid Assassin Rifle:: A personalized rifle designed for HK-47, it links targeting and optimization subroutines directly to HK's sensors. The rifle is a heavily altered disruptor rifle with specialized modifications — improved optics, reduced recoil, extended range. While the rifle is deadly against unprotected flesh and machinery, it has a somewhat slow rate of fire, and takes some time to reload, trading speed for damage.
    • Wrist weaponry: HK-47 is installed with wrist weapons on his left and right arm, which consist of a electrocution device in the left arm, and a flamethrower in the right arm.

Anyway, I finished playing through TDS. Nothing's really changed in the signup sheet, except I found out that moss arrows have another use — if shot in someone's face they can cause them to gag and choke for a limited time. Now to decide what time moment Garrett should be nabbed from.

@Darkomega245: I played some of Knights of the Old Republic 1, and I remember encountering HK-47 for the first time, but I didn't get too far into the game, (I was only renting it) and I don't think I actually managed to recruit him in that time. Though I do have some second-hand knowledge of HK-47 because someone played him in a previous crossover RP I was in. (I don't remember if it was the MMFRPG or Flanker66's failed successor...) None of my friends seem to be directly familiar with the series unfortunately.

Anyway, looking through its entry on the TV Tropes character page for KOTOR, this all seems accurate enough to me.

HK-47 is accepted.

As with all people switching characters, I won't be changing the character list in the first post until you actually switch.

Been eyeballing this RP for a while now. I'm not entirely confident in my ability to write for someone else's character, but I like everything else about the concept and I think I'd probably be able to pull this character off.

  • Story: The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
  • Name: Zelda
  • Age, gender, and species: Seventeen-ish, Female, Hylian (Zelda equivalent of human)
  • Appearance: The girl, not the bird.

  • Personality: Zelda is a friendly and caring individual who often puts the needs of others over herself. Most of the time she's in good spirits; it takes a lot for her to get angry, sad, or otherwise not in a good mood. She won't tolerate anyone who bullies the little guy, and if need be she'll stand up for anyone who won't or can't do so for themselves. She's also intelligent and quick-witted, making her pretty adaptable to most situations.

  • Back story:
    • Zelda was raised on the floating islands of Skyloft alongside her childhood friend Link, eventually becoming a student at the Knight Academy (possibly because her father Gaepora happened to be the headmaster of said Academy). For most of that time, her life was a fairly peaceful one, though she often wondered what lay beneath the clouds of Skyloft.
    • Then the day came for Link to participate in the Wing Ceremony, a competition/formal ceremony for students of the Knight Academy with the participants reenacting the role of the Goddess Hylia and her chosen hero. Zelda was to play the role of the Goddess, while the winner of the competition was to be the hero.
    • Zelda did what she could to help Link win, which was just as well considering he needed it that day (for one thing, his Loftwing got locked up by his rival). Thanks in part to a combination of her assistance, his famous Crimson Loftwing, and his own skill, he pulled off the win with ease. The ceremony afterwards went off without a hitch; at the top of Skyloft's Goddess statue, Zelda granted Link a sailcloth in a reenactment of a similar event performed by the Goddess and her chosen hero. She had him demonstrate said sailcloth by pushing him off the top of the statue, though fortunately for him he figured it out pretty quickly.
    • If she thought the day would end pleasantly, however, she was mistaken. After the ceremony, she and Link took a flight around Skyloft as a sort of celebration. It might have been a pleasant date, but then a mysterious black tornado kicked up, plucked Zelda off her Loftwing, and sent her plummeting into the lands below....
    • ...At least, that was the intent of the force that whipped up the tornado in the first place. Instead, the tornado dropped her off on one of the city's balconies.

  • Skills/powers/abilities: Zelda completely lacks supernatural abilities, and for a student of the Knight Academy her combat skills are limited to the basics (basic stances and such). She makes up for it with her intelligence; while she's no human supercomputer, she is quick thinking enough to get through most tough situations.
  • Items: The Goddess Harp is the one thing Zelda has with her beyond the clothes on her back. Certain places on the surface beneath Skyloft will react to certain songs played on it; unfortunately, that doesn't mean much in this setting. Here it's nothing more than a pretty musical instrument, though Zelda is pretty accomplished in playing it.
  • Other: This particular Zelda happens to be the mortal reincarnation of Hylia, as part of a complicated gambit to defeat her nemesis, Demon King Demise. At the point in Skyward Sword at which I'm writing Zelda she has yet to reawaken her memories as Hylia, and I'm not entirely sure she'll ever accomplish that over the course of this RP. If she does she won't become a superpowerful goddess; she'll remain as she was just with a bunch of additional memories.

As another note, I'd wait for Day 5 before hopping in, both to minimize the amount of catching up I have to do and because that's apparently a break day, which would make it easier for me to work Zelda into the thread before more craziness hits.

Well, I've played a few Legend of Zelda games but not Skyward Sword specifically; seen a little bit of its gameplay but not enough to know the characters really. Fortunately a friend of mine has played through it and was able to verify the sheet for me. He did have the following to say though:

"I was going to argue in favor of her having some combat capabilities, being enrolled in the knight acadamy and all. Then i realized that the game never really goes into what the curriculum there is... I could've sworn she got to the end of at least the first dungeon before her guardian managed to catch up to her. But, considering the point in the story where she's being plucked from is before that, it is also a moot point"

I do recall from what little I've seen of the game that the knight academy does have some sort of official sword sparring room, which to me does reinforce the idea that she might have at least some formal combat training. Though again, as I'm not directly familiar with the game, I'll go ahead and leave that to you whether you want to still leave that out or go ahead and add it in.

Either way, Zelda is accepted.

You already seem to be familiar with some of the concepts of the RP, but just in case I'll still mention that you should check out the first post of discussion for helpful information and links, and check out the first post of the main thread to see what Zelda's entry to the city should be like from her perspective. Also you're free to enter now or wait for day 5; I can't really say for certain when day 5 is going to start in real-time, but probably sometime next week.

Regarding the combat thing: I suppose it's not impossible for her to have some formal training. I was mostly operating on the assumption that she Metal Geared her way up to the point where she meets her guardian as opposed to fighting in the same way Link does, especially considering she was completely unarmed the entire time.

Either way, she's definitely not punching the local evil minions in the face any time soon, let alone any of the big bosses.

Well, my personal guess, given the information presented by the game, is that she likely has some minimum of formal sword training: How to properly grip a sword, swing a sword, and a guard stance or two. Probably not any actual combat experience beyond non-lethal sparring though, which would still put her at a disadvantage in a fight against anyone who has significant combat experience.

Again though, I'll leave that up to you.

After some thought, I decided to add it in. It makes sense, means she won't be completely out of her league in a combat situation, and I like having the option for future development in that area.

Already, I have been meaning to do this for a while, so let's give this a try:

Note

  • Story:  Lyrical Nanoha (Sometime between the end of the Strikers manga and Strikers Sound Stage X))
  • Name:  Caro Ru Lushe
  • Age, gender, and species:  11, female and human
  • Appearance:  normal and with her Barrier Jacket
  • Personality:   She is a kind and somewhat timid girl  who has little sense for matters of life that most people would see as ordinary, due to the isolation she suffered during her early childhood. Though she's gentle natured and more than content to play a supportive role in battle, if someone or  someone were to endanger the lifes of those she cares and/or threathen the place she currently calls home, she would not hesitate to unleash her full strenght in order to stop them.
  • Back story:
    • Caro was born  in the planet Alzus, to the nomad tribe Ru-Lushe. From an early age, she was taught the tribe's traditional 'Dragon Summon' arts and posessed an exceptional talent for it. By the age of six, she could already summon two powerful dragons, but didn't have the ability to control them yet. The elders of the tribe believed this bring misfortune and destruction upon them and as such she was banished from it.
    • She was brougt to a special protection  located in Mid-Childa, the planet is used as the headquarters for the Time Space Administration, which is basically an interdimensional defense force. While she lived in the facility, Caro led an isolated existence full of restrictions and with few liberties. Though she was capable of powerful magic, none of the branches of the TSAB wanted her due to the fact that she could control her powers or her dragons. Due to this, it is noted that even Caro herself was afraid of her powers and it took her years to completely shed this fear.
    • That all soon changed for the better when she was found by one of the protagonists, Fate Testarossa Harlaown. Due to sharing similar childhood experiences with her, Fate to take Caro in and become her guardian. However, due to certain circunstances, they couldn't live together at first and as such she ended up living in the planet Supools and working in the wildlife conservation area located there, under the Frontier Nature Conservation Corps of the TSAB. It was there that she discovered that her summoning abilities also allowed her to develop an affinity with all sorts of animals.
    • When she was ten she was assigned to Riot Force 06, a special quick response unit develop to deal with crimes involving Lost Logia, dangerous artefacts left over from ancient and powerful civilizations. There, she worked under Fate and was trained by Nanoha Takamichi, along with three other young mages, including Erio Mondial, who had Fate as his guardian and who became her partner in battle. As part of her duties, she became involved in the investigation of what came to be known as the Jail Scaglietti Incident, in which her team stopped the titular mad scientist, who sought Lost Logia among other illegal pursuits for nefarious reasons.
    • Six months after solving the JS Incident, Riot Force 06 was formally disbanded. After this, Caro, along with Erio, returned to her former duties in Supools. It was there that was found before she and her dragon Fried were mysteriously whisked away to the City.
  • Skills/powers/abilities:
    • Lightning Style Barrier Jacket - a spell that summons a clothes-like magical armor built from multiple layers of defensive magic. Generally offers high defense to the user, though Caro's was modified to offer higher mobility and lower mana consumption by sacrificing most of such capabilities. It is automatically casted upon the activation of her Device, with the use of the command 'Set Up!'
    • Spells:
      • Blast Flare - A shared attack with Fried, since it's really just his naturally fire-breathing capabilities boosted by Caro's magic. Fried shoots small fireballs, which can be granted with explosive and binding effects by Caro. Has a variation called Blast Ray, which is used with Fried's true form. This variation is more akin to a traditional dragon fire-breath attack, shooting a large stream of flames that is also boosted and aimed with Caro's help.
      • Boost Up - A series of spells that grant a boost to the target's existent capabilities, such as strenght or speed.
      • Boosted Protection - Creates a bubble-like energy barrier around herself and/or others. Provides protection from all directions, can be quick casted and consumes low mana, but can't sustain much damage.
      • Dragon Mount Summon - Allows Caro to call upon Voltaire, the ancient guardian spirit of her homeworld. However, as an ancient spirit of incredible power, he only allows himself to be summoned in the most dire of situations.
      • Dragon Soul Summon - A spell that is normally used to seal Fried in his usual baby-like form, to allow him to always be by her side. On an emergency,  Caro can use to unleash his powerful true form
      • Enchant - a series of spells that grant the target new properties, such as stronger defenses or the ability to bypass an enemy's defenses.
      • Geo Ergas - Actually an attack of Voltaire, in which he fires three massive  Wave Motion Guns from his mouth and shoulders.
      • Physical Heal -  Moderately heals the target
      • Wheel Protection - Creates a whirlpool of mana around the target in order to disrupt their attack
      • Wing Shooter - One of Caro's few standalone offensive spells. It can be quickly casted and shoots multiple bolts of energy at the target.
      • Wrough Iron Summon - Allows Caro to summon, manipulate and transmute inorganic matter. The most notable variation is Alchemic Chain, used to ensnare an enemy with metallic chains, though it has been noted that she can very creative in her use of this spell.
  • Items:  Kerykeion - her Boost Device, which is essentially a tool possessing an AI and that used to augment the user's magic.  Her programmed gender is female,  programmed language is English and she posessses an amenable personality like her master. Her functions are reducing the mana cost involved in Caro's summoning spells and boosting her mana capabilities. Due to having one processor core in each glove, she enable to cast one Boost Up spell and one Enchant spell both at the same time,  an ability known as 'Twin  Boost'.  She also can act as a sensor to detect enemies. Posessses four different Modes:
    • Standby Mode: Appears a bracelet with two pink gems and two wing-like attachment. Mostly works a sensor.
    • Active Form - The default active form, which enables most of the Device's, such as the ones described above
    • Second Mode: Looks mostly the same as Active Mode, with the exception of a pair of pink colored mana wings extending from the right glove's sides. Allows for mana acelleration shooting control, enabling spells such Winger Shooter.
    • Third Mode: Mana wings extended the sides of both gloves. Enables the use of spells like Boosted Protection and Wheel Protecton.
  • Other: Regarding Voltaire, in both accordance with characterization from Strikers and to avoid godmodding, I am essentially considering him off-limits until the final battle. I also commit myself to make any size and power adjustments that are deemed necessary by Firock.

  • Story:  Lyrical Nanoha (Sometime between the end of the Strikers manga and Strikers Sound Stage X))
  • Name:  Friedrich  (Mostly just called Fried)
  • Age, gender, and species:  undertaminated age( though no older than Caro),  male and dragon summon
  • Appearance:  Sealed form  and true form
  • Personality:
  • Back story: Fried has been with Caro ever since he hatched. In the past,  while she did not yet posesses the ability to properly, he would often go berserk and cause destruction.
  • Skills/powers/abilities:
    • He's capable of flight, with Caro being able to ride when he is under his true form.
    • Blast Flare
      • Blast Ray
    • Has water as a weakness. If hit by enough of it while in his adult form, he will go unconscious and revert to his sealed form.
  • Items:  None

You accidentally posted the same thing twice; it'd be nice if you blanked one of them. Also the first image link for Friedrich doesn't work; you have to remove the "%C2%A0Sealed" part from the URL.

Now, unfortunately neither I nor any of my friends have any direct experience with Lyrical Nanoha, but I have some second hand experience from the MMFRPG, though none of that was with these characters specifically.

Checking out the TV Tropes character page and this all looks accurate enough. I'm uncertain how big Friedrich's "true" form is, but it looks like it would probably have to get shrunk down a bit. But other than that, it seems alright to me.

Caro Ru Lushe and Friedrich are accepted.

Be sure to read the first post of the main thread to see what their arrival to the city should be like, and be sure to check out the first post of the discussion thread before you post, as it has many useful materials such as the current day conditions, a description of what the city is normally like, and other things. You don't have to recap the whole thread but it would be best if you recapped from either the start of the current day or just the last few pages before you post to have an idea of what's currently going on.

Friedrich's "true" form is large enough to ride, at least. It's when she busts out Voltaire that we need to start worrying, since he's pretty much Godzilla.

[up][up] Both of those issues have been. Sorry about that. And yeah, I probably may have to shrink his true form a little, though he would still need to be big enough to ride.

[up] About that ... You may noticed that I didn't put Dragon Mount Summon in there and it was precisely for that reason. Would there ever be big enough of a threat in the RP that it would warranted. Voltaire doesn't allow himself to be summoned against just anything after all. Caro only summoned him precisely twice during the entire span that she was present in the franchise precisely because of that. But yeah, if there is ever a need, I will probably have to downsize and power down more than just a little. And I would probably ask for express permission before I did it, too.

I am aware of that fact, yes. On the one occasion I took Caro into an RP I considered Voltaire to be locked out of use until the finale.

[up] That sounds like a sensible approach and I will definitely be following it. Alright, now let me just go edit the spells and obvious caveats in the profile ...

And done. That should probably do it.

Well, this'll be easy to draw, no doubt.

Story: Gravity Falls

Name: Calls himself Bill Cipher

Age, gender, and species: A metric ton of years, male by Earth's standards, Nightmare monster

Appearance: A small yellow triangle with a top hat, small black limbs, and a single eye with many eyelashes is his standard look. He has been known to change shape when... emotional.

Personality: Bill Cipher only cares about two things: absolute chaos, mayhem, and breaking rules for a long time. He's the charming devil that you don't want to shake hands with but you know you don't have a choice.

Back story: Bill Cipher has been around for a long time, driving all mortals who see him into madness and paranoia. His past and motives are known only to a small amount of people and he wants to keep it that way.

Skills/powers/abilities: Limited amounts of size and shape shifting of himself, the ability to possess anyone that willingly makes a deal with him, and the ability to screw with people's heads.

Items: An old-style dancing cane that only works to make him look stylish.

I'm hoping not to make him OP for this.
