Nice to see Red there. Imagine if they put the Kid in; what with all the things he had at his disposal in Bastion.
When you wish upon a side of beef, soon will come an end to all your griefAt least he would fit the theme better.
umm we are well on our way to 1.35 million .........seriously if this rate keeps up we might hit it in about 4-5 hours at most.
Also since they apparently don't have an incarnation to show yet they put up a mock story scene

Ah, that would presumably be moments before Ajna's power first manifests itself and Dhar becomes her first Incarnation.
I have a message from another time...Four days, two-fucking-hundred K. I haven't been this goddamn tense about shit I can only minutely effect the outcome of since the last presidential election.
RE: Guest characters — some of them fit. For instance, Juan makes sense given that there's already a city that looks like Tenochtitlan, Shantae could've come from the 'verse naturally, even the Shovel Knight works well enough with George around. Red, though... I'd have gone with the Kid, whose style — distinct as it is! — would've fit way more neatly. That said, no strong complaints; I can ignore characters I don't like. Juan's coming with, though, no doubt. It's Juan.

Bit behind there man we're 1/8th the way there already. also the countdowns a bit misleading . (assuming it works like KS) it says there are 4 FULL days left. as in we are on the last 5th day right now.

I'm less confused by Red than I am by the giant robot.
Er, well, I would be confused by the giant robot if not for people like Kampan and Hassam.
I really, really want to play with Baozhai and Kogi, though. Kogi looks amazing.
I have a message from another time...On the other hand... taking the mechanics we've already seen... if they implement Red's Turn(), and do it well... I mean, it's a big, incredibly unlikely pair of if statements there. I'm daydreaming. But if...
Oh, and Naga Rider. I need Naga Rider on my team, like 24/7.
I have a message from another time...Welp in about half an hour i'll be making my Contribution.
i'm definitley glad it's gonna make it (mostly cus of this one ass on neogaf who wants it to fail)
Man, fuck that sentiment.
If he doesn't want the game, he can just not buy it. Kind of egocentric to want everyone to not be able to, unless he's objecting on some moral ground I can't fathom.
I have a message from another time...Edit : ok dealt with.
Anyway gonna go for the proponent tier....would go higher but the exchange rates a killer.

Yeah, don't link that. I'm sure that counts as importing drama from other sites, which is a no-no.
I have a message from another time...Dunno if this was mentioned, but it'll have LGBT content and developed by an LGBT developer. Just another reason to back it.
Alright My pay has com e and i'm now a proponent.
I'm helping......:D
EDIT: We might actually start grinding down the last 150k before i go to bed tonight.

Am I the only one who thinks this is a sign of the damn sorry state of gaming—that the consumers are to blame for not throwing money fast enough at the developers for the hypothetical product they're trying to sell us?
Can't wait until the big publishers get in on it. Maybe the next time they forget to make a female character in Assassin's Creed, it'll be our fault for not raising enough money to make her.
I didn't know the CEO of Lab Zero Games is gay.
That's the first time I ever heard that if I'm honest.
Well a bigger company might have picked it up if Ajna were white or a dude. No joke, one of the devs said that companies they pitched the game to demanded she be changed because they were fine with a female protagonist or a brown skinned protagonist, but not both at the same time. I think THAT is a far sadder look at the state of gaming than a small company trying to get their game funded.

Yeah, I should hope that such a stunt would get Ubisoft taken to task for acting as though such a thing should be an extra. And for acting like an AC game's development would be in anything resembling dire financial straits.
I have a message from another time...And to top it off, IIRC Ahad's Filipino. Why Ajna and the starting area of the game have a Southeast Asian style — Ahad had gotten used to pop culture and his home culture being two totally different things, nary the twain shall meet. Figured that now he was lead concept designer for Lab Zero, he was in the perfect position to change that for other kids growing up in this day and age.
The video game equivalent of The Legend of Korranote ... from the creators of the infamous Skullgirls. (Though I personally always found it playful and silly rather than exploitative, I'm not the best judge of such things.) Gotta say, I'll drink to that.

Oh god, seriously? I can't even...
I mean dang, prejudice much, people?
Meanwhile, something that hit me. Did they ever establish the origin of the title "Indivisible"? Like I can't shake the feeling that it's supposed to be meaningful or something.
It could be describing the bond between our heroine and her incarnations, though that might be a bit grim.
I have a gut feeling it has to do with the concept of incarnations. Possibly ironic, since they do divide from her when they fight. Or just plain meaningful, since otherwise they're a part of her after they meet.
Edit: 150K to go.

I have a message from another time...
(Looks at picture in link)
I have no idea who that is!
Apparently, that lady's from an indie game called Transistor.
...
I have no idea what that's all about!
On a different note, the last guest? Aww, part of me was kinda hoping for Beck to show up.
