Pietro raises an eyebrow at Ovarr.

"Well... Mara was definitely right about how effective you are. Anyway, yeah, we didn't exactly have much of a choice but to work with Thanos. All the while, he took every goddamn chance he could get to rub it in our faces," he says. "After Galeem and Dharkon died, we tried dealing with him, but... we weren't exactly successful. He outsmarted us no matter what we did, destroyed our friend Cinke's lab and sent her into hiding..."

He goes silent at that last part, clearly still regretting his failure to prevent the aforementioned destruction.

"He also exploited and manipulated a Saiyan named Broly for his own personal gain. Fortunately for us, though, Broly no longer serves that piece of shit," Wanda continues, crossing her legs. "Anyway, months ago, we tried executing a plan that Thor and Loki had come up with, only to barely escape with our lives. Thanos left this world after the 'battle', if you could even consider it one, but Loki said it best: his return is... inevitable."

Nosk screamed tried to stand tall again, and fell. right to the ground. it was unclear if it was dead or unconcious but one thing was for sure. it wasnt a threat anymore.

It twitched a little, but bugs did that after death

   "As a former military general, I have to be effective."   , Ovarr notes. He then listens to what they say, and regardless of how serious he takes the situation, Mara had noted that he's very confident of his own abilities and that this can make him cocky, he does genuinely take what they're telling him into account.

   "So, correct me if I'm wrong, the situation is that he is not currently here, having probably left some spies behind, I'm going to guess they're those 'Skrulls' you mentioned and that they're how he's always gotten the jump on you whenever you tried something, and that he has a military force and weaponry mighty enough to pose more than a threat to the average warrior of this realm. Considering your mentioning of him destroying a lab and nearly annihilating you, it's also very probable that he has access to at least one way of creating nuclear explosions, or a force comparable to a nuclear explosion, likely in the form of pure energy. Now you're seeking to create a plan that will allow you to either take those factors out of the equation or allow you to circumvent them outright so that you can get to Thanos on your terms, bringing enough powerful people to defeat him in a physical fight, but since you don't know when he'll return, there is an uncertain time limit that you cannot predict, which only makes this a more stressful ordeal because not only do you not know until when you have time to form this plan, but the longer it takes for Thanos to return, the bigger the chance that other forces of this world could ruin things by wounding or killing some necessary allies."   

He then closes his book, having it strap itself back to his belt with magic.

   "Am I correct with my summation?"   , he then asks.

"O-oh, hey, wait!"

"You won't find it without us!"

The four of them quickly run after Red and Kikio, temporarily forgetting that they were unnerved by this place.

Unbeknownst to them, once they have all gone deeper in, someone else appears at where they just were, hidden in the shadows and about to follow them further.

Once Ovarr finishes giving his summation, Wanda and Pietro both look equal parts surprised and impressed.

"I... I honestly don't anybody could have summed it up better than you did just now."

"Okay, I've gotta ask: how the HELL did you work all that so damn quickly, Ovarr?"

"Well, I couldn't tell you." Kazami shrugged. "Having lived like this since hatching certainly helps, I guess. I couldn't imagine viewing the world any differently - I'm sure any other Avali would agree." As he spoke, his claw moved up to help hold the ice pack in place - not that it mattered, but it was something, at least. "You'd be surprised how easy it is to function like this, actually. Everything sort of makes its own sound - the rhythm of your heartbeat, the way your clothes sound when shuffling around as you move, that kind of thing. And with our hearing, we can even judge the position of a sound extremely accurately. I hear humans can only tell something like, vaguely what direction it's coming from? So I'm guessing you use sight for that. We can't really do that, as you might have just figured out, heh... Oh, by the way, I can get you a painkiller, if you need it."

Red and Kikio slow down to wait for the trio.

"Everything has its own sound...its own beat..." Miles repeated, more to himself than to Kazami, as if he were recalling something. At his fluffy friend's gentle touch, he gave a small nod, "Thanks...I guess this is just something I'm gonna have to practice at..."

He was quiet for a moment, thinking back to all his power allowed him to do...and what else it was hiding, "Kazami...I'm gonna be honest with you about something. This power I have? I don't really understand it very well...and the ironic thing is I'm actually one of the very few people who has any idea how it works,"

The human glanced up at his friend, "Would you...be willing to help me understand it better? I think the more...in tune I get with it, maybe the easier it'll be for me to control and maybe...just maybe we'll have a shot at stopping Yharim and Xeroc once and for all."

   "Pure army experience. Having been a soldier out on the battlefield and fighting in different worlds for almost a millennia makes it much easier to get insight into the words I'm given. It also makes it easier to work with codes and secret messages that the enemy wouldn't be able to make sense of. It does help that I've been told of some of your combat victories by Mara, which allowed me to accurately guess the level of force that'd be needed to force you into a situation in which you'd be barely able to escape alive while Thanos would still have been in a favorable position. After all, you didn't say that he left because of retreat, implying to me that he left out of his own free will and thus was not on the defensive at any point."   , Ovarr says.

   "Now, considering that you said he left for his world and will most likely return, the chances that he'll have an even stronger force than before are as good as certain. I don't know how much far along you are when it comes to a battle plan, but you'll have to keep in mind that a force powerful enough to deal with what he's already shown you will most likely not be enough to win. Now then... how far along are you with a battle plan?"   

Team Rocket quickly catches up with them both, though they do need a moment to catch their breaths.

"You two are faster than you look.", Jessie huffs.

"Either that or we're getting out of shape.", James huffs.

"Guess we don't see as much action anymore without de twerps around.", Meowth huffs.

"Wobbu...", Wobbuffet huffs.

Luckily it only takes them a few more seconds to be ready again.

"Alright, let's keep going. It should be close to-"

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP!

"Whoa, it's blaring!"

"Does dat mean..."

The sound of a small piece of debris falling can be heard nearby, immediately putting Team Rocket on edge. If Gorochu really is somewhere in this tomb... it's very likely that it's somewhere within the room they're currently in.

Kikio looks around.    "Wait, so what are we doing?"   

Red facepalms.

• Just leave.
• We're hunting a very powerful and dangerous Pokémon.

   "Oh, perfect! I saw him earlier! He's..."   

Perception check = 16

She points to exactly where Gorochu is.    "There!"   

Immediately, Red reaches for a Poké Ball on his belt.

"To be honest, with everything that's happened lately, we haven't had time to plan in earnest," Wanda replies.

"Yeah, between stuff like the Cyber Angels and Set, we've had to sort of put Thanos on the back burner," Pietro chimes in.

   "Normally I'd chide you for that, but then again, from what I heard about the Cyber Angels and Set from Mara, I understand that you weren't in a favorable position."   , Ovarr says. He then stops leaning against the wall.

   "So, how strong are your current allies? You have at least sought them out again to ask for their help for once Thanos is back, right?"   , he asks.

Battle VS Wild Pokemon

Upon being spotted, Gorochu leaps from the shadows, immediately launching a bolt of lightning towards the group, despite Red not having sent out any Pokemon yet.

Jessie, Meowth and Wobbuffet immediately dive out of the way. James does the same, though also tries to pull Kikio to safety with him.

Regardless of the results, Gorochu will land on the ground on the opposite side of Red, looking more than ready for battle.

Kikio nimbly dodges the lightning, while Red calmly sidesteps it. He prepares to send out a Pokémon...

   "Wait!"   

He freezes right as he drew his arm back to throw the ball.

Kikio looks at Gorochu.

Intelligence check to figure out the situation: Natural 20 + 2

   "Ummm... hey, look, I get you have beef with these guys. But can we just... settle this peacefully? Please?"   

Kikio gives Gorochu her best puppy-dog look.

Persuasion check: Natural 1 + 2

"Huh..." Kazami slipped into thoughtfulness for a moment, looking away from Miles. "I'm not sure how I could do that, but... Hey, if there's a way I can help with it, I'd love to. But you said it yourself, right? You understand this power... Well, certainly a hell of a lot better than I do, heh. But if you really think there's something I can help with, don't hesitate to tell me, and I'll do my best."

Gorochu, admittedly taken aback as well, pauses for a moment when Kikio calls out to both it and Red.

Then it, as well as Team Rocket (who are now on the ground, all to the side of the battlefield), hear her trying to reason with it.

"She's a courageous one, that's for sure.", Jessie notes.

"Do you think it'll work?"

Gorochu blinks in surprise, then seems to anger in a way that suggests that it doesn't trust her words. This is further made apparent by it letting out a battlecry and sparks running over its body, primarily its cheeks... but it isn't viciously attacking Kikio either, heavily implying that its refusal is not out of a savage nature, but out of distrust.

"I-I guess it didn't!", Meowth says. Jessie grabs her Luxury Ball.

"Jessie, what are you doing?"

"Readying Mimikyu in case there's an opening during the battle for it to come out and attack of course. It was pretty powerful when we encountered it last time, we'll need all of the advantage we can get."

"I don't think Red will appreciate that."

"He wants to catch it just as much as we do. He'll get over it. Now be quiet, we want Gorochu to focus on Red's Pokemon."

G.E.M. Base

The sounds of combat can be heard all over the base. If either Xion or Roxas (or both of them) walk into the hallway leading to the training room, they might see some dazed Pigmasks◊ lying around. One of them even flies right past them, letting out a comical squeel.

This is courtesy of Lucas◊, who's in the training room. He's not doing it out of malice though, they're trying to help him out with his training and are... remarkably outmatched by him.

If they reach the training room, they'll find even more dazed Pigmasks, while Lucas, even though he's clearly exhausted, is still raring to go.

"C'mon, who's next?", he asks with a determined grin to the three comically terrified Pigmasks huddling up in the corner of the room as if Lucas is a monster from a horror movie that's about to kill them.

Hub Centralis

A glorious beam of light suddenly bears down from the sky, hitting the town square. Nothing is damaged however, as this beam is no attack. It is, in fact, the sign of the glorious Rouxls Kaard◊ warping in.

"Nyahahaha~! I, Rouxls Kaard, hath arrivedeth to this world once moreth!"

"Besides Thor and Loki? Well, there's Thor's Saiyan friend, Callis," Wanda says. "Not only is she incredibly powerful by herself, but Thor showed us these earrings he obtained that, when they put them on, fuse them into a being with their combined strength and abilities."

"There's also Seras Victoria, a close friend of mine who just so happens to be one of the strongest vampires you'll ever meet," Pietro adds.

She surrounds her tail in metallic energy and lunges to bash Gorochu hard enough to knock it against a wall.

That's... Iron Tail! What kind of creature is this Kikio?

Setting aside such thoughts, Red sends out his bird-oriented version of Missingno. and commands it to use Tri Attack, firing a combined blast of fire, ice and lightning at Gorochu.

G.E.M. Base

"Me," answers Roxas, emerging from behind Lucas like that one Majima Everywhere scene.

He immediately attempts to uppercut Lucas into the air with Oathkeeper and blast him with Oblivion's darkness.

Hub Centralis

The light catches a dark spot. No matter how hard it shines, the darkness remains.

Because it's a black umbrella with one I.M. Meen chilling under it.

Riften forest idk which

Corrin and Beruka are chilling. Well, actually, it'd be fairer to say that Corrin is awkwardly hanging by Garon and Beruka in the forest, with Beruka occasionally coming by to get some wooden logs to bags. Bags that the two royals subsequently carry.

As of right now though, they're seemingly taking a break. Beruka is sitting up on a branch, taking a quiet nap, while Corrin is sitting on a large downed tree. Garon is just standing near him.

... So you, you kidnapped me as a kid yeah, it's, hehe, a bit awkward to meet you while you're young for that reason, since you... well, I don't think you even like me.

Nonsense. I like all my children. Even the ones I only permanently adopted.

Anyway yeah you know? You remind me of someone that I travel around with. You know, the pale skin, the beauty mark, the way you speak..... Also that dumb look in your eyes you have when you get flustered.

Corrin, now boasting said "dumb look", desperately look up at a napping Beruka but focus on Garon.

Oh, do you know... huh, I forgot her name. She's a beautiful woman though. I pity her husband because he's going to end up being a cuckold. Garon says, ever so casually. Corrin blushes, out of embarrassment.

No offense, but you're... you're kind of off-putting even when young.

Julius's Castle

Grima REX roams, slowly walking around the castle. While he's moving at a slow pace, he pick it up once he notices something, anything alive, though if they move out of the way, he's content to get back to his usual spot.

He wander around randomly and doesn't burst walls or anything. He's content just freaking people out. Someone can hear him via, well, his footsteps, the clanking of his armor or the quiet yet echoing sounds of a hundred screaming voices emanating out of him.

   "Fusion to create a more powerful warrior and a vampire... I'll admit, those sound like good choices."   , Ovarr says.    "Though they aren't the only allies you're going with aside from me, right?"   

He then grins in a cocky manner.

   "I may be insanely powerful, but nobody is undefeatable."   

... Well, Ovarr may be an experienced soldier with a lot of insight, but he's still as cocky as Mara mentioned as well.

   "I learned that lesson the hard way a while back."   , he then notes, looking more serious. So at least it seems like his cockiness isn't so big that it's a detriment.

Gorochu, not expecting Kikio to start fighting, gets hit by Iron Tail and hits a wall. It recovers nearly instantly though, and jumps away from Tri Attack.

Recognizing Missingno., Gorochu glares at it before suddenly charging towards it with a High Jump Kick.

"Did she just attack the Gorochu?"

"... well, to be fair, Jessie did the same thing with Seviper."

Jessie shoots them an unamused glare, and James and Meowth immediately shut up.

Lucas, caught by surprise, gets uppercutted, after which he gets blasted in mid-air.

When the smoke clears though, it turns out the blast of darkness was blocked by PSI Shield, with Lucas now floating (using PSI) above Roxas, still grinning out of determination.

"Alright, an actual challenge."

Huh, when did nice little Lucas become this... cocky? Something to ponder over as Lucas summons his own Keyblade (still in its base form) and launches a freezing bolt down at Roxas.

"Whattest the-HEY!"

Rouxls Kaard turns to I.M. Meen.

"Iteth isth you againsth! And you areth ruining my grandsth entrance!"

Corrin and Garon may suddenly hear some voices nearby.

"-so I'm saying it's your fault we're lost again!"

"I'm just going off of the map."

"Hah, let me read it. My dark map-reading skills are absolute!"

They are voices Corrin may recognize.

Grima REX is probably getting a lot of enjoyment whenever he comes across a panicking Loptyr cultist, with them always fleeing. One even dove out of a window a minute ago.

When he moves past another window and looks outside, he may notice something. Some of the cultists seem to be on the verge of attacking an aggressive wyvern in the pen. Meaning that either the cultists will get thrown about and probably killed, or they'll kill the wyvern first. Either way, it could be entertaining for him to watch.

   "HHHHHHHH... FWOOSH!"    Kikio exhales a plume of flame at Gorochu!

Missingno. evades the kick with a flap of its wings. Its form grows more chaotic and distorted by the second.

Missingno.'s Evasion Boost

Roxas stops the ice with a bit of fire, then unleashes his own full-power Blizzaga in retaliation!

"Nyehhh... no, YOU are ruining my diabolical lurking!" Meen spits at the ground.

"I've devised a plot so devious, you'll never escape in a million, billion years, bookworm!"

Julius' Castle

Outside the castle, a Risen stumbles towards the walls. He moves more like a drunkard than a zombie.

   "My loooooooord..."   

"Well, there is another Saiyan that Thor knows named... Courne, I think," Pietro says. "I'm no expert on the species, but I doubt he'll turn down a chance to go up against someone as strong as Thanos."

"I would bring up Pietro's friend, Rin, but... we don't exactly know where she is right now," Wanda adds.

Oh Corrin my boy.

Please do not call me my boy.

Corrin my boy, I'm hearing some voices. What about you? Corrin nods to it, having heard them first, and get up, smiling a little.

Yeah. And I think that I recognize them too! Wait here, alright? We can't let Beruka alone in there, and I can hear better.

Well, go ahead. But bring them back here.

Corrin ponders on letting Beruka stay near Garon, but then decide to just quickly bring the trio back in. Raising from his spot, he starts to head towards the trio, his heart pumping in his chest out of hype.

REX peek out at the sight and is delighted by what he sees. Hoping to feed on that suffering, he uses a rare ability of his to blend in, since his presence would be disrupting, and then observe.

Upon spotting the Risen though, he decide to at first ignore it, but the occasion of killing something is so good that he decide to silently and quickly kill it by blowing its head off with naught but a gesture, itself a small spell.

   "I'm not 100% sure that's enough if this Thanos is such a dangerous threat."   , Ovarr says.    "Then again, it's not exactly favorable to gather a whole army against a person who can just nuke them all. I doubt he'll act like Galeem and let us come to him."   

He crosses his arms.

   "I suggest you try to gather at least a few more powerful candidates. Perhaps someone who hasn't gone up against Thanos before. It may help catch him off guard to have to deal with an opponent he doesn't know how to fight from the start."   

Gorochu kept going and crashed! Luckily, missing with this attack in Gen I only deals a single point of recoil damage, so said crash doesn't do crap.

It turns around right in time to see the plume of flame, then quickly punches the ground in front of itself with Ice Punch, creating a small wall of ice that's strong enough to take the attack, albeit melting in the process.

It then figures it'll deal with Missingno. later and charges right at Kikio, attempting to Ice Punch her in the face.

Lucas lets himself fall to avoid the attack, then, upon hitting the ground, sends a big blast of PSI Roxas' way.

Rouxls Kaard laughs.

"Doesth thou thinketh me afraid of your tricks and treats? Clearly thou hasn't learnedth thine lesson from lasteth time! To you, I say: bringeth it on, worm, and toil!"

A random cultist sees the Risen coming and grabs out a Jormungand tome.

"As far as I know we don't have any of these roaming about as of now... meaning this one is probably a spy.", he says, readying himself to destroy the Risen.

And then its head asplode, leaving the cultist to just stand there in awkward yet terrified silence.

Once Corrin gets close enough to spot them, he'll probably be thrilled to see that his guess was right. It's Selena, Laslow and Odin◊ who are talking to each other, with Odin and Selena currently fighting (verbally) over the map while Laslow just shakes his head.

The wyvern growls at the cultists, clearly willing to attack if they get too close.

"Waaaaiiiiit! What are you doing!?", a voice suddenly yells at the cultists. They turn to look, and if Grima REX does too, he'll be able to see Morgan◊.

Him interrupting this may annoy Grima REX at first. ... but then again, the cultists seem pretty set on this, so with some luck he can have a show and see Morgan get hurt.

Kikio gasps and gets decked, sending her reeling back and covering her in frost.

Her vision blurs a little as she looks at the ice over her, trembling in fear.

Missingno. starts to gather a powerful wind...

Roxas is blown back by the PSI, but he lands against the wall and springs off with a mighty X-slash at Lucas.

Xion pops in, at the entrance to the room.

"Toil, I have! I have spent many moons on this spell!" Meen raises his hands over his head and waves them in circles, chanting gibberish as magic starts to fill the air.

The Risen goes kablooey, but then another one appears from just out of sight, coming up over a hill. There is no sign of any additional Risen present.

"Well, I'm open to any suggestions you've got," Pietro replies. "Because I honestly have no idea if there's anyone out there strong enough to fight Thanos who'd be willing to help."

"Well, there is Thor and Loki's sister, Hela," Wanda muses. "But he's probably already fought and defeated another version of her..."

Corrin decide to approach the situation sneakily by approaching and waving his hand rapidly above his head. Hey, you guys!

Then, he remembers that it's not like he know most of them anyway, and they may not know him as in, they may know a different version of him. He freeze up as a result, but then smirks awkwardly and put his hands up.

Hey, it's your... Here come that boy: Corrin, y-you know me right? I m-may have a different haircut but it's me! I-I'm not different from the Corrin you know. M-maybe I'm a guy though, but otherwise...

He just stand there, blinking awkwardly.

REX glares at the Risen, but then spots Morgan's arrival and is torn between dishing out death or relishing his potential misery. He decides to cut the shit by spectating himself, and fit through the window.

Deciding, in a unusually cunning move, not to punch his way out, he instead just fit, contorting his body in a weird and unusual manner, through it. He succeed, and attempts to land on the poor Risen, retaking his full body mass so as to crush the undead beneath what must be ten tons of metal and rage.

Then, he spectate, eager at the idea of blood being shed.
