Azula kicks off the ground with an fiery jump and launches herself at Blue, one of the two enemies who have directly engaged her so far. Just before the would-be impact she thrusts her fists forwards and attempts to smother Blue out of existence with an explosion of her own blue flame.

Blue is sent hurtling back through the air and almost disperses, but manages to stabilize itself. It promptly slips away to somewhere out of the fight, though Stella should be able to spot its retreat.

Black and Red are blown aside, the latter reverting to its base form. Green shrieks and promptly zip-warps away from Ninth's attack, causing itself to shrink slightly as it loses some of its mass in order to evade her. It fires back with a barrage of tiny electric 'needles' of sorts.

Gold rises back up. It tries to drop multiple explosive bolts on Azula from a distance.

Stella observes the fight from above, smiling as her views pile up.

Whoah! Blue guy's making an escape! Will he succeed?!

Ninth hears her with her hearing, but decide to focus on her enemy, tanking the needle on her arm and attempting to blast back with a large plasma beam with her other hand!

Azula matches Gold bolt for bolt with her own blue lightning, but each one takes her a little more time to generate. If the barrage keeps up one will probably get through soon enough.

"Tch!"

Green and Gold are briefly rebuffed. They prepare to resume their attack...

until Blue calls out to the other bolts.

My brothers! The time has come to consider an alternative method for dealing with these Storm-wielders.

Ah, so you mean... that.

Mmm, indeed. That.

Right! Wait... what's 'that' again?

Our final weapon...!

Oh, right, that...

『がったい!』

"Gattai", referring to fusion in the context of Combining Mecha. Its kanji form is 合体.

Green shimmy-shimmies back and forth at hyperspeed, making itself as humongous as possible.

Red takes on a wireframe shape and structure, forming the outline of... an Eastern dragon, which proceeds to fit itself around Green's form to give it a coherent shape.

Blue leaps for the serpentine monster's face, merging in and becoming its eyes.

Black disperses across the beast's surface, becoming the talons that adorn its hands.

And lastly, Gold splits into orbs of crackling lightning, one of which it clutches in each hand!

This fusion monstrosity roars with the sound of a titanic thunderclap as it rises up into the sky, where it takes a resting position.

Behold! 突撃竜だ! (Electric Rebel ~ Astalos - Monster Hunter Generations)

The part in Japanese means Totsugeki ryuu da, or "It's an assault dragon!" - Assault in the combat/war context.

Gekiryuu raises up one of its golden orbs, making lightning strike the surrounding buildings. Furniture and plateware, imbued with gold lightning, come pouring out of the windows and flying at the combatants from all directions!

Ninth let the transformation happen, convinced that he coud get a challenge out of this. She stoically prepare herself to fight, adopting a battle stance and not demonstrating fear in front of what's coming for her.

When the first attack start, she attempt to deploy a shield around Azula to protect her, and then attempt to blast away at the dragon and projectiles with an intense burst of lightning!

Stella keep streaming and start getting closer...

Azula cringes during the attack, and thanks Ninth internally for the protection. She decides that the big boy needs a couple big attacks to bring him down as quickly as possible.

Blue fire explodes around her in a blazing aura as she slowly enters a stance. It starts to whirl into an orb concentrated between her palms.

"Ka... me... ha..."

Hey, y'know what a giant super-powerful dragon construct doesn't need?

Speed.

Gekiryuu zips around to avoid the attacks headed its way. It fires back by shooting sustained 'beams' of crackling blue lightning from its eyes at Ninth and Azula, vaguely reminiscent of Mechagodzilla's maser cannons in that manner.

However, it's prepared for Azula to redirect the lightning or stop it with her fire Kamehameha. If she does so, it will immediately slip in a fearsome blast of black lightning at her, surrounded in red lightning to let the blast curve and arc to evade any attempt Ninth may make to stop it!

Ninth run up to Azula and attempt to teleport behind the beast with her, to attempt to get her to finish her charge and maybe even surprise the mighty beast!

She doesn't add her own attack to it, waiting for another occasion instead!

The brutal time-stop attack, combined with the Lightning Storm, causes Farandare to stagger backwards. This saves Lady End at the last moment, and allows Alleria to charge up a ritual, a wall of light protecting her from the pouncing wolves. A massive beam of light goes dancing all around the room, restoring huge amounts of health to everyone but Farandare while simultaneously vaporizing the Herne and his mutts!

   "You little bitch! That trick again?! It's a shame I cannot pluck that power from your lifeless corpse... but your weapons will have to do! FIIK ZII GRON!"   

A wave of darkness surges from Farandare's mouth, trying to engulf both Viserys and Awkeff. If it hits, its effects will not become apparent until they hit Farandare, whereupon they'll mystically take a lot more damage than they inflict on her, as if an invisible force was carving them up. This damage will ignore Awkeff's Shara armor, something Farandare will attempt to exploit if her Shout connects by engaging her in melee trying to goad her into retaliating. The tome still floats around Farandare and fires another Ice Storm forward, too.

Azula nods her thanks as the charge builds up. She takes a step forwards - "Me...!" and thrusts - "HAAA!"

The orb of blue fire explodes in a single direction, superheating the air as it barrels towards the lightning dragon construct.

Hub Centralis

Nydarros popped some joints in his neck as he stepped out on top of a building near to Ninth, Azula, and Gekiryuu. His heart stopped for a minute as he mentally processed the absolutely glorious thing that flickered and sparked nearby.

With no time to ask questions, he snapped himself back to reality, and allowed the Red Storm to run free in his veins, keeping its power in reserve. He stepped back, getting some space, and then sprinted off the building, generating a titanic cross-spear of red lightning as he went. With a mighty shout, he attempted to plunge the sparking weapon into the back of Gekiryuu!

Awkeff tries to strike Farandare again, but staggers back, clutching herself with one arm, as a result of her Shout's effect.

   "I suppose if all is fair, then..."   

She forms a rippling distortion of air in her offhand, then blasts Farandare with the Old Everwyrm's vibration-beam directly.

Gekiryuu turns around just in time to get double-blasted, blowing it back.

It roars, rises up into the air, and plunges down into the earth, seemingly dispersing across everything!

Somewhere else a few blocks away, Terlette is typing on a laptop when a miniature replica of Gekiryuu suddenly springs out of the machine and attacks her!

After a brief tussle, she blows it away with a massive explosive burst of gold lightning, starts to run... and conveniently ends up passing by the spot where all the other Keepers of the Storm have gathered.

She stops to face her fellow Keepers. "So that's what that racket was all about..."

Terlette looks back to see dozens of human-sized Gekiryuu swarming towards her.

"EVERYONE HIT THE DECK!"

Ninth nods to the others but focus on the fight at end, though she's a bit surprised when the dragon vanish, she's also too experienced to know that a fearsome opponent such as this would go down to a single attack, powerful as it was.

She's proven right later, after Terlette find herself fleeing from the drakes. Realizing that her presence and Nydaross's meant that a lot of the keepers were around, she decide to jump backward a little, attempting to toss exploding plasma balls at her foe!

Stella keep descending, obsessed with the light and fight.

"Vul... Shul Dov!"

Now encased from head to toe in armor reminiscent of Xeno'jiiva's human form, Viserys spreads the wings granted to him by Sapphire Starlight before taking flight to avoid the oncoming wave of darkness. He then draws the Infinity Sword once again, swoops towards Farandare, and plunges his fiery blade into the ground at her feet, causing a massive column of fire to erupt from beneath the Scarlet Scourge.

"That's for Serana, you Molag Bal-loving bitch!"

Hub Centralis

Nyr reabsorbed his spear into the crackling red lightning around his body, and regrouped with the others before casting his favorite spell—

   "Extended Maximize Magic: Greater Shape Lightning!"   

He attempted to grapple with and reshape one of the miniature Gekiryuus into a shield, using each color of the miniature dragon's lightning to bolster both his own power and that of the new shield...

If, that is, he could.

Azula is a little mentally exhausted after putting her all in that attack, but a second to register the command is all she needs. She flops to the ground and curls up into a bracing position.

"This is not on a ship..."

Nyr's ploy works... on one of them.

The rest that aren't popped by Ninth surge forward and 'detonate' in flashy, colorful bursts of multicolored lightning, which all swirls together and reforms into full-sized Gekiryuu once more!

By hugging the ground, Terlette avoids the worst of it (because electricity favors the tallest object nearby). She rubs her nose as she stands up. "Whatever this Storm-monster is, it's made up of all five Storms. But all five Keepers are here as well. So... Combination Attack time!"

She leaps over to Ninth and attempts to 'charge' her with gold lightning. If Ninth lets Terlette do her thing, then the next time she physically touches Gekiryuu, she will discharge a huge blast of the Gold Storm.

She's hit and driven backward. While damaged, her resolve remains the exact same!

Ninth nods to Terlette and accept the power boost. She focus, shattering the jacket that she's wearing (since it's sort of armored) and rush forth to try to punch the dragon, unleashing a large amount of golden lightning. Then, she clears the smoke by attempting to punch the beast quite a bit, before attempting to drive it back with one last punch.

She then propel herself backward and attempt to touch Azula on the head. If she accept, then her next attack will be imbued with black lightning, making it much stronger!

Azula's head spins for a second from the sudden rush of massive power, before she tries her hand at it. She figures that passing it along before using any of it will make the next attack even BIGGE Rer, right?

She kicks off the ground towards Nyr and says something like 'your turn'!

Hub Centralis

Nyr shielded his eyes from the flash of light, keenly aware of the sheer supernatural pressure of Gekiryuu. He gazed up at it, and came to an idea... An idea which was suddenly made a whole hell of a lot more possible by the introduction a whole fuckload of power from the other keepers.

   "Don't mind if I do, thank you!"   

He began side-stepping back and forth, remembering the little he had heard about how the green storm charges up with movement. He had to think quickly, and, as he ran towards Gekiryuu, he began to charge up every single storm power at his command, even dumping a substantial portion of his mana into a single technique!

A streak of green formed behind him as he dashed side-to-side and forward, which he woven a massive encasement of red lightning around, creating a massive western dragon to rival Gekiryuu. He imbued it with blue and black as well, and even a tiny bit of gold from his former shield-shaped miniature Gekiryuu. The dragon had an appearance similar to Nydarros himself in some respects, and it roared to life with the fury and incarnate storm, before attempting to tear apart its serpentine rival!

Ninth's combo knocks some lightning off of Gekiryuu in place of flesh, causing it to shrink down to patch the wounds.

Big mistake. This gives Nyr's own dragon construct the edge it needs to tear numerous gigantic gashes in Gekiryuu, far too large for the dragon to recuperate from.

As it falls to the ground, lightning exploding out of its body, it speaks.

Heh... hah... hah...

"Something funny?"

We may have failed to eliminate the Keepers... but now, our master knows exactly who they are. More of us will come... They will destroy your master... Raijin will fall... at the hands of Kuro-no-Arashi!

With those final words, Gekiryuu roars and bursts in a brilliant fireworks-esque display, fizzling away into nothing. Hopefully, the only remaining new light - a soft glow given off by the Keepers' marks - won't be enough to keep Stella in her trance-like state.

"Kuro-no-Arashi... If nothing else, we know a name and that they're after Raijin."

Terlette turns to Azula.

"... It's because you got the Green Storm, isn't it? Raijin told us never to have two storms at once for fear of giving the enemy a signal to lock onto, but he let you break that rule... for my sake. Damn it all."

She looks at the ground, before shrugging.

"Maybe."

"Is there a way to offload it? I haven't had it for long, I wouldn't miss it too much."

Nyr walked his way back to the other Keepers, before taking a seat on the ground. His tail barely moved as he caught his breath.

   "Whew... I don't think I've ever dumped that much power into one thing since... since that whole thing with the... the... the weird flesh thingy. Guess we should start shoring up our defenses... and yeah, it might be wise to place these powers with those we trust. Not sure if you can split up your powers, since it seems like you've got two of the storms, though. All we need to do is to lose to someone to lose these, right?"

Azrael chuckles, the markings on his body glowing.

Azrael: "So be it. Enchant Dragunov, release level 2!"

Some markings blow off as raw heat billows out from Azrael.

Azrael: "Let's kick it up a notch! Valiant Crush!"

Azrael goes for a big boot laced with red energy, aimed right for Augus's chest. If it hits, Augus will be knocked back pretty far, and Azrael will chase after him with Valiant Charger, a damageless charge that, if he catches up, will be canceled into a dropkick.
