~Echo 423, I don't know why you suddenly went silent, but your turn has been skipped for the sake of getting into the action before the other three of us have to go offline for the night. You can still post for the new round of actions as if you were never gone, if that's what you want.

"I literally don't know what waits for us beyond this point. We're venturing into uncharted territory. All I know is that entry into the Executive Offices is strictly forbidden by the Toon Council under any circumstance, and I've learned firsthand why that is."

BB opens the door just a little more, and light, unnaturally bright, so bright it burns, peeks through.

"Now!"

Scaramouche plays a single note on his flute, and the oil goes flying through the door. There's a splt, and then the light dims.

But it doesn't fade.

"Well, I tried."

Galleom emits an infuriated jet of steam and proceeds to shoulder-tackle the entire wall down, brute-forcing through the goons' weakened searchlights to send the security bots flying all over the place.

Other hat-wearing security goons, each absolutely massive in its own right, stop wandering and start moving toward the center path, trying to block it.

"GO, GO, GO!"

Run For It! (Rules of Nature - Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance)

Mr. Pew Pew ducks and weaves around the stomping feet of the giant goons. Blade Wolf bolts to the head of the pack with his incredible speed, and when one goon starts to block his path, he topples it with a Heat Knife that melts through its legs before it can turn to face him. Bloody Bunny performs an acrobatic dance, climbing up the goon left in Blade Wolf's wake and using it to jump onto another goon's head, near-instantly crumpling it. Scaramouche continues playing his flute as he runs, making rocks and bits of metal fly out from the ground to disable goons that head his way. Shulk simply runs, using Monado arts to make himself faster and relying on visions of the future to move out of the way before any goons can get him. And of course, Galleom just smashes down everything in his path like the wild ape-mech he is.

In preparation for this trench-run-esque sequence, I made a quick review of my characters for Echo's sake.

Mr. Pew Pew, the leader, is my player character from the online game Toontown Rewritten, a fan reboot of Disney's defunct MMO Toontown Online. He is the one who introduced the conflict between Toons, cartoon animals, and Cogs, evil corporate robots, to the Arena; in search of allies who could destroy the Cogs for good.

Blade Wolf is a supporting character from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. I have heavily associated him and his game with Mr. Pew Pew, because Metal Gear Rising and Toontown had the same music composer: Jamie Christopherson.

Bloody Bunny is the protagonist of a 3D animated series of the same name. Her story is a rather gruesome one - she was originally a human girl in a dystopian world ruled by evil plush toys, until one day they caught her and threw her into a grinder, reducing her remains to stuffing for another plush toy - specifically a rabbit. However, her soul persisted and took control of her new body, which she promptly used to take revenge and rescue her little sister, who had suffered a similar fate.

Galleom is a boss from The Subspace Emissary, whose World of Light incarnation appeared as a boss in the Arena some time ago. He was defeated and his spirit joined the heroes. At the end of the events he was involved in, he was restored to his physical body, but remained an ally.

Shulk and Scaramouche are both characters borrowed from player ReynTheLord, who is suffering motivational and stress issues that make it hard for him to post consistently right now, so I got his permission to use the characters he intended to use in his place. Shulk is the main character of Xenoblade Chronicles, while Scaramouche is an antagonist from Samurai Jack Season 5.

Krampus takes off with dizzying speed, freezing the ground beneath him. Any of the goons that attempted to get in his way would probably freeze before they had a chance to stop him. The demon chuckles coldly, this would be fun.

Krampus, Lord of Hell, Lucifer. Comes from my own Original Universe. His ability to manipulate ice and cold are like no other. His mere presence is enough to freeze his opposition. His speed and strength are god-like, once a boss in the Arena he seeks his revenge on the ones that defeated him. One step at a time.

Boyero chuckles, albeit still in pain

   "Wide open."   

He disappears in a cloud of snow, leaving the scythe behind. He reappears directly above his opposition. He channels lightning in his left arm, letting loose a blast of lightning, so bright that it briefly blinds Boyero and perhaps the demon he fired it upon. The boom of thunder echoes across the region.

"How pathetic. These things are barely worth my time, so instead I will make time for you all. Widen Magic: The Book Of Thoth [Mass Haste]."

Tokiko reads an incantation from a set of faintly glowing papyri, and a faint blue silhouette of a frantically spinning hourglass appears in the air, sending out a wave of blue energy that engulfs the group, greatly enhancing their speed, number of attacks they can make, and reflexes as they are accelerated in time. This includes Tokiko herself, who simply rushes forward for now, almost insultingly easily avoiding the stomping legs of the goons.

Konngara refuses to take the lazy approach, and immediately calls out her Demon's Justice [Hell's Bitter Steel Wind]. A flash of red-hot light as her blade is unsheathed, and then she disappears with a blur. A rush of roaring heat fills the room, then Konngara reappears behind the enemy lines, sheathing her katana. Several Cog guards collapse to the ground in that instant, their legs severed, while the horned samurai does not even break her stride.

Tarboy roars his rage as he surges diagonally like a geyser, blasting straight through the eye of a security goon and performing his signature Cog takeover, frying its processor and replacing it with his own tar-infused memory chips. The machine turns to its former comrades, its shattered eye crying black tears of tar, and starts firing black bolts of tar at them too - quickly adding more and more Cog sentinels to the ranks of Tarboy's dominated army as they advance into the tower.

Sorry. I know you guys are inactive, but...

Out of the android's back come two treads. They slam down on the ground as a rocket booster emerges, low-power as not to leave the group behind. He rockets forward.

And also, the android's name is C Mo DOS, but he just prefers to be called Core. He was my first OC, and doesn't have much in the field of weapons than a blade and portal gun. He knows how to make use of them though.

The demon did not see the bolt of lightning coming. Although his reactions were fast enough to try and mitigate the damage. He lost an arm, the damn thing fading away on the ground as he stumbled backwards.

   “This isn’t the end.”   

Already his arm was regenerating, the shadows of the limb appearing where it’s going to be coming back.

Oh, I'm not inactive just yet. I've got one more post in me.

As the party stampedes their way through, they come across the entrance to the Executive Office Tower at last.

"... Well, that's convenient."

It's a gigantic elevator. Like, easily large enough for a large monster to be capable of squeezing into it in addition to the rest of the party.

And of course, that means Galleom doesn't have to be left behind. Unfortunately, there won't be enough room for Tarboy's entire army of Tarred goons. But maybe if he took them apart and reassembled them into something more compact...?

"Well, you know the drill. Except those of you who don't. We're gonna board this elevator, it's gonna take us to a room, and whatever's in that room, we wreck!"

BB nods. Shulk and Scaramouche walk in, bracing themselves. Blade Wolf activates his stealth cloak as he trots aboard and waits for the others.

Krampus walks into the elevator, swinging his blade like it weights nothing. He nods to Mr. Pew Pew's instructions,

   "Yes, yes, typical hero stuff."   

Boyero scoffs,

   "I suppose I'll just have to obliterate your entire body at once."   

Boyero charges both his hands with lightning, preparing an attack.

Sure enough, the mooks are torn apart from the inside and reassembled into a crude construct looking like the product of a child's haphazard flailings with a Bionicle set. About the size of Galleom, the thing stands on four of the watch-Cogs' legs, with a swinging tail in the back, and two more appendages protruding from the back like vestigial wings. One of the few non-damaged eye-projectors forms a cyclopean head. Unfortunately, for its size, the construct is relatively frail, as Tarboy has to spread his essence quite thin to even control the thing - covering it in a tar shell like he usually does to his possessed Cogs is a distant dream at this point.

"Well this is mildly excessive," Tokiko says, and coming from the one who once literally dragged an enemy to Hell to be attacked by Satan himself, this sounds slightly hypocritical. "But I suppose I will do." She casts a few defensive buffs on Tarboy's crude construct that will hopefully allow it not to fall to pieces on the first attack. Maybe.

As the last members of the party walk in, Galleom pushes a large button to go to the top floor.

The elevator ride begins. A tune plays.

"So," Mr. Pew Pew says, "I suppose introductions are in order, for those of us who haven't met. I go by the alias of Mr. Pew Pew. I'm a Toon, native to the world we're all in right now - Toontown. The Cogs are the only true threat to our peace and happiness... but what a threat they are."

Blade Wolf's eyes emit red light to indicate his position while his stealth is active. "Blade Wolf. Formerly Desperado prototype unit LQ-84i. I was built to kill, and forced into the hypocritical role of liberating a nation by force, but my creators gave me the necessary intelligence capacity to choose my actions for myself. Now that I have broken free from the chains of duty, I serve justice, and I will bring down all oppressors who show themselves to me."

"You can call me Scaramouche the Merciless. In short, I'm a top-class assassin, but I love having fun just as much as anyone. I'm here because these 'Cogs' hate fun, or so I've been told, and I have plenty of vacation time to spare."

"My name's Shulk. I'm a Homs, of the Bionis. The Mechon are, or were, an enemy, and my Monado was made to destroy them. These Cogs seem to be truly malevolent to the same degree."

Bloody Bunny and Galleom say nothing, because they are mute.

"The name's Core, though I officially go by C Mo DOS. I'm an android originally designed to be overseer of a factory, but i've broken through my code, and I am independent from now on.

"Call me Konngara," the horned samurai says. "I am merely a lone warrior, on an eternal quest to weed out greed and selfishness wherever I see them, and to promote spiritual well-being and rejection of the material."

Konngara is one of the final bosses of the first Touhou game, Highly Responsive to Prayers. As little is known about her, most of her character is homebrew. Her exact nature is unclear, and she may be a divine spirit, an oni, an alien, or several of these things at once. She is fiercely opposed to materialism in general and neglect of one's spiritual well-being. Her signature power is to burn anything.

"I'm Tokiko. A magus from Gensokyo. I want to exterminate the Cogs because I am a magical being, and the sheer aura of industrial scum emanating from any area where they thrive makes me physically sick."

Tokiko is a character from some supplementary Touhou materials. This iteration of her is dramatically stronger than her canonical self and originates from an AU. Her signature power is to read and understand any book, which she used to learn a lot of magic very quickly. She has a spell for almost any situation. She is self-confident, but also careful and intelligent. She may seem uncaring and cold, but may sometimes get surprisingly attached to a select few.

The tarred contraption gives Mr. Pew-Pew a meaningful look from its single eyeball. Telling his entire backstory in the only way he can would probably take more time than this elevator ride affords then.

Tarboy is the protagonist of a web animation of the same name. A conglomerate of memory chips belonging to robot slaves dumped by their evil masters into a pit of tar once they'd outgrown their usefulness, fused with the tar that should have become their grave. Unsurprisingly hates rich and greedy oppressors such as the Cogs. He cannot speak coherently and communicates by gestures or by writing or drawing on the ground using his tar.

   "Krampus. That's all you need to know."   

The demon squeezes himself into a corner, freezing that small portion he stands on. He waits patiently for whatever may lie at the top.

Blade Wolf walks up to Core. "It appears we have similar origins."

ding!

   "So, as I was saying, we need to take a more friendly tone to really sell it to those Toons."   

Mr. Pew Pew blanches.

The elevator doors begin to grind open, making a truly wretched sound of screeching metal.

   "Bah! They just don't get our value, is all! Raise prices!"   

The Toon turns to the others.

   "They have no respect for authority that isn't their own kind! If we don't have their leaders tried and sentenced to sadness, they'll never submit!"   

"... No."

   "You're all morons! We need to manage our own distribution of resources and manpower better!"   

The elevator at last fully opens up - into an utterly massive square room, with a giant table in the middle. The Senior Vice President of Sales, the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Justice, and the Chief Executive Officer are all gathered around it. They appear to be debating the best way to bring down the Toons.

"This predicament was highly improbable," Blade Wolf silently says.

"All that work... all that time, all those efforts... were for NOTHING?! THEY GOT REPLACED ANYWAY?!"

The 'angry' face on the back of the V.P.'s head notices the party in the elevator.    "TOONS! A TOON MADE IT IN HERE!!!"   

All four boss Cogs move away from the table with surprising speed, going to the corners of the room. The table itself sinks into the floor, creating a perfectly flat battlefield.

V.P.:    "GET THEM! GET THEM NOW BEFORE THEY'RE GONE!"    An army of yellow-suited Level 50 Cogs starts pouring out from the bosses' undercarriages. The V.P.'s are Mr. Hollywoods, the C.F.O.'s are Robber Barons, the C.J.'s are Big Wigs, and the C.E.O.'s are The Big Cheeses.

C.F.O.:    "YOU'LL NEVER REDUCE OUR PROFITS!"    The C.F.O. procures a safe out of nowhere and dons it as a helmet.

C.J.:    "OBJECTION OVERRULED! ORDER IN THE COURT!"    A number of giant floating gavels manifest, swinging in various diagonal angles.

C.E.O.:    "REORGANIZE! DOWNSIZE! HRRRGLBRGLBRGH!"    A giant bright red golf club manifests in his hand.

Four-Fold Nastiness! (Final Boss - The Magical Quest Starring Mickey Mouse)

In a rage, Mr. Pew Pew brandishes the wand Survivor had given him. Storm clouds begin to brew under the ceiling.

Blade Wolf maintains his stealth cloak and dashes around the room, looking for weak spots in the bosses.

Bloody Bunny runs right at the CFO. She jumps up his large body, springs off his shoulder, and performs an aerial iaijutsu slash to his head... which does nothing, due to his safe-ty helmet.

Galleom stomps up to the VP and throws a herculean punch.

Shulk activates Monado Shield, giving himself and the rest of the party a defensive buff.

Scaramouche starts playing more tunes on his flute, trying to manipulate the Level 50 Cogs.

Four. All four of them. At once.

And here they had assumed that the Cogs were on the brink of defeat. Have they done nothing at all to their regime as a whole? Have their efforts all been simply building up to their doom in this death trap? Flashes of a room inundated with light and heat pass through his mind. Tarboy's mechanical beast is frozen in fear, unable to attack.

Konngara doesn't see it the same way, though. Once one has stood up to a corrupted abomination from the distant stars and lived, mere giant robots start losing their intimidation factor, you see. "I guess I'll just have to send you all to Hell again, and this time, I'll damn well make sure you're going to stay there! Decimation [Massacre of the Faithless]!"

A pale red thread binds Konngara to a great number of Cog mooks in the room as she draws her blade. She moves in a blur, seemingly teleporting all over the room as she slashes each one of the targeted Cogs one by one in very quick succession.

"Four times the annoyance... this is going to be fun..." Tokiko's voice drips with sarcasm. "In the meantime, anyone up for grilled cheese..? Emerald Tablets [Flamestrike]." A large triangular pentacle appears underneath the Big Cheeses and a pillar of roaring flames engulfs them.

Krampus swings his blade over his head rapidly, the ice he channeled in his right hand grew stronger. He released a short burst of ice at the cogs, if it landed on one cog it would freeze it entirely, then bounce to another hoping to achieve the same effect. This effect would repeat until it was either blocked or dodged.

   "Lets get this over with."   ]

He turns his attention to the C.J, rushing towards it.

The VP reels back from Galleom's hit and swipes a 'meaty' hand at him in retaliation.

The CFO grabs Bloody Bunny and throws her at the floor, hurting her with a loud squeak.

Thanks to being blindfolded, the Chief Justice has no way to see Krampus coming. However, if the demon isn't careful, he could be struck by one of the remote gavels orbiting the Lawbot boss. And one whack from those will hurt more than any Cog attack he withstood back when he helped fight the Cashbots.

The CEO rolls across the room to Tarboy's patchwork monster. He readies a slap with his free hand.

The Level 50 Cogs are not easily destroyed, for each one is about as strong as the Director of Ambush Marketing. However, the Big Cheeses, as well as the other assorted groups that are damaged by Krampus and Konngara, fall victim to Scaramouche's music, going completely still.

The Mr. Hollywoods discuss something amongst themselves.

"Let's give 'em the ol' Razzle Dazzle."

They all pull out placards of smiling teeth in unison, firing a barrage of rings of sparkles at the heroes akin to an artillery bombardment in scale.

"Ohhh, yeaaahh, babes~! The requiem's first act has concluded, and now begins the sequentia. That's Italian for 'showtime'." Scaramouche discards his flute as he jumps away from the Razzle Dazzle barrage, and begins scatting.

The damaged Cogs proceed to jerk violently like puppets on strings. They flex their fingers... then punch themselves in the faces, all at the same time! They then proceed to beat each other up, to the astonishment of the unharmed Cogs that are not under the music's control. Already the battlefield is wracked with exploding Cogs.

Shulk is blown away by the sparkles, but he lands on all fours. He activates the Monado's Laser Blade and makes a break for the VP.

Galleom gets smacked across the face and staggers back. Incensed, he winds up a powerful uppercut and lets loose.

BB gets up. She hacks away at the CFO's body, trying to deal significant damage.

A Heat Knife comes flying at the CEO from seemingly nowhere, precisely aimed so that it damages his torso and interrupts his attack on Tarboy.

Mr. Pew Pew's wand begins to rattle and shake in his hand as the storm clouds build. Electricity arcs from it. Sparks fly when the Razzle Dazzles pass through him. He grips it tight with both hands, trying to keep it under control. "Toons of the World... Gag-Up!" A wave erupts from the Toon, covering the battlefield in an energy of silliness to replenish and fill supplies, reset cooldowns, and generally make anything of limited use more usable. Tarboy should also gain enough tar from this to tank an extra hit or two on top of Tokiko and Shulk's defensive buffs.

A wall of Ice erects itself behind Krampus, blocking the projectiles as he continues to rush the C.J. Upon reaching his target, Krampus plants his feet, freezing the ground. Krampus jumps into the air, manuevering himself above the Boss Cog's head. Krampus holds his blade above his head while he descends. Krampus throws the blade downward with incredible force, aimed towards the C.J's head. The demon was hoping that the blade would pierce its targets head.

"Righteousness [Burning Crusade]!"

Konngara plants her sword into the ground, unleashing a wave of fire that spreads throughout the room. Instead of dealing damage to enemies, it bolsters allies, burning away their dread and infusing their attacks with fire properties. Somehow this manages to not set Tarboy uncontrollably ablaze.

The Gag-Up allows Tarboy to create a very basic tar armor around the mechanical beast. Konngara's spell and Blade Wolf's intervention against the attacking CEO snap him out of his funk, and he retaliates by whipping around with surprising agility for such a massive and unwieldy creation, attempting to slap the Bossbot in the face with the construct's massive tail. And unlike the two Gensokyans, there is very little he can do to avoid the Razzle Dazzle storm other than just weathering it down.

"Accelerate Summon Magic: Lesser Key of Solomon [Conjure Furfur]! Hear my call, Earl of Hell, come forth, and obey! By the power of this seal that binds you, I command thee! Strike my foes with Hell's unbridled lightning!"

Tokiko draws a triangular pentacle to draw a towering winged hart demon◊ into the physical realm, electric sparks dancing between its brambly horns. It fires a beam of lightning into the heart of the swirling vortex of clouds already created by Mr. Pew-Pew, as a rain of thunderbolts threatens every enemy in the room. The demon then disappears, but this does not consume the existing stormclouds nor interrupt whatever Mr. Pew-Pew was planning, and he's free to follow up on the electric onslaught.

The VP is sent reeling by Galleom's punch, and the lightning strike is enough that he has to flail his arms to maintain his balance. Then he jumps up.

"JUMP!"

The VP lands with a violent crash, shaking the floor hard enough to knock down anyone who is on the ground when he makes impact.

The CFO swats Bloody Bunny away again, but then the lightning hits him and makes him flinch. His undercarriage opens up and a small number of goons come out. They're smaller than a person, and definitely not as strong as the monstrous security goons outside, but still dangerous due to their searchlights being a perpetual hazard until destroyed.

The CJ is indeed pierced, and electricity arcs through him as well. However...    "Lucifer Krampus, you are held in contempt of court!"    Suddenly a powerful shockwave emits from his head, trying to blow Krampus across the room.

The CEO gets slapped. He seems unamused, and launches a volley of giant golf balls at Tarboy.

Of the mooks, only the Robber Barons survive the onslaught of Scaramouche's music and Tokiko's lightning. They launch a volley attack like the Mr. Hollywoods before them, but this time the attack they use is Tee Off - golf ball projectiles.

Mr. Pew Pew, his control strengthened by his Gag-Up Unite, gets an idea from Tokiko's spell. He cups a hand around the head of his out-of-control wand, guiding the lightning spraying from it like the nozzle of a hose, into the storm clouds above. Then he jumps to dodge the VP's earthquake, strikes a pose in midair with his wand held straight up, and it shines. The storm clouds split up into four large clusters that each fly over one of the four boss Cogs before blasting them all with torrential rain and lightning. Even spread out like this, it's enough to flood the room in an inch deep layer of water, though it appears to be quickly draining away.

Blade Wolf doesn't register the call to jump in time and gets sent flying by the VP's smash, disabling his stealth cloak.

Bloody Bunny hears the command while she's being launched, so she braces herself to land against a wall instead of on the floor, allowing her to stay out of the earthquake's reach before she drops down. When she does land, it's near Tarboy.

Shulk jumps in time. He rises up to strike at the VP with Air Slash.

Scaramouche continues scatting, only to falter as the earthquake trips him up. A golf ball beans him in the head, and he gives the sender an indignant look.

Galleom lets himself be hit by the jump and several Tee Off attacks as a display of power, barely flinching. He then jumps after the quake and transforms into his Tank Mode, firing a barrage of missiles at the VP.

Krampus is stunned by the fact that the C.J knows his name. This frees him up to be hit by the shockwave, letting loose a brief grunt of pain. Free falling for a few moments before catching himself by blasting an icy wind directly downward, thrusting him into the air.

   "Stupid Basta-   OINK!    What the f-OINK."    Krampus is beyond confused, what a strange world.

Although once the rain starts pouring, a smug chuckle escapes his bony mask.

   "Hope you all dont mind a bit of slip and slide."   

He shouts to the heroes. The demon disappears in a cloud of snow, reappearing in the center of the room. Without skipping a beat, he claps his hands twice. The room goes deathly cold, as the 1 inch of flooding slowly turns to a very slippery ice. Above the V.P's, C.J's, and C.E.O's head the rain turns to sharp icicles.. However above the C.F.O's head, the rain gathers into a massive raindrop shaped ball of ice. It falls down onto the C.F.O, the main goal being to destroy the safe atop his head.

Tarboy is forced to gallop away from the barrage of giant golf balls quaking the earth in its wake. Given that there are a lot of attacks he cannot avoid at all, he absolutely cannot allow himself to take any more hits than strictly necessary lest his construct fall apart, in which case he'll become incapable of doing any significant harm to the bosses again. In the last moment before the VP lands, he jumps into the air. Using the beast's tail as a counterweight, he whirls in midair acrobatically to face the CEO. The single eye of the construct begins shining and fires a concentrated beam of light to blind and burn the enemy.

At a wave of Tokiko's hand, a swirling tornado vortex of water (made slightly larger by drawing what little water has not yet been frozen, if any) is sent inexorably in the direction of the CJ. Shadowy silhouettes of massive sharks can be seen circling inside the cyclone◊. Interestingly, the environmental effect on the room seems to influence the Cyclone, as it gains an additional frost damage component from the ice-cold water and weather, and the sharks inside look like so◊. Naturally, the earthquake poses very little threat to Tokiko due to her ability to fly.

"...I don't even have a name for this one."

"Cataclysm [Fudou Myouou's Fiery Steps]!"

Konngara - after having also ascended into the air to dodge the quake - dashes down upon the remaining Robber Barons like a hawk upon prey, feet-first. Upon impact with the ground (or preferably an unfortunate Baron's face), she creates a violent detonation of flames that should incinerate or blast away the other Barons in the vicinity. Although this will also probably create a patch of room no longer covered in ice.

The demon wore a smug expression on his face as he saw Boyero charging up an his attack. And he waited. His demonic blade clenched in his other hand, and the shadows of his arm growing more solid.

The VP turns his attention away from the battle he's losing hard and throws a handful of gears at Scaramouche.

The CFO's safe-ty helmet cracks, splits down the middle, and falls apart on either side of him with a loud clang.    "What?! NO!"    At the same time, the mega-storm and freeze-over destroy the goons surrounding him, so he releases a number of larger goons which all walk towards Konngara.

The CJ is caught up in the shark cyclone. The swinging gavels surrounding him now begin hovering toward Tokiko, attempting to squash her flat.

The CEO covers his head with his arms in the face of the storm and Tarboy's light-ray. He charges forward to try and roll over Tarboy, but he's going in a straight line and underestimates the size of his target. If he misses, he will surely slide away on the ice and smack into a wall.

Blade Wolf begins darting around the makeshift rink. He tackles one of the CFO's goons to the ground and rips it up with his claws.

Bloody Bunny follows up on Konngara's attack, slicing up any Robber Barons that survived with her sword.

Shulk receives a vision and braces himself for an incoming attack.

Scaramouche begins singing a ballad of some kind, causing water waves and ice spikes to shoot up all over the place and generally making a lot of chaos... until he dodges the incoming gears in just the wrong way, and a chunk of his throat gets shredded.

"... Well, there goes that. Better hope you've all got magic to spare, because my music ain't gonna do it anymore." He draws a sword, which splits open into pronged edges like a tuning fork.

As his wand settles down after discharging its violent energy, Mr. Pew Pew looks at Tarboy with an expression of mild panic. He remembers seeing Tarboy's construct gain more tar from his use of the Gag-Up Unite. "If any of you still have a Gag-Up, use it now!" he barks. "Toons of the World, Gag-Up!"

Tokiko remembers that she's obtained some of those as well during the battle with the CFO. She'd been saving them for a rainy day, but she's a little interested to see what Mr. Pew-Pew's plan might be.

"Otherworldly Magic [Mass Restoration]!" Despite the fancy name, it works exactly like a Gag-Up and gives everyone even more resources. She is then blindsided by the CJ's flying gavels and slammed into a wall, accompanied by the shimmer of protective enchantments.

In that moment, the beast starts overflowing with tar, as if bleeding out, but that could not be further from the truth. Before the CEO can do anything to interrupt what's coming, in comes Konngara with another blazing kick to his side. In other circumstances, the idea of a mere woman toppling a tank-threaded titan would have been laughable, but Konngara's unearthly strength combined with the current slipperiness of the battlefield means that the CEO is quite likely to go wide.

The Tar God

The black substance completely engulfs the mechanical skeleton, creating a tarred shell the likes of which Tarboy had never had the chance to produce before. It envelops the haphazard construct like a glistening living skin, giving it the appearance almost reminiscent to that of a living creature, a winged titan that seems to have crawled directly out of the La Brea tar pits... if such creatures had ever walked the surface of the Earth. Like black leather, a translucent fiber of tar knits itself around the skeletal stubs of the construct's "wings". An elongated, slightly ship-like snout forms itself around the construction protecting the single eye, which now finds itself in the throat of the oily beast - hidden from view, but still emitting a fierce glow that shines from the mouth of the draconic horror◊. Moreover, Konngara's fiery blessing has not worn off either, creating an improbable blaze around the dragon (especially in its chest region) that does not seem to burn the monster in the slightest.

Flapping its heavy wings but not quite taking to the air yet, the oil beast roars, pouring out all of its rage before lashing at the CFO with its black claws.

Even if it's all worthless in the end, he is not going down without creating a few more piles of scrap in his wake.

Krampus stays in the center of the room, he holds out his hand towards his sword. It flies into his hand, spinning it in the air then slamming into the ground. The demonic inscriptions lose their glowing aura, the hole at the edge of his hilt glows with an ice like energy. Krampus creates several highly reflective panels of ice, and the hilt blasts a powerful beam of ice at one of the panels, which splits the beam two ways, one heading for the C.F.O,and the other to another panel, this panel also splits the beam another two ways, one heading for another panel and the other heading for the CJ, and so on until 4 beams of ice are aiming at each of the boss cogs, hoping to slowly freeze them over.

Boyero lets loose a torrent of electrical energy towards the Nightbringer, far stronger than the previous attack.

   "DIE!"
