Wendy toss an Energy Ball at the skull, but luckily, Tokza is able to jump up to evade the Jagras and kick the ball at them, though the sheer energy causes her to yelp and crash to the ground. She does get back up, performing Flame Wheel at the last second to try to trick the Jagras into coming into contact with a ball of fire.

Unfazed, the controlled Wendy hold her arms up and begins to perform an eerie, unconfortable dance. Anyone who gaze upon it may end up confused by its strange tempo.

Wendy barely dodge and, upon realizing what she's dealing with, attacks with Magical Leaf !

Thanks to the Pokémon's cover, Bixen successfully left the battle.

Two portals would open elsewhere in the depths of noctillum, Far from any fights. Two different people come through the portals, One is a young man with glasses, two gauntlets, a pistol, and some kevlar body armor. The other is a man with hair lacking any pigment, catlike eyes, chainmail, two swords, a crossbow,and various pouches containing other goods and tools.

Geralt of Rivia stands up and looks around, while the unknown young man lies down in the dirt, snoring, seemingly asleep. Geralt Begins to speak, saying "Another Damned portal, Can't say I'll ever get used to these things any t-" before taking a while to investigate the young man on the ground near him, as the middle of a forest is no place to take a nap. "What's the deal with this kid?"

Geralt notices something around the young man's neck, taking a look at them. They seem to be tags related to some sort of military. Mostly intact, but the last name of the young man seems to have been chipped off. "Cana Dian Armed forces, Private Christopher... Cana Dia? What kind of place is that? Is that here?"

View Attire Geralt Takes a look over the young man's general attire, noticing a certain pattern to his outfit, which led to him not immediately noticing the young man. "Interesting camouflage pattern. I've seen tailors attempt something like this before, but nobody has ever made a pattern this perfect before. It says something here on his arm... "CADPAT". Huh. There's also what looks like a flag too. Could this be a uniform? Why would a soldier walk around without chain mail or plate?"

View Face Geralt turns the young man over, looking at his face. The young man is most definitely asleep. Geralt notes the man's glasses and eye build, while also noting the eyes in general. "Corrective lenses. Based on that and his eye shape, I'd assume he's nearsighted. Based on how deeply he's sleeping and the curves under his eyes, He seems to have fallen unconscious due to a lack of sleep."

View Crossbowlike Object Geralt takes a hard look at the black boxlike thing in a pouch on the young man's side which resembles a crossbow around the trigger, utterly confused. He refuses to touch it to risk firing it, if it's indeed like a crossbow.

View Gauntlet The gauntlet on the young man's right hand confuses Geralt as he investigates it. The gauntlet seems to have a glasslike object embedded into the arm part of it, but why? Geralt taps on the glass. The glass briefly lights up before turning off again.

"I'd best set up a camp here to keep this young man alive. Maybe he could give me some information about this place..."

Geralt sets up a campfire as Christopher sleeps.

Baba Yaga is too concentrated on her incantation to pay attention to Wendy's dance. The skull, however, seems mesmerized, wavers in the air and smacks against the ground. Thanks to Tokza's intervention, Baba Yaga is able to complete the summoning, and at her sight, the darkness of the night itself coalesces into a jet-black horse with a haggard expression, upon which sits a vicious-looking, dark-skinned knight in chainmail armor, wearing a cape adorned with stars◊. The knight pulls out a curved scimitar in the shape of a crescent moon, glowing with pale light, and channeling his power through it, fires a barrage of star-like glowing projectiles at the Leshen. While the beast is hopefully disoriented by this attack, Baba points at Wendy, and the same disembodied black arms come out of the ground, attempting to grab her and restrain her.

"Oh, they can do... things. Powerful magic of a general sort of variety, for one."

Tokza brings down a number of Jagras, but a few loiterers still live.

The Ancient Leshen is struck by the Kinsect, getting orange extract for Reyna, and battered by stars. However, it teleports again, this time to right on top of Tokza's position, and attempts to catch her with an X-shaped dual arm swipe. If it hits her, a deep wound will be opened, causing her to bleed if she moves too much.

Reyna runs backwards away from the Ancient Leshen and sends her Kinsect further away from her. Then she realizes she's being fucked with and fumbles a large blue berry into her mouth, letting its juices seep down her gullet until she magically regains control and eats it whole. Off-white Friendship Jewels inlaid into her armor activate, sharing the status-nullifying effect with her teammates. She recalls her Kinsect, gaining a tremendous power-up through the three combined colors of extract, and pole-vaults into the air, flying at the Ancient Leshen with a whirling slash, finishing with a hard strike to bounce herself back into the air if it connects.

Fey Wendy approaches through the cutting leaves, unflinching, as a Grass Knot springs up underneath True Wendy, trying to trip her.

Tokza's struck and react to her wound with dignity, clenching it !

SHIT COCKFUCKER TREE LOOKING PIECE OF SHIT BARK UP YOUR ASS AND SET IT ON FIRE RAAHH ! she yells, her flames empowering around her, attempting to painfully cauterize the wound.

Wendy is seemingly restrained by the attack, which is a neat move since it prevent her from dancing. She attempts to break free, doing so in a surprisingly vicious manner given her cute-looking appearance as a Lilligant.

Wendy is hit by the Grass Root and fall over face first.

Ow ! she says, before she soon stop moving, seemingly out cold.

While Wendy is incapacitated, Baba Yaga rushes to her side and attempts to forcefully pour a vial of potion into her mouth, another pair of dark hands manifesting to open it, if necessary. Hopefully, the potion will nullify Leshen's influence and turn Wendy back to normal, if not, it should at least restore her inner self's health and give her a boost of power to help her fight Fey!Wendy.

While Baba deals with Wendy and Reyna brutalizes the Leshen, the knight rampages through the Jagras that remain, slicing left and right with his moonlight scimitar while the horse tramples the small drakes, attempting to crush their skulls beneath its hooves.

Oblivia

   "Hmm... curious, indeed. I would imagine that they are powered in the same method as the other magics from your realm... or do they use an alternate source of some kind?"   

Megan rushed into the area in a mad frenzy of velocity, and fired off two rounds full of Alchemist's Fire at the Ancient Leshen. The adrenaline mixed with the sheer speed at which she was moving made accurate aiming highly impractical at the moment. Her crystalline scales almost looked like they were filled with blue flames, as she slid to a stop some distance away from the Leshen, and turned to face the towering figure, gun and blade in hand.

She thought that she went to say something, but all that escaped her mouth was a battle-cry, a warrior's roar, the inarticulate and raw shout of a woman who was sick of failing the people who mattered to her.

She was not having a good day.

"Puyos? No, these artifacts derive their power from the ritual that created them."

The Jagras are summarily finished... for now. The mark on Tokza disappears, and while her wound was opened through unnatural means, nothing unnatural keeps it open, meaning it is successfully cauterized.

Reyna stops after bouncing off, hanging in midair as if time has slowed down for her. "... Megan?!"

Then she does a spinning vertical slash down the length of the Ancient Leshen.

The Ancient Leshen answers Megan's attempt at a Dynamic Entry by teleporting a few feet behind her. It launches a large flock of Revoltures at her and everyone near her (namely Reyna and Baba Yaga), then teleports again, to the top of the cliff with the hanging vines. From there, it raises its arms up and plunges them down, causing a small cluster of roots to pop up underneath Baba Yaga which then explosively and violently grow out in a wide radius a second and a half later.

Fey Wendy approaches her counterpart menacingly, then her eyes suddenly widen as she staggers and falls to one knee.

Tokza's flames are still pretty large, and she attempts to blast the Leshen with an enormous Flamethrower, before taking off, seemingly flying by boosting her feet with fire. She accumulates fire within her fists and screams, preparing to divebomb the Leshen.

Wendy's head peek out, revealing that she was playing possum. She does seems invigorated, to her surprised.

Huh... smooth one-liner ! she yells, attempting to slam an Energy Ball into her counterpart's face.

The possessed Wendy slows down. Not out, mind you, but at the very least, she's not a threat at the moment.

Baba Yaga, finding herself menaced on two fronts, whips her mortar with her pestle, causing it to vault into the air with a 360 degree spin, away from the growing roots and hopefully over the flock. In the middle of this jump, she starts hurling a bunch of random objects - skulls, dolls, vials, jars, bones, and other magical materials - pulled out of her mortar at the Leshen. Upon impact, they will do very mild concussive damage, but most importantly, each one of them has a chance to inflict a random magical debuff on Leshen on hit.

The dark knight, having run out of Jagras to crush, slashes the air with his sword, sending a slicing wave in the shape of a crescent moon in an attempt to sever one of Leshen's arms.

Oblivia

   "They are not unlike the magical items and artifacts of my world, then — most of them passively recharge their power from ambient energies when utilized, although some, such as the sending stones, form a circuit with the users,"    he said, pausing to think.    "... Wait, what were we originally doing? I seem to have gotten distracted by knowledge."   

Megan dove under the swarm of revoltures, but she could still feel their beaks and claws dig into the parts of her body not armored by scales. She grit her teeth and growled through the pain. She should have been surprised when the noise that escaped her throat contained a hint of something more monstrous, but she didn't really notice, given the aforementioned revoltures.

She swung at the empty air where the Ancient Leshen had just been, still adjusting to the new enemy as she was. Realizing her mistake only after the fact, she prepared herself to dodge some kind of charge or thrown object or, gods help her, another swarm of birds. As she located the forest spirit anew, she noticed the other fighters, and very nearly snapped out of her battle-trance from how... strange some of them were. Baba Yaga seemed oddly familiar to her, although she couldn't place why exactly.

She then proceeded to get blasted backwards by the roots, as she was just barely within the range. Somehow she landed on her feet — or at least, against a tree, which she had to pry herself away from. She took one of the deep red healing potions from her pouch, and downed it, feeling some of the cuts, punctures, bruises and scrapes from what just happened heal up.

After this, Megan managed to spot Reyna, and nodded at her in acknowledgement, as if to say, "I'm here." She tried to speak, but her words seemed stuck in her throat from the raging maelstrom of emotions and conflicting thoughts in her head.

Post-Lup And Takko

It seems as if Dylan and the Warrior were... sleeping standing still? It was odd, to say the least, but they had both seemed to wake up like nothing happened.

Dylan: "Yeah, we did it! Did someone say something about a break?"

The Warrior's eyes wandered aimlessly.

Klug shrugs. "I dunno. Guess I was just stopping by to say hello."

I know what was originally planned, Omega, but since we're about to get to the point in the Self-Insert Gang stuff where Iraaxos needs to be available, perhaps we should bring this scene to a premature end.

Rey sighs. "We're probably gonna run into Kishar next, then..."

The Ancient Leshen starts to swipe a claw at Tokza, only to be interrupted mid-swing by a skull to the side of the head, making it stumble to the side.

The black rider's sword beam chips off a piece of its arm as it stumbles, but fails to sever the limb. It's almost like magically-reinforced tree bark.

It quickly teleports to another side of the field again, seemingly having been poisoned once again.

Reyna shoots some kind of ethereal thing from her Insect Glaive at the Ancient Leshen. If it hits, her Kinsect will automatically start homing in on the Ancient Leshen and harassing it with bites that leave clouds of explosive powder hanging in the air.

Fey Wendy is struck in the face and sent reeling back onto her feet.

Clearly in critical condition, she conjures roots from the ground that wrap around one arm and form the crude shape of a lance, with which she attempts to stab True Wendy.

Tokza dives, kickstarting an intense explosion if she hits on top of the effect of her punches. The explosion does blow her away, though, right into the possessed Wendy, accidentally freeing her.

Hey, that's not legal ! she yells. She barely avoid the stab, though, and replicates with Petal Dance, attempting to utterly destroy... herself ?

White Tower - Redacted, Brain, and Hit

Boyero sighs    "Good, as long as someone can translate. It would appear my master's conversation has finished and the terms of our agreement have been settled. Your employer Narktus will be in contact soon enough, for now...."   

A portal opens behind Boyero leading back to the Main hall of the castle.

   "I have duties to attend to, and preparations for my master's return. The golem won't try to stomp you. He'll be friendly."   

Tower's Peak - Narktus

   "I can send you back to the mortal realm now if you wish. Your subordinates await you at the main entrance of my castle. Unless of course, I assume you're capable of entering and leaving of your own accord. My knight will either finish the job, or die."   

His words were cold, as if he didn't care at all.

Oblivia - Yamoshi and Bardock

Gunnor is blasted back, dazed by the ki blast. He hadn't recovered yet, he wasn't expecting such an attack. He was wide open. Something else seemed to be distracting him as well, but that was an unseen force.

Redacted walked past everyone, glad to get out of this damn castle. He's been in one place for to long by now and now he wanted to get away from the strange company. He walked through the portal and morphed into the ground on the other side. Now moving away from the castle as fast as he could.

Primordia

Omega got up off the ground and used the walls of NLA in the distance to reorient himself.

"Well, this isn't gonna be fun... Although, I have to admit, that was one hell of an adrenaline rush. Only downside is all of my bones hurt like a right bastard. Do you think we can spend some downtime in NLA and rest up before we get dragonshanked?"

Sounds like a plan.

Iraaxos idly swung one of his paired, semicircular blades in a slow circle.    "Ah. I—"   

He stopped midsentence. Something was itching in the back of his draconic mind. Some distant echo of a spirit... something he had once held?

   "... hmmmm... curious... It's good to be able to talk with someone who isn't trying to kill me. It gives me some hope for the mortals of my own world... always so eager to fight, those ones. Thank you, Klug."   

Megan collected herself, and took a moment to assess the situation, pulsing her dragonsenses to get a read on the subtler details of the situation. The Acnient Leshen had placed itself in a clearing, and was probably planning something. It seemed to have control over plants and animals to a limited degree, and it could teleport free of consequence...

And she had a bigass gun.

"Eat draekynfyre, you bastard."

Megan swapped out her spent rounds for fresh ones, and then dumped about a quarter of her current mana into her gun. The engravings lit up along the side, and the bullets where sheathed in magical power, like a ghostly-blue flame around each one. She took aim at the Leshen's chest, and loosed three rounds, as the rapport of her gun roared in her ears with each shot.

Baba dives into her mortar again, which pivots like a cannon towards Leshen and fires a gray object towards him. The object turns out to be a large leaping wolf attempting to tear out Leshen's throat.

Primordia

"Yes. Absolutely." Rey anxiously nods in agreement.

Wait for both Def and Rbade before progressing this further?

Krampus' Castle

Hit goes into the portal.

"I am. This will be over with swiftly enough, anyway." Narktus stands up and reverts his weapon to lightsaber form, hooking it on his belt. Then he puts his hands together and spreads them apart, pulling open a portal for himself.

Oblivia 1

Yamoshi cups his hands and holds them in front of each other as he gathers energy between them in a manner similar to Android 13 creating an SS Deadly Bomber.

Oblivia 2 (Yawning Giant or something like that?)

"Anytime," Klug replies. "Now, I should get back to hunting."

Noctilum

The Ancient Leshen takes the brunt of Tokza's strike and Megan's gunfire head-on. Like it's nothing. It doesn't even seem to have much of a throat to get a grip on.

Reyna's 'dart' hits its mark, allowing the Kinsect to land a few bites on the Ancient Leshen, leaving clouds of powder hanging in the air...

But then it teleports on top of her position and sticks its arms into the ground, causing three sequential waves of roots to erupt from the ground around it in increasingly wide radii, like the last time.

This time, Reyna pole-vaults over its head the moment it appears and clings to the wall of hanging vines, just out of reach of the roots, before jumping off and doing another vertical whirling slash on her way down.

Wendy strikes down her Relict counterpart, who dissolves into light, taking the entire mindscape of the dark forest with her and letting Wendy's consciousness return to her body.

Wendy awaken but the headache keeps her out of the fight for now. She lay there, grunting in frustration.

Tokza, though, leap over her and through the roots attack, attempting to blast the Leshen with a Fire Punch. The punch comes first, and then a column of fire ignites on her elbow, allowing a second punch to trigger to try to burst through his defenses.

The wolf fades into thin air and the mortar, now savvy to the waves of roots, vaults into the air again, away from the explosions. The skull, which has since snapped out of confusion (not before managing to fracture itself in several places), fires a new beam of flames from its eyes at Leshen, followed up by a projectile in the shape and color of a full moon coming from the dark knight, which will create a circular detonation of silver energy upon contact.

Oblivia

   "Very well. I wish you the best. Should you require my assistance, or simply wish to talk again, do let me know. Farewell, Klug."   

With that, the Draconid sheathed his blades on his back, locking them together to form a ring of sharpened metal, and began to head off towards the source of whatever that feeling of something being amiss was. It almost gave him a bit of a godlike appearance...

Almost. The dark robes and crimson-scaled wings threw it off.

"Ssssshit. Reyna, does this thing have any elemental weaknesses?"

Megan repositioned herself and fired off another three rounds, leaving her with two bullets left in her gun — although, these ones simply had the alchemical fire in them, and no mana boost. She wasn't going for the flinch — she was trying to light the Leshen on fire.

Brain

Brain follows hit, keeping up a salute the whole time.

"Hit! Analysis on newfound swolitude?"

The psychic foams at the mouth, convulsing on the ground.

No healing pods here, old chap.

"..."

He doesn't say anything, but the weary is visible on his face.

"... I think I might go off on my own, for a bit."

Klug cackles like a mischievous gremlin and obvious bad guy at the same time as he takes off running.

"Mostly fire, but also dragon and electri-"

Ancient Leshen

Part Broken

The wood-and-foliage outer body of the Ancient Leshen seemingly explodes, revealing a more ragged form with the colors of autumn leaves underneath, as it stumbles and falls onto its hands and knees. Its Revolture aura disperses once again.

And while Reyna's Kinsect continues hounding it...

"URAAAAH!"

Reyna lets out a sudden surprisingly fierce battlecry as she performs a vertical tornado slash, creating a big explosion as it strikes and ignites the clouds of powder hanging in the air.
