Lucina is able to see the javelins coming, by virtue of keeping her eyes on the battlefield to try and find opportunities. She dodge or deflect the javelins coming at her, though because of that, she fails to get her full attention on Laurent's troubles, being distracted with the battle.

They might be better... but I've fought and won against opponents like these before ! she replies, backing off. She does attempt to come to Marth's aid, attempting to at least fend the Wyverns off with a quick attack. She knows that he's trying to counter but isn't aware that it can counter the assault of several Wyverns at once.

Hm... you're one of those warriors of legends then.

Laurent leap aside at the last moment. He's swift, perhaps not as Lucina though, since part of his fabric is visibly torn.

There is much that I would like to ask you but I need to defeat you first.

He cast Wind, launching several razor-sharp projectiles at the Einherjar.

   "Really? Damn, Anna, I guess they really don't make 'em like they used to, as far as your world's concerned!"   

Nicole breathes a sigh of relief upon being healed by Anna's Physic staff, flashes an appreciative grin at the red-haired merchant, then turns her focus to Altena as the wyvern rider bares down on her.

   "Ooh, nice weapon, girl! I don't exactly plan on being skewered by it, though!"   

She moves to the left, narrowly evading what likely would've been a very grievous wound, before firing her now-charged Arcane Blast at Altena.

"Hmm..." Nebula one of her eyes wander to the ground to make sure there was no Void leading to the knight before taking a step forward and keeping two arms behind her, "Did you see what the creature looked like? Also, can you show me the wound so I can judge how serious it is?"

"Ok, this is just getting ridiculous..." Miles remarked at how labyrinth-like the whole place had become. Upon arriving at the elevator shaft, he called down, "Little Ghost! If you can hear me, give me a sign!!"

Anna's sister smiles.

"Seeing the world has been the dreams of me and all my sisters. While the Anna who runs this shop definitely has had the most success, we've all accomplished it."

She invites Emmeryn to sit down.

"What about you? What's your dream?"

"Yeah. I've been thinking of going back to that time era, get some weapons, and sell them in the present for a higher price.", she says, smirking a little as she dodges an incoming wyvern, upon which Clarisse retaliates.

While one wyvern gets Countered, the others are too swift for Lucina's quick attacks to stop, and as such, 6 Silver Lances strike against Marth.

The ones that just threw Javelins now focus on Lucina, trying to do the same to her as they did to Marth.

Arion is hit by the Wind... but doesn't appear to be hurt at all. He smirks.

"The quality of your tome is rather poor. It'll run out of power before I'm even in danger of dying."

He then has his wyvern land in front of Laurent, and it attempts to grab a hold of Laurent's mage robe with its teeth. Arion himself doesn't attack regardless of the result though.

Altena spins the Gae Bolg yet again, the powerful holy lance actually capable of deflecting Nicole's attack.

"This is the holy Gae Bolg, one of the most powerful weapons in the world. ... So I suppose it is nice."

She readies herself to strike again, but doesn't move immediately.

Travant's wyvern starts to move a little.

Marth falls to his knees and suddenly reverts into a trophy of himself.

Then another giant beam of light identical to the one that brought Marth here tears through the area nearby, and there's a massive fucking explosion of fire in its wake.

Captain Falcon◊ and Roy◊ emerge from the flames. Falcon has the biggest, dumbest grin on his face, while Roy is stonefaced and serious.

Lucina is hit by a few of those, being caught by surprise by Marth's death. However, that leads her to fight on even harder, attempting to swiftly strike away at the Wyverns with Falchion.

When Roy and Falcon burst in, she cover her eyes and look at them, in obvious confusion.

Who are you ?

A weak tome, indeed. he says. But I was banking on you noticing on it.

Laurent let the Wyvern land in front of him and toss the Wind book away, revealing a smaller green book with a large white marking on its cover.

Rexcalibur ! he yells, unleashing the spell at point-blank now that his enemy is so close to him. The enormous wind attack is noticed by Lucina, who promptly get into position to run over to the spot.

Recovering my memory and meeting... two persons. she says. But right now my dream is simply to make you happy. continues Emmeryn. Nicole...Lucina...those persons that they recognized...Samsara...Gangrel...everyone... my purpose is to help them.

Nicole gives an amused smirk in response to Anna's remark... which is quickly replaced a look of outright shock when Altena actually manages to deflect her charged Arcane Blast with the Gae Bolg.

   "Whoa, whoa, what the hell?!"   

Once she's had a moment to regain her composure after that little surprise, she seemingly begins preparing an attack of her own.

   "Heh... fair warning: I wouldn't get too attached to that fancy spear, if I were you."

"You have a really good heart, lady Emmeryn.", Anna's sister says, looking happy. "I'm sure they appreciate the things you do for them."

Travant turns to look at the explosion, seeing the newcomers, and directs his wyvern squad to attack them. As such, they leave Anna, Jake and Clarisse alone, their lances now aimed at Captain Falcon and Roy as they attempt to impale the both of them with a charge attack.

The wyverns that were attacking Lucina back off a bit, regrouping above her. They turn their attention on Anna's group when Lucina starts running towards Laurent.

Arion looks shocked when he realizes what's about to happen, but it's a little too late, and as such Rexcalibur hits its mark, blowing him and his wyvern up a fair amount.

Altena narrows her eyes at Nicole.

"It wouldn't be of much use for you, dragon. Unless you somehow have Major Njörun Holy Blood flowing through your veins. And can wield lances."

She gets ready, not attacking Nicole despite the fact that she needs time to prepare her attack. Seems like she's quite the honorable person.

Travant, meanwhile, looks around the battlefield, planning to attack alongside his troops at last.

Falcon does a Melee moonwalk under the wyverns, double-backflips high into the sky and Falcon Kicks down at the head of the nearest wyvern that had attacked him.

Roy rolls his eyes at Captain Falcon's antics as he simply dash-dodges away, running to Marth's trophy. "Quick explanation - same world as Marth! We're here to help!"

Lucina joins with Laurent, though instead of hugging him, she just jump alongside him, aware that she's in a fight. They group up together and approach the fighting.

What are you doing here ?!

First off, we need to rout the enemy wyverns. It is ill-advised to share a long conversation in the middle of a fight after all.

Lucina nods and Laurent hide behind her, attempting to use weaker wind spells. Lucina, meanwhile, warns him when a Wyvern approaches or try to quickly reaches and defeat one when its stunned enough by Laurent. It's clear that they've fought together for a long while.

I hope so... I remember... people being angry or sad in my memories... and even then I felt upset about it... so I hope that they'll be happy even while these fights are happening.

Jotaro nods.

"Good. I was hoping for some allies before I attempted to take him head on."

Meta-Cooler chuckles.

"Under normal circumstances, I would love to fight yet another version of myself. However, I have to agree with this human. Us fighting each other would be of no benefit to anyone."

Cyber Cooler nods.    "Respectful manners. I suppose you really are another me."   

"We forged an alliance with Cooler to get revenge on a certain Son Goku. We may not look it, but the missus and I are capable fighters ourselves."

"I'm stronger though."

"Undoubtedly."

   "Back on topic, what is the state of your organic body? As you can see, my own body was revived in full after I was slain on New Namek, although I have received cybernetic enhancements from my own Gete Star."   

   "Half-dragon. Now are you actually gonna attack me or just try to beat me in a staring contest?"    Nicole answers Altena.    "Hell, why'd you and your gang of scaly thugs even start this fight in the first place? Wait, let me guess: wanton slaughter is some twisted-ass way of life for you barbarians and y'all get off on crushing people under your heel. Sound about right?"

"Well, while I don't know too much about everything that transpired in your past, I highly doubt they were angry at you.", Anna's sister says. "You're one of the kindest people I've ever met."

One poor wyvern gets killed by a boot to the face from Captain Falcon, upon which the rest of the group throw their Javelins at him. Luckily, this distraction allows Roy to get to Marth unimpeded.

The ones that went after Anna's group, which weren't that many to begin with, are shot down by the three bow wielders.

Arion, now having recovered from having been blasted, suddenly flies above Lucina and Laurent, not yet attacking, seemingly pondering over something instead.

"Your armor and robes.", he suddenly says. "I don't recognize their land of origin. Who are you?"

Altena looks insulted.

"We would never attack the innocent! My father's allies told us to strike at this place and gave us the troops to do so. We're just following orders, and would be rewarded if successful. I don't know what this place has done to deserve an attack, but..."

He pauses, uncertain.

"... I've been questioning our orders, I'll admit. But I'm loyal to my father, and to Thracia."

She then charges at Nicole, Gae Bolg in hand, and tries to slash at Nicole with it.

Travant, meanwhile, descends upon Anna's group from behind, the three of them seemingly not noticing.

"New Namek? I see those Namekians must have made a new one while I was absent. Anyways, the remains of my organic body, after being rocketed into the nearby star by some brat monkey, remain inside my own Gete Star."

He pauses for a moment.

"Although I can see how a proper revival may be preferable to some."

Roy taps Marth's trophy to revive him. He overhears Altena and lunges to intercept, blocking her attack with his sword. "Why fight us, then? Why not talk this out? The less blood we spill, the better."

"Speak for yourself!" boasts Falcon as he does a double-jump into the nearest building wall, jumps off the wall for extra height, and throws a reverse Falcon Punch in midair. He's not even aiming, just throwing a punch and praying it hits something.

If a direction must be given, it would be in the general direction of Travant, although probably not close enough to hit him with it.

   "Hm. Our paths diverged a fair bit, then. I was destroyed with the Big Gete Star by the Saiyan prince Vegeta, but these human scientists salvaged its central data chip and allowed it to be reborn on Earth. Speaking of Earth, I was revived by its Dragon Balls - and so was Frieza. He was obsessed with getting revenge on Goku for defeating him beyond all other priorities, and while I knew it would end poorly for him, I indulged him in training sessions for four months. And not only did he benefit from it, but I as well. Behold, the evolution of our race!"   

Cooler turns Golden.

Young Gero pushes in his scientist spectacles. "According to drone surveillance and direct interview, Frieza and Cooler achieved this form within the same day. However, while Frieza rushed to Earth for revenge and got himself killed, Cooler noticed what the Big Gete Star had done to the land around our lab and came down to investigate in secret."

   "And after being reunited with the Star, I continued to train this form. Frieza made the error of rushing for revenge without resolving the fatal flaw of this transformation - its rapid drain on stamina. I, however, have perfected this form, and thanks to my training on top of my Cosmic Suit enhancements, the draining effect does not concern me at all."

Laurent nods sagely, keeping his eyes on his surrounding since the Wyverns are still around.

We come from your future, I am aware that it must sound impossible but it is the scientific truth. I am the scholar Laurent, this is Ylisse's very own princess, Lucina.

Meta-Cooler nods.

"Interesting. This form is quite the transformation, and that does sound like our irritable brother."

He quickly analyzes the form and sends the results back to his own Big Gete Star.

"If you have such power already, why come here? What could this miserable place give you?"

   "A way to dispose of excess resources. Also the scientists wanted me to accompany them, and they're here for research purposes."   

21 sticks out a tongue at Cyber Cooler, who just gives her a look in retaliation.

   "I suppose it should also be pointed out that they're not actually human."   

"Not fully human."

   "Yes, shut up. They have the minds of human scientists, but their bodies are chimeric bio-androids comprised of genetic material from powerful fighters. The human appearances are merely a disguise."   

"I suppose, now that it's been brought to attention, you may want to see our true forms. First, however, did I not overhear you earlier say something about fighting yet another version of yourself?"

   "Hoo boy... looks like you're in need of a serious wake-up call, girl!"   

Reverting back to normal, Nicole draws both her Killing Edge and Noxian dagger, then brings them up in an "X" to parry Altena's strike and engage her in a Blade Lock.

"First things first: I don't know who the hell your daddy's allies are, but this place didn't do jack to deserve being ravaged by a pack of Wyverns. If you ask me, these 'allies' sound awfully suspicious if they wanna manipulate you into killing the same innocents you claim to never harm. Y'know, innocents like my goddamn friends down there!"

She then look Altena right in the eye.

"So girl, if you're really not a bloodthirsty barbarian who thinks massacres are just a fun little hobby, then why remain loyal and carry out these twisted orders? Because I seriously doubt whatever these 'allies' are offering is worth shedding innocent blood over."

"I see you've not acquainted yourselves with the third version of myself, or rather ourselves. He was completely organic and was accompanied by a human, who I assume was fully human as opposed to you two."

He then turns to Cyber Cooler.

"He also had access to that Golden form of yours, although I was a bit busy being blown apart to analyze it fully."

"True. But I have a feeling nobody could be angry at you.", she says, smiling as well.

Somehow, Captain Falcon's punch takes out 5 wyverns. There's only 3 'real' warriors left, and all three of them try to swoop down upon the captain and impale him on their Silver Lances.

Arion looks confused, unsure what to think of it.

"Normally, like any sane person, I wouldn't believe a word. Yet, your outfits, and that tome... Rexcalibur, you called it? That tome doesn't exist. Everything points to it being the truth."

He still looks thoughtful, as if not yet fully convinced.

"... I am Arion, prince of Thracia."

Altena, meanwhile, has her attack blocked by the combined efforts of Nicole and Roy. She looks shocked that Nicole transformed, apparently not familiar with the concept of a Manakete.

Roy's and Nicole's words make her more doubtful, and she breaks off the weapon lock, but doesn't attack again.

"... but Father wouldn't... go after undeserving people. He's a strict, but fair king."

She turns to look at Travant, who's just about to strike at Anna's group. Anna, however, notices him, and, quickly dropping her Shining Bow and grabbing her Levin Sword, puts him in a weapon lock before either Clarisse or Jake realize what's happening. Travant looks shocked and angered.

   "You... you just blocked the Gungnir with a common sword!?"   

"I wouldn't say it's common.", Anna says, smirking. Travant then pushes Gungnir to his side, taking Anna by surprise since her sword is still locked against it, and causes her to lose her balance for a moment, upon which Travant tries to strike at her, his movements too fast for Clarisse and Jake to react to.

"Father, wait!", Altena calls out, causing him to stop and look for a moment, allowing Anna the time she needs to get back up.

   "What is it, Altena?"   

"We may have made a mistake. These people appear to be innocent."

   "... Are they now?"   , Travant asks, refraining from attacking further. Arion, while he'd already stopped attacking, looks at Altena as well now. Perhaps they don't need to be fought after all?

I will ask you to interpret my demand not as a princess to a prince but as a warrior to another : it seems that you've been tricked and I urge you to stop fighting before more lives are claimed. says Lucina, in a tone that's sort of firm while staying polite. She looks at the success of the other groups and looks a bit hopeful.

Roy sheathes his sword.

Captain Falcon blocks the first two lances with his Smash shield and perfect-guards the third. He starts running at Travant, only for Marth to suddenly grab him by the back of his collar from like ten feet away and hold him by it. "We should talk when afforded the opportunity."

Cyber Cooler powers down.    "Was he now? Well, I'll have to find him, then. See if he's up to par."   

Ribbonverse!Android 20 takes a deep breath in and sighs audibly.

Meta-Cooler is about to respond to Cyber Cooler when Gero sighs.

"Is something wrong, android? Do we bore you?"
