The T-Rex and Nibbler from Fossil Fighters are Spirits, so that at least indicates that other Mon games aren't completely off-limits.
Every monster collecting game that isn't Pokemon is so irrelevant they wouldn't have any reason to.
Alright I think I'm gonna cancel my Nintendo online subscription. With what few games I have that I can play online with, they all been terrible for me. Whether I am playing wireless or wired, I get nothing but lag fests with Mario Kart 8 being the only exception. I ain't gonna be paying for shitty online service.

...is everyone's favorite western-made tactical RPG parody of Toku shows, Chroma Squad... wait, Chroma Squad is the only "western-made tactical RPG parody of Toku shows", isn't it?
Will the transhumanist future have catgirls? Does Japan still exist? Well, there is your answer. — Unknowndigimon vs Shin Megami Tensei is more fitting then Digimon vs Pokemon.
Watch SymphogearSo I'm watching this random video in the news section on the Switch and only just found out speeding up the video also makes the voices go all chipmunk.

You forgot smaller screen. Lite screen is 5.5 inches, while the original is 6.2 inches.
In any case, while I can see where there might be a market for this, I'm not in it. I just use my Switch in console mode, where I don't have to squint at a screen or worry about battery life.
All your safe space are belong to TrumpI was just waiting for the reveal of "But, you can actually connect the Nintendo Switch Lite to your TV... wirelessly, as a controller! This allows us to port over all of the Wii U games to the Switch."
Wasn't sure if it counted as a pro or con...
I guess it's for people who like handhelds and only handhelds.
As with the 2DS, it seems to exist solely as a cheaper alternative for people who really just want to play Pokémon.
Switch Lite also means games like Super Mario Party are out of the question since they do only docked mode.

"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."That Sword and Shield bundle version looks fantastic. If it didn't have the Legendary decals on it I'd be all over that version. As it stands this is basically the revision I've been waiting for before taking the plunge. (I don't think I'll be taking it into outer space though, haha)

The Unswitch. Does confirm Pokemon is going to sell gangbusters though.
Nintendo has learned their lesson indeed. Launch with Zelda always goes well for them.
Does it still incorporate 3D rumble?
Sorry didn't notice the cons.
I wonder if certain games will have to be packaged specifying that Lite's can play them.
Hrm. I'm torn.
On one hand, 99% of my gaming is handheld anyway. Even at home, I don't have the opportunity to play on the big screen. My only concern (other than not having the ability to host Smash Bros parties) is that the hardware might be weaker... I don't know what will qualify for "Handheld Capable" down the line.
But more portable, better battery, and cheaper all do sound wonderful.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.I don’t mind hand held, but I prefer playing on a screen.
I’ve found myself not able to play certain games regularly because I don’t always have control of the Tv due to this preference in fact, even though I could have done off Tv play with both the Wii U and the switch.
So this one isn’t for me.
One Strip! One Strip!
I'm sure a lot of people would love Pikachu vs Agumon vs Mochi vs Jibanyan battles, but I don't know if they'd put mon characters outside of Pokemon into SSB.
