I know Gill is something of a big shot in the SF mythos....

....but am I the only one who thinks he looks kinda dumb?

I mean, him talking about unveiling himself to the world when he goes around just a thong (though with his power, he's essentially the 400 pound Gorilla who sits wherever he damn pleases) and the half blue, half red skin....he looks like a tool.

....though he oddly enough pull it off better than his brother Urien, who if I understand things correctly also goes around in just a thong (except in this video, where big bro is handing his his thong cover ass on a platter).

I swear, somebody needs to be these brothers some decent clothes.

Wonder what the people at Capcom were thinking when making the final boss a Fabio in body paint, honestly.

He apparently was designed to show off that they can have a character who doesn't have an Ambidextrous Sprite - in this and back in SFIII, he'd show the proper side of his body based on which way he was facing and would also throw out projectiles of the element currently facing the camera.

Ironically, every body else still does for whatever reason even nearly 20 years later.

tbh it's just a matter of time. Her character archetype is as popular as ever nowadays.

She's never really been in a proper SF game has she?

At least not one where she was actually part of the plot if I understand.

I did get to see a bit of her in Project X Zone 2.

I mean they teased it all the way back on Twitter years ago

At this point, Capcom may as well just Retcon out SF III timeline wise if they plan to bring in Gill at this point.

Isn't Ingrid trapped in rights purgatory? Seems like it wouldn't be worth it for the devs to do the legal work to resolve it for a character who'd be less well-received than other, easier-to-obtain mainstays.

Otherwise, how did she make it into Project X Zone 2?

I just remember some kerfuffle over her being cut out of a bunch of posters. I don't know the details.

Capcom did what it needed to secure Karin and a couple of Rival Schools cameos. Pretty sure if they wanted to getting Ingrid for V wouldn't be that much trouble.

But would it be worth it for a character who half the world hates and a quarter hasn't heard of, is the question.

Cute girl who may have ties to Bison and his Psycho Power.

Does she have a connection Karin?

Cause they look related.

Not as far as I know.

Then if not they need to fix her design.

She looks too bland & similar to an existing character.
