Shoto is born in January too, though. Precisely one week before Touya. At this point the last three students of 1-A yet to turn 16 in-universe should be Koda, Asui and Shoji (yes, the biggest guy in the class is also the youngest).
And? The other's birthdays don't matter for this, if we're just talking about significance in the date chosen, might as well look at both parts.
I didn't say that was definitively the intention just that it could be taken that way if someone wanted to.

On the topic of birthdays, there may very well be other numerical motifs in the birthdays of the other Todorokis. From Shoto's 11/1 (dd/mm) (both the "number 1" and "going beyond" if Numerological Motif is to be believed,) to Endeavor's 8/8 (8 being a number of the mystic, also symmetric or perhaps duality) to Natuso's 1/7 (number 1, lucky number, adds up to 8 which is doubly present in Endeavor's date) to Touya's 18/1 (spelling Toya, also the number 1 again) to Fuyumi's 6/12 (1 short of 7, 1 short of 11. Also a 1:2 ratio, half being a commonly recurring theme with Shoto but also Endeavor).
We do not nearly have enough info or confirmation to say this is definitely the case, and i'm not arguing the case either. But it's worth mentioning that typical numerical motifs are present and could easily form the basis for crazier theories.
For completion's sake, Izuku's is 15/7 and Bakugo's is 20/4. That's 3*5 and 7, and 2*2*5 and 2*2. I cannot find any obvious motifs here compared to shoto, but the clearly different number choice makes the neatly fitting Todoroki choices more... interesting.

In hindsight, their Theme Naming (Shirakumo=white cloud, Kurogiri=black mist) should have been a tipoff.

So the way it is worded, Kurogiri is a form of Nomu? That's quite a huge shock, IMHO. I've seen people make the black mist / white cloud comparison but i've never seen anyone suggest Kurogiri to be such an artificial being

So Nomu are sort of Flesh Golem . Also I am not sure if I would rather have White Cloud be still inside Kurogiri or not. Either way the implications are horrifying.

Regarding that bit about Dabi's birthday, it strikes me as a very Oda thing to do. He seems to like doing the meaning hidden in numbers bit.
If we wanted to go further with that, you could probably also say that Dabi is born in January because that's the first month and Toya was Endeavor's first child.
