Remus just sat on the top of the couch, not even bothering to sit in the actual seat, just watching the game. He never much cared for sports but hey. It was interesting just hanging out with all the guys. Hadn't touched the beer yet though. Didn't really plan to.

Girls' Nights Out!

"I'm with Dolly." Hope mused, wheeling alongside the group. "Honestly I'm starving a bit. After that how about we mosey over to the games' shop or a music shop? I was wondering if Mithrilmaiden published their new CD already..."

"You know this isn't too bad." Remus said calmly to Pius. "I know you can be a bit stern at times, Pius, but sometimes its nice to loosen up. You'd do well to remember that." Remus took a sip of some coffee from his mug, enjoying the game with about as much interest as one would have in regards to a mildly amusing tv commercial.

Flashback: Workshop

Alexia took a deep breath before turning to face Pius. "So...um, I've been thinking. I feel that, well, my gear seems to be...rather lacking, even with the gauntlets."

She sighed. "I can't keep going up against skilled opponents like Arcana as I am. I feel hopelessly outmatched."

"So, um, I've contacted Weiss and we've talked on the scroll a bit about this...and um....I have blueprints...and I would really like your help!"

"I promise it won't take much of your time, and I'm really sorry if I'm adding yet another project-I know how busy you are. But, I do need your help. I'm rather bad at this sort of thing..."

The Mall

Alexia nodded. "I suppose we can have a bite to eat before we go buy the groceries, and then we can, um, spend our time as we see fit..."

"Or maybe we could get the groceries last? I'm sorry. This is all rather new to me..."

Grimm Studies (Umbra 7)

Seeing Lexi and Pius locked in serious discussion, Ai walked up to the desks and approached them.

"I sense something foreboding. What happened?" she said.

After Classes (Umbra 7)

That afternoon, Ai picked up a small package in the mail. She spent the rest of the day working on the thrusters for her new weapons.

Girls' Night Out (Umbra 8)

As if Ai would miss out on a chance for a girls' night out that doesn't involve the notorious Huang twins Min and Mei.

"Groceries last. We don't wanna be carrying it all around for too long, especially anything that needs to go in the freezer," said Ai.

"I'll probably just be windowshopping, but let's look around. What do you wanna do first?"

After Classes (Umbra 7)

Having gotten Ghatz's message, Naima made a beeline for his location. What he wanted to talk about had been troubling her, of course. Having seen what kind of destruction those maniacs had brought down on The Golden she knew they were bad news. And one of them had flirted with her!

Making it to the library she saw Ghatz soon enough, giving him a wave. "Hey!"

Girls' Night Out (Umbra 8)

A night out with the girls sounded pretty wonderful, so Naima had put on her best casualwear and headed off with them. She didn't go to the mall nearly enough she mused. And now that Ghatz and her were possibly an item she would need to update her wardrobe quite a bit. She was sure he wouldn't mind what she wore but... looking nice for him just seemed like the right way to go.

"Hey umm...." She looked a bit embarrassed as she looked at the other girls. "...I've been meaning to buy some nice dresses. Could you guys help me with that?"

Library- Umbra 7th

Ghatz had dosed off, and his head currently rested on a book as he snored somewhat loudly. Art... wasn't exactly his favorite thing in the world, and the many books he'd been reading about fancy paintings and confusing sculptures bored the hell out of him.

As he slept, he dreamed. He dreamed that he was in a small room, and said room was filled to the edges with paintings. They were frameless and seemingly melded together in a sort of patchwork fashion. As he stepped forward to touch the wall, the spot where he'd rested his hand became devoid of paint. A pure black spot was in the place where his hand had rested. He swiped away some more, exposing more blackness. He blinked.

When he opened his eyes again, he was instead in the library, awake. And there was Naima, standing in front of him. He scratched the back of his head and smiled.

"Hey, Naima! So... after this, we can go on our date, okay? But I have to ask: Did you see the box in that asshole on the boat's hands? Do you have any idea what it could be?"

The Dorm- Umbra 8th

Ghatz yawned and stretched as he went to sit with the rest of the guys. A cold pancake was in his hand as he sat down on the couch, chewing thoughtfully. No, he didn't care for Grifball. But he WAS pretty amused by the conversation of his cohorts. Ayers and Jack making bets? Now THAT was something different. He looked at the both of them and chuckled slightly.

"Sounds like a bargain, Jack. 10 lien, a chance of a date with Ayers? Like damn." He looked at his compatriots, and damn near died when he heard Rufus speak. He clutched his gut laughing for a few seconds, before looking around. He leaned back in his seat. "That's hilarious, Rufus. Seriously. Deadpan humor is the best kind of humor. Unless you're serious. In which case, it's still funny. And interesting." He took a bite of pancake. "I should hang with you all more often..."

"I just personal prefer more- more..." Rufus trailed off from talking to Yun as he paid attention to the betting happening between Jack and Ayers, "Gay men."

... What?

What what?

I'm not even sure.

Then I dunno what to say.

Flashback: Grimm Studies

"Valuable item got stolen from the Golden, the Aura Sphere of Vacuo," Pius replied shortly. "Our enemy is looking into Aura research, given the stories around it."

"It's no trouble, Alexia," The Nobel reassured her. Then he walked over to his mechanics table and tapped the surface. "Let's see this blueprint of yours."

Pius thought for a moment, then shrugged at Remus as if to say, "I'll consider it," when it was about the farthest thing from his mind.

"Gay men," He heard Rufus blurt out.

Okay, I have definitely gone off-track from my work for Alexia. Pius told himself. I need to get away from this and continue testing. I could use some help, though... He reached for his Scroll and texted the two archers of Team SLCR.

Do you think you could help me with something over at the training room?

Girls' Night Out!

Tori giggled, wrapping her arm around the neck of the closest her to her, which in this case happened to be Alexia. "Alright, bitches! Let's have some fun! I've got a BF now, so I can't be wearing the same old, same old! Finally, a chance to let my debit card fly! Also, I plan on making every single one of you model sexy underwear for me!"

Shopping

"I-I can try to help" Imuka replied, thinking to her self a bit. "W-While were here would any one mind stoping by radio-world though? I could use an extra large model airplane, sorry"

Team Shopping

Charisse yawned, mostly bored. She had really wanted to go watch the griffball game, or anything really, but she had dragged herself to the stores to be near Ai.

"I'd be fine carrying bags, it's not problem for me. As long as someone buys me some bread pudding."

Bread Pudding might just be Vale's most prestigious gift to the worldwide community. Plus, carrying everyone's bags, especially Tori's, might prove to be pretty good endurance training.

To the Training Room!

Remus got Pius's message on his scroll, and with nothing really better to do he hopped off the back of the couch and headed to the training room.

Training Room

"Hey Pius. You rang?" Remus said as he stepped into the room.

Ayers shrugged. "Welcome to out of the closet, Rufus." He grunted. "Figgered y'all ferrit, axshly; now y'all just gotta collect enough Grimm hearts to increase yer power even more so's y'all can ascend into a pansexual like me. Haaa!"

Griffball

"I'm not in the closet," Rufus grumbled, somewhat under his breath, "I just prefer not to talk about personal matters."

I'm a little bit in the closet.

I've left the closet door open so I can jump back into it, maybe.

But that's most certainly not my fault.

"Also, I'm fairly certain that you can't eat a Grimm's heart."

"Hey, man, you're fine." Ghatz said as he pat Rufus shoulder. "I'm pansexual meself. If ya like dudes, ya like dudes. Nothin' to it." He grinned and scratched at the edges of his hat. He had always suspected Rufus, but then again, he was half certain everybody in the whole academy was gay, bi, pan, etc. Seemed like a prerequisite for entry here.

"You said it, Ghatz." Yun nodded in agreement, before asking a question that he had been thinking about. "By the way, I've been wondering... since I'm dating Sophie, and Baxter also shares the same body with her, does that make me Bi?"

"Um..." Ghatz said in response to Yun's question. "I dunno. Yes? I mean, you're dating Sophie, right? Not Baxter?" He shrugged before raising his hand in a high-five. "But sweet! Looks like we're both in relationships!" He slowly lowered his hand slightly, expression thoughtful. "Speaking of, bro... uh, you know why Naima went shopping with the rest of the girls? I was... kinda hoping me and her could hang out today..."

Yun returned the high-five before settling back down to reply. "I guess you have a point…maybe I'm just over thinking it." He muttered, before returning his attention to Ghatz.

"Girl's night out at the Vale mall…Naima probably has her own reasons for going."

Odd. Wonder what Pius wants...

Since Jack seemed busy with setting up a bet with Ayers, Lucas just got off the couch and mad his way to the training area.

Shopping

"I'm not much of a fashion connessieur, but I can try to help. As for your idea, Tori, I'm gonna pass on your generous offer. Cripples aren't sexy." She said, tapping the frame of the wheelchair in thought. "Although I don't mind borrowing Sophie for a bit later, so we can raid the nearest videogame store."

Living Room

"Sure, I need to do maintenance on my weapons anyway ." Yun agreed, rising up from his seat. "Just gotta drop by my dorm to get my stuff."

"Yun, if you're dating Sophie, that makes your late nights something called Orgies." He watched the screen. "You know, I'm fairly sure the only reason they keep Tex on the team is that she can beat ass in a fight." He remarked,

Dorm

"Alrighty. Same here." He nodded and stood. "Workshop C, right? See you there, yo." He then proceeded to head up to Team STNG's room.

He swung the door open and went to the underside of his bunk. Stored there were a variety of bags, each of which contained a variety of components and blueprints. He grabbed one, labeled "Goggles", and pulled it out. He also grabbed his aviators goggles from his night stand. He decided to take the time today to work on his design. For over a month now, he'd been working tirelessly on a copy of Professor Waylands unique goggles, that allowed him to scan equipment. The professor had been unwilling to help him out, so he'd been working largely by himself. Surprisingly enough, he'd actually managed to design a pair of goggles that would work in a lesser capacity, but hadn't been able to successfully fabricate them. They'd just be a cheap imitation of the real thing, anyways... if I could just get my hands on those goggles, I could easily reverse engineer them... hm... He looked at the bunk of his teammate, Noiri Sloan, and had a nasty idea. He pulled out his scroll for a moment and sent her a quick message.

Noiri, it's Ghatz. I have need of your mad thievery skills. I'll talk to you about it later, if you're interested. I can pay you, of course, if you so desire. But regardless, I have a proposition for you:

I want to steal Professor Waylands goggles.

And with that, he went to the workshop, hoping to maybe make some progress on his own design. Hopefully, Noiri would be willing to assist him in his larcenous caper, thus allowing him to FINALLY realize his design, and to the fullest capacity.
