I can't believe Astor thought betraying the people who turned evil because they were betrayed was a good idea.
Song of the SirensI'll really need to come back to read this thread's last thirty or so pages once I'm done with the story (I'm currently about to start chapter 6).
Also, man, Zelda becomes an absolute beast once she gets the minecart.

"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."Ahh I thought they're fine because of how early you could get them. Spoiler'd.
Also one thing is that Cotera's (the blonde with straight hair) ZR has a defense debuff effect. Now normally their unique action forces you to switch. However if you dodge during ZR, the unique action is done without switching. A couple of defense debuff stacks makes their damage powerful.
You know, I really do wonder if Astor is DLC in the future, think he might get his own Campaign like Cia did?
And I wonder how he'll play like?
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.Probably can summon Hollows to attack for him.
Astor would be interesting.
I'm wondering, after you beat the game, you get the option of changing the Champions' outfits, either their Champion garb or what they were before then. You don't suppose we'll get more outfits for them? 'Cause I'd love that.
Man, I am constantly hurting for rupees. Maybe I need to sell more stuff.
I was actually wondering why despite earning thousands of rupees somehow I keep ending up short. Turns out quests beg rupees too.
The cost for fusing weapons add up quickly.
I haven't been running into Rupee trouble but that's because I've been specifically running around with Dubious Food and Honey Crepes whenever possible.
Which means I've been buying durians after every level. Gotta spend money to make money, after all.
There's one level where you can farm durians and I did it three times with the Egg Tart on but I still ran out later. The Gerudo are real durian hogs. Then I forgot which level it was.

I don't like how the only way to get Courser Bee Honey seems to be that one shop, and they only ever sell 3 of them, so it makes it *really* difficult to stock up on them, especially if a quest requires stupid amounts of them, like 30 >_>
At least the shopowner's got a funny voice.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!I believe the honey is also a drop?
Just unlocked the final character. Looks fun.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Yeah, now that I actually know how they work thanks to the internet and have spent some time putting that knowledge into action, I'm gonna come out and say it:
The Great Fairies are actually genuinely good. Like, really good. Cotera's unique action, as Ookamikun mentioned, inflicts an infinitely stacking defense debuff and it's nuts. It makes them an incredibly potent boss killer. You just have to be careful about keeping your guard up until the right moment.
The problem is that this information doesn't exist anywhere in the game. And of course the camera still likes to freak out on them, unfortunately.

Trans rights are human rights. They've gotta let the camera pull through objects and make them transparent.
The camera in this game is awful. A lot of my fights with Hinoxes have just been an extreme close-up of their belly and groin while I'm flailing trying to figure out where the hell I am.
And when playing as Riju it's out of control.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Cranking the difficulty doesn't increase the recommended level and thus the weapon drop quality? Lame. This game better have as much support as the first HW. I'm craving endgame content.
That's what Blood Moons are for. Too bad that they're random.
Trans rights are human rights.Apparently, the Hinox's "anchor point" (or whatever it's called) is at groin level. Either that, or Zelda is secretly a pervert when she uses her special.
"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."Apparently difficulty increases the quality of weapon drops.
I found out yesterday that if you do the first Rito Village quest as Revali, you can end up having Revali fight Revali. It's pretty great.
Also, I got a costume change for Zelda. Got her fighting in her cold weather gear now, instead of that horribly impractical sacred gown.
Did the Great Fairy quests, earning a crapton of rupees, only to spend most of them upgrading the Great Fairies. Rats.
Edit: We get way too many Hinox groin shots. I did not need that in my life.

The only Worthy Opponent Revali’s ever fought, according to Revali.

Speaking of Revali, good Lord, the stick is so far up his ass, it was insane.
Video games usually have the problem of sucking up to the player, but Revali was on the other end of the extreme. He hates you for no reason. You would logically assume that the resentment came from Link beating up all of Revali's subordinates, but nope. That's never a factor lol.
Made funnier, that he tries to be amicable towards everyone else. You would also think that because the other Champions are born from privilege, he, the working class Champion, would beef with them, but nope lol. Only Link gets the "He has no reason to be here" rant.
He's good for making Link show emotion though. Whenever Revali runs his mouth, Link gets visibility irritated. lol

Spoiler tags, dude. They're a secret character, be considerate.
But yeah, about the Great Fairies — something I've realized after playing with them some is that their guard actually seems to be unbreakable, like Daruk's. The ability to shrug off anything as long as you hold ZL kind of makes up for the giant hurtbox.
Trans rights are human rights.
