I'm inclined to agree...Escalating Chase sounds like a specific way Everyone Chasing You can happen.

I don't see any significant difference between these two either.
Though if we were to cut one, I'd be more inclined to remove Escalating Chase, since this one seems to be the more established trope (it has more wicks and inbounds).

There are several duplicate examples, too. Some other examples on Everyone Chasing You though don't mention that it's "escalating" so I am not sure that these tropes are actually the same.
