The description is, well, claiming that in most works, justice does prevail in the sense that The Good Guys Always Win.

However, the laconic claims that it's about a character making a statement about their commitment to justice. Basically, justice being a character's guiding tenet.

Most of the examples are about the stock phrase of people making the claim that justice will, in fact, prevail with nothing to do with whether it does or not.

Which of the three is it supposed to be?
