Thing with collab posts is that I'm not super crazy about them.

Is anyone actually close to Eventua's timezone?

I'm going to be super busy tomorrow, so I may not get to post anything for another 24 hours. ):

Deciding how to act, though. A collab post via PM, in my experience, is way too slow. Fine with advanced prep, but if Initiation is tonight (or today, for most of the players?) then there's no way to write up a large collaborative initiation post. Especially if there's a risk of things changing rapidly or character interaction outside of the partners, thus making the current collab post out of date, which is almost sure to happen.

How long will Initiation last? I suppose I could resort to just writing long posts on rare occasions, but that severely limits character interaction... much as Urujauni is just a loner for now, I don't want it to stay that way. :/

I participate in a collab RP on another site, we use google docs to do the work. Its much faster than P Ms

Wait. Insano! Does Eventua match with your timezone? I mean he can just be on while the Co-GM is in charge.

Have Urujauni partnered with Pius or Belle? Would that work? Their activity seems to match up with mine, and there is already some interaction the... o_O;

Depends if Insano or Azure would want to do that? Switch partners? They seem to have a good thing going, though, so... I don't want to break that up.

No, I mean, Insano G Ms the Intiation while I'm asleep or otherwise absent. You can do stuff during that time.

...I mean, that's the reason I appointed a Co-GM in the first place.

I think one thing Eventua is worried is minimal interaction with a partner due to incompatible timezones.

I suppose it's somewhat unavoidable that I wont be able to get a great deal of character interaction, regardless of who I'm paired with - time zones and jobs can't be altered, after all.

I kind of feel like being partnered with Urujauni is more of a burden for the other player, now. :/

Also, my timezone is 00:00/GMT/UK time. As of this post, it's 23:50pm, for example.

@Grim Helm: Eventua is across the pond from me, so our timezones are out of sync. Right now, it's 19:50/7:50 pm over here, so we're about four hours apart. Wouldn't mind one way or another if Pius is paired with either Urujauni or Belle, but it depends on Azure's compliance and the necessity of the switch.

I will mention, that even if I could be paired with someone from Europe, my schedule is hectic and busy - work throughout the morning till about 1 o'clock, then two hours free, then off to work again at about 3-ish till 10 in the evening.

Another Team name that just jumped out at me: Team RULR

I'm kind of not so bothered about what I'll lose out on - my situation is the way it is by my own choice, after all. Even then, after Initiation, each team with have four characters, four players - so we'll all overlap to varying degrees.

It's more Initiation, which is very partner focused, which worries me, again, as much for the other player as myself. :/

I'm happy to play catch up for most of the RP - but Initiation is something else entirely. It's basically a Co-Op RP all of its own.

It's fine! I'm enjoying the RP and feel really motivated to add stuff to it - character stuff, worldbuilding stuff. It's just annoying that I don't have much chance to take a deeper part, partly because of the speed, partly because of the time zones.
