Negotiations aren't likely to go very well, either. Gallia has literally no reason to help them. Gallia's beat to shit, but the Empire is still strong. If Gallia gets into another war, and they will if they piss off the Empire, then all this means is that they'll be easy pickings for the Federation from the other side.
Simply put, there's a reason why Gallia maintains neutrality.

The Empire won't know where it came from. It's not like they know that Gallia has anything even related to artificial Valkyria now. Besides it'll most likely be the only thing the RLA gets from them. It's not like they'll get guns (they have those, looted from Imperial warehouses) or tanks or anything.

Except it'd be incredibly unlikely for the empire not to know where the Artificial Valkyrur come from. They weren't particularly subtle in the Civil War.

Wait, I can't call that a Valkyria nuke, because there is an actual Valkyria Nuke in VC 3... Fuck it, I'm still calling it that.
So, it had her surviving the act of nuking herself with no memory whatsoever and then being seduced by Riella apparently because Riella is really kinky and wanted to know what sex with a Valkyria is like when you're not the Valkyria in the equation. Turns out it's pretty fun.

The first fic is a story of Bad Company if they were working for the Atlantic Federation Army.
The second fic is what happens if Selvaria chooses to defect after Maximilian leaves for dead. Been a while since I read it.

Ironically, VC 3 provides a very easy way for Selvaria to survive.
Namely, not allowing herself to be captured because she has to settle her duel with Imca (if only as a form of penance for her own actions and a form of Suicide by Cop). If she goes Valkyria, nothing can stop her from leaving except another Valkyria.
Aliasse is fuck knows where, Alicia's not gonna do it since she hates her powers and Riella, who would be willing to do it, isn't anywhere near close at that point and would probably get trounced by Selvaria (since Riella is kind of a failure Valkyria, even though she's the only one willing to use her powers on demand).

Do you guys think it would be plausible for a supply-strapped group of resistance fighters to make real-world bazookas and mortars? In this universe it doesn't look like they've got any real mortars or bazookas other than warheads that go on the end of lances.

Artillery does exist in the VC universe; we see it in the first game's opening few missions, or at least what it does. Nobody seems to have the doctrine to call a strike though; just pre-arranged bombardments. Given the WW1-ish setting that's not too implausible.

There's also the mortar "mode" of the tanks cannons.
Breaking into Lanseal and stealing anything will prompt Gallian response. And not in a favorable way. The empire is not going to act unfavorably towards the Gallians if the Gallians help them. Hell, it might even wind up being the bridge that leads to peaceful relations between Gallia and the Empire.
