Well, from what I've heard I think you'd probably have more warning flags pop in your head if you were familiar with his actual work.
Actually, I'm not familiar :p I don't keep track. But what's he doing employed under that 'famous' company?
Also, that dinner in Episode 2. Biggest laugh I had.
Same as usual.... Wing it.You don't say!
Same as usual.... Wing it.
We're not the only ones who noticed.
Edit: I can't believe I missed the post-credits screen with White Robin's boss... which then focused on the fact that he had a cigar and ashtray.

Also yes, Zvezda's main threat is a smoker, it looks like. The amounts of rage Kate's goona unleash will be staggering.
Now I get it! It does make sense! Thanks!

It's Shijou Takane from the Idolmaster. See the comic that I posted before the above post for the hilarity of her resemblance with Kate/Venera.
What's the similarity? The hair? Can't imagine it being personality.
more obscure, but Kate reminds me of Petralka.
More obscure or not, I actually got that reference.
Check out my fanfiction!
Takane's the member of the main group that has a deliberate mysterious origin going for her. The most prevalent theories are that she's an Expat from a Central European country under an assumed name, or that she's from the Moon. Literally.
One of the official comics (which I got that edit from) suddenly revealed that she had a younger sister back home... which watchers of Zvesda jumped on.
Those being the two prevalent theories amuses me. "exiled princess in disguise from country X" is the sort of mysterious background I would expect. "exiled princess from the moon".....not so much.
That's right out of Japanese folklore.
Episode 3: For an episode about anti-smoking you kinda get the feel the writers were smoking something.
I don't like smoking but damn this was Anvilicious
The whole thing is a joke anyway. Hell there's a cameo of the director as he is smoking so there really is no message behind this
I consider it my duty to ensure that, should you be surprised by a bear in your library, you will have ample ammunition to beat it to death. The whole episodes plot felt like something you'd see in an american comedy cartoon, which is part of the reason I found it so hilarious.
A more traditional episode, insofar as the fundamental quantum connection of all udo is traditional, but it continues its patterns. It's pretty much a given now that it's going to examine the abandonment complexes/"finding a place for themselves" of each character in turn.
I think that this episode is awesome in its own way that seperates itself from the show if you want to think of it that way.
Same as usual.... Wing it.... huh?
What's precedent ever done for us?Anyone else notice that Kate's room is completely empty aside from her bed? Is that normal for kids that age?
The entire Zvezda hideout is her room, in a sense. Psychologically speaking, she doesn't need anything besides her companions.
Same as usual.... Wing it.I'm pretty sure there's very little about Kate that's normal for kids her age. Whatever that age might be - she always seems to look exactly the same in the flashbacks, which is a bit weird for someone who's apparently so young.
What's precedent ever done for us?Do you get the feeling that this series will end with "And just how did Kate conquer the world? We'll never know!!"
It's... pretty much shown in the beginning, wasn't it? But, it might be a red herring of course.
Same as usual.... Wing it.
Really? Well, one can still be alert: the possibilities are .... dark.
I do hope the characters gradually grow up and show why there are so many destruction marks like in the beginning. Or, well, things go hilariously north or south. This has the potential.
Same as usual.... Wing it.
