As promised
Cool! Felicia Day and Matthew Mercer are in it. Plus a spanish and australian narrators.
I don't think she was actually speaking Spanish. It seemed more like reading Google Translate. But yeah, I'm surprised Matt Mercer was there.
It's been 3000 years…There's credits. The Telenovella Voice was Vanessa Gritton. Who is indeed, not spanish.
...I did not initially realize that Matt Mercer was one of the narrators. XD
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyWhen I first watch the movie's official trailer, i knew the movie was going to be bad due to its weird pacing and acting.
How good was the book?
Well, for one the heroine was far more scarred in the book. She basically had half her face smashed in.
Honest Game Trailers seems to have taken (almost) all of it's videos offline. They are all set to private now.
Optimism is a duty. Are they moving to another channel? Only thing I can think of.
Mortal Engines is a classic YA adaptation so far up its own ass that it forgets to have things like a plot.

Short of CGI or obtrusive prosthetics, this sounds like the sort of thing that's very difficult to properly show in a film adaption.
This IMO isn't a point against the film.
"Sandwiches are probably easier to fix than the actual problems" -HylarnAs someone with a disability and who works in a workplace with lots of fellow disabled employees right in the center of LA, it really wouldn’t have been hard for the filmmakers to put in effort and cast a disabled actress.
And they didn’t put in that effort not because it was hard, but because they couldn’t picture themselves caring about a disfigured person.
And the movie ended up failing hard.
Karma for ya.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I am extremely skeptical of this, I don't see how it could be plausible for them to find a talented actress who also happens to be disfigured in that specific way.
Their given reason is absolutely horrendous but that doesn't mean your idea is reasonable.
"Sandwiches are probably easier to fix than the actual problems" -HylarnThe specifics possibly not, but a 60% effort is still better than zero. Someone with just one of the impediments canon to Hester would’ve gone a longer way to representing disabled viewers than just drawing one scar and calling it a day.
You know, they could even have tried harder with the prosthetic instead of just one tiny scar.
But then that would have made her ugly and we can't have a female main character in a movie who's ugly now can we?
…I mean, yeah, if you were expecting an action movie from Shyamalan, it's your fault, not his. >.>
THIS LOOKS LIKE A JOB FOR AQUAMA−oh he's dead.
The last time M. Night did an action movie, we got the hilarious awfulness of The Last Airbender. Never again.
You forgot After Earth.
So did everyone else.
So that's one way to tell your husband that your going to have a baby. Congrats to the commenter and her husband.
Not if the teaser is any indication
