Well, I'm one of the only sentient ones, and it was probably a fluke, so...

No, I don't think so. The fact that we're likely not from the same universe is one thing, but to create a human-like sentience would require a ton of work and dedication. Not luck.

I'm seriously sick of you. Despair this!(hops away before firing a couple of Heat Gun shots, unleashing flames at Grand Zamboa)

-since the robot lacks mobility, the attacks hit. Since it's pretty resistant, they don't inflict too significant damage-

-the tentacles of the Grand Zamboa extend, trying to wrap themselves around Dragonite-

-meanwhile, the main body tries to crush Solurk underfoot-

-Solurk tries to hold up the foot with brute strength, and maybe even push to topple the Grand Zamboa over-
