If Vezon doesn't think too much about it, he'll lose his only offensive power if he betrays Sombra. He could make such a mistake, he's Ax Crazy after all.

Personal opinion, but I think that having occasional boss fights isn't an inherently terrible thing. They can't be too frequent, of course, and both sides can't let it drag on intentionally, but I don't think it'd hurt to have the occaisional Bigger Bad some of us have to band together for to defeat.

So... nobody has noticed that the Masked Man seems to be less enthousiastic to follow Porky? Add that to the fact he responds to his real name... is he even brainwashed at all? Or is he following Porky of his own free will?

@Jonathan: I think the same, but last time I had a large-scale boss battle the OP chewed me out and told me to never ever do that again.

Uh... The Masked Man's declaration of no worries throws Tomara for enough of a loop that she has to fight to keep her physical expression the same as it had been instead of morphing to one of surprise. well, that's good, but...why?

That said, Sombra's respawn time will probably be pretty damn long. And given that he tried to upset the very rules of the Arena, it's a good bet that he may not respawn at all. Or if he will he may have no memory of the Army or anything to prevent him from trying to take command of the Arena again.

Oh? But what about the Ultimate Chimera boss battle? ...Who got beaten because Pseudo was kind of an idiot but still, had he not interfered, the chimera would have slaughtered them all.

Because I'm merely assisting Porky because we have a common enemy. When Sombra's gone, I'll go back to my brother.

The Masked Man suddenly jumps up.

"He's near... very near..."

Porky grins and looks at Giygas.

"Well, seeing you suffer has been thrilling, Giygas. But now I'm afraid we must take out leave. We'll catch up to him soon. Unlike him, we don't sleep at all. It won't be long now...", Porky grins.

Marsh takes out a bazooka and shoots the floor, spraying up broken steel and dust to cover their path.

When it clears, the three have fled.

Gotta go, see you later!

EDIT: If Sombra doesn't respawn or takes too long, the army will disband before Porky has the chance to get it back. Which means that, even if they win, Porky only has his few elites left. So after Sombra, no more army.

"You know what we must do, right?"

"If what we must do it 'Get to Ninten before that spoiled brat gets to him first', then yeah, I know," Tomara replies. "Do you have any way to locate him, actually?"

"No. But this Arena is small. We can find him just as long as we stay out of sight of Porky and the others."

A young man with long, curly black hair spawns into the Arena, and looks around.

"Huh? Where the heck am I?"

"Wait... robotics facility... Seriously? This place? Am I seriously in the fuckin' Arena?"

Johnny wakes up in the roundabout. He starts to breathe heavily, almost as if he had woken up from a nightmare, and then shiver.

No...n-not again...

He feels around him. His hands comes across a piece of glass, cutting it. He then freaks out, and gets up and frantically runs away, clutching his bleeding hand. However, he then trips and falls, causing his pants to tear not he glass below and get him some more cuts. Freaking out and hyperventilating, he runs further and further into the Arena...

WHO'S IDEA WAS THIS?◊

He may or may not bump into me the young man, who is mumbling to himself.

"Then again, might make a good time to give Project Phalanx a real workout! Hell, this could be just the test run I'm looking for!"

Yeah, he's an Author Avatar, but he's got no powers of his own. His only offensive capability is "Project Phalanx", which is the real point of the avatar.

He keeps running, and when he hears the sound of a bullet whizz past him, he looks back and then keeps running, not stopping until - OOF! He (accidentally attempts to, because freaking rules) runs into Micool.

We're both knocked tumbling down, thankfully with a solid object between us and Batfag.

"Well, crap. I was hoping for a better reveal than this, but..."

The ring I'm wearing - which looks notably like a Puella Magi ring, but with noticeable differences, such as having four gems on it rather than one - starts to glow.
