It's notable that Fassad's "voice" is very distinctive, as you'd hear a bunch of trumpet sounds and a female robotic voice translating them. Can't confuse that with absolutely anything else.

...Until, suddenly, the wings and calls are silenced completely. Which can only mean one thing...

The silence can only mean a single thing... whatever it was that was making that sound, whatever it was that was seemingly flying closer and closer...
It's descending.
As if right on cue, the sound of a faraway explosion, like that of a very large mass hitting the ground, breaks the (relative) silence, and a shockwave of dust barrels mercilessly through the facility, straight towards the group.

She then looks up, and her reaction is somewhere between Oh my god! :D and Oh, Crap!.
In case you didn't see yesterday, Isana's attitude towards giant monsters is much like Croc Hunter's towards wildlife. Unless they're wrecking shit that doesn't respawn. Nah, even then she'd rather try to save them and kill them only as a last resort.
