Isn't refinancing a good thing?

I wouldn't know. The fact that he's apparently been going around asking people if they want to buy the building, and said he wants to delay refinancing, complicates the matter.

Well, since my sister turned 16 on Monday, mom took her to get some job applications for fast food places around town. And she's already got an interview! Which is great for her, but at the same time I'm wondering why it took me two months to get an interview this year.

And I spoke too soon. Even though the storm's basically gone, the power just went out. I think I'll hang around here for a little while and see if it doesn't get fixed soon.

I'm wondering if they're going to explain why Discord is in the window of Fluttershy's cottage during the intro. Right now, it seems like something they added, then forgot about.

The Dark Knight Rises is kind of a hot mess, but I still love it for having the balls to two things. First, it gave Bruce Wayne a definitive ending (not a Sequel Hook, not some And the Adventure Continues BS) and a happy one at that. Second, it acknowledged that the dramatic ending of the last movie—"Let's beat the Joker by lying to everyone, ever, about what Harvey Dent did!"—was actually kind of a bad thing.

I don't see why it needs any explaining. Obviously Discord stays with Fluttershy while he's in town (see Keep Calm And Flutter On).

Yeah, I don't get why that needs to be explained either. Every time Discord has been shown visiting Ponyville, he's always there to see Fluttershy, so it makes sense he'd show up there.

Because it's there and, hey, we're Bronies. Overthinking things is our duty.

There was a lot of speculation when people noticed it. "Is Discord living with Fluttershy now?" But nothing has been done with it.

The real question is where does he live? Or just wandering around Equestria making some poor ponies' lives miserable.

Given that it's Discord I doubt that he really lives anywhere. He probably just wanders around and summons himself a carnival ride whenever he wants to relax.

Yeah, Phonemenoal Cosmic Power comes with not having to worry about housing.

No, you can just create your own plane of existence if you really need a spot to hang out.

Though that would be pretty amusing Discord needing a place to stay, and Flutters politely but firmly kicking him out after getting tired of him crashing at her place. So he's homeless and wanders around Equestria looking for odd jobs.

We'll make chaos for food...

He doesn't need to eat though.

Well, he might, but he can also generate food out of nothing.

He also seems to have a rather odd taste in "food."

But what would be the challenge in that? Maybe he does forgo the immortality for a bit, and assumes a pony form with it's inate needs, just to see if he can. He can't really die or anything, probably reverting back if the form's done for, but it's the spirit of the idea.

I don't think he really cares much about challenge. He cares more about messing with people.
