It’s only a matter of time until he eventually does a full review on the Lion King remake. If he wants to be clever, he’d copy and paste his original Lion King review for this to comment on how it’s too similar.

I just hope he doesn't get into a full-blown meltdown over it like he did when he reviewed it as himself. It really is one of the better live action remakes.

I remember the original trailer and ads that focused mostly on the "Catzilla" scenes, making the film seem like it was all a live action Tom & Jerry movie.

Doug is planning to review this movie but wants to wait until it's safe to gather everyone at the studio, as his idea for the video involves getting the whole cast together. (Though he said that depending on how the situation evolved, he might just bite the bullet and shoot the review at his home. Cats, however, he definitely wants to review at the studio with everyone.)

Maybe he'll review Spongebob episodes Season 5-7. They're just like "Invader Zim" and "Courage The Cowardly Dog", only pointless and hateful.

FWIW, Doug said during one of the streams that he was considering doing a Redux Month with longer and more in-detail reviews of stuff he first covered when he was on YT and had a 10-minute limit, like Batman and Robin or Street Fighter.

Honestly, one of his more disappointing reviews was that of Last Action Hero, as he never acknowledged the movie was supposed to be a parody, and he generally approached it if it were just one of Schwartzenegger's standard action movies. Of course, properly reviewing that movie is difficult because it's a parody. Even he admits it's hard to review comedies because you can only say "That's not funny" so many times.
His Alita review was interesting because he tries to admit its flaws but the overall tone is otherwise worshipful. I adore that movie too and generally agreed with everything he said, though there is a lot more to talk about.

IIRC, Space Jam was one of the reviews he wanted to potentially re-do.
Is one of the reason he feel disapointed with junior: for all the crazy premise, the movie seen to take seriously that it was just boring instead of crazy.

I don't think there's an official list or something but IIRC, he mentioned Space Jam, Street Fighter, Batman and Robin, and the first Ninja Turtles movie as the candidates.
With "Dark Harvest", I heard it was an example of Murder Simulators. I heard it on this website, but I can't find the exact page, so maybe it was just an inaccuracy that was deleted.

Something funny happened. I went back to Doug's Disneycember reviews on all the DCOMs that he did. And man does it show his age. I was the target age for allot of them when they came out. So I tended to talk about a lot of them with my friends at school and online. And allot of topics were braught up between us. None of which are braught up by Doug. Not that it makes the reviews bad, but I just found it interesting to get an outsiders point of view on something that is a really big part of my childhood.
