It's less Twilight, and more sleepy-Indie-flick.
I am proud to admit that I have never heard of the Sneezing Baby Panda ever.
And that Grumpy Cat movie was baaaad. It had a couple good moments, but it was mostly really boring and dragged on and on.
The oddest part was the movie constantly making fun of itself, like it knew it was bad and played off that.
Such as Grumpy Cat asking after every commercial break why were you still watching this?
WELL YEAH, WHY WAS I STILL WATCHING THIS?!?! >.<
My mom thinks that the creators just sat back and laughed at all the stupid people who actually watched it, including me. That sounds pretty likely.
Even with these awkward wings, dyed with images that seem to stay. I'm sure we can fly, on my love! 3DS Friend Code: 2809-9138-8756I only watched it for Aubrey Plaza. She's hilarious. I was expecting a bad, funny movie. I received an okay/mildly bad, hilarious movie. I am pleased.
It's just always weird to me when internet things intrude into the real world. I always want to be like, " Don't you know you don't belong here?"
It's just older executives trying to cash in on things they don't understand and doing a bad job of it. Nothing more. It is not a symbol of generational stupidity nor "kids these days"- just people who don't understand trying to make money off of those who do.
Is this best described as "a mushy movie which cat-lovers will make you watch, but luckily contains enough zingers to let you laugh and survive it?"
The title of this thread is becoming truer. There is now a Grumpy Cat book.
Now we just need a Grumpy Cat Game. That will be the day.
You there! Check out my Youtube Channel! The power of Ponies compel you!Let me rephrase that. An actual game, like a platformer or something, not some dress-up thingie.
You there! Check out my Youtube Channel! The power of Ponies compel you!Must be nice to get filthy rich by owning a cat that happens to look like it's frowning.
That line was actually funny.
Also, I kept on feeling like Plaza's Grumpy Cat was a feline Daria.
I saw her as Aubrey Plaza possibly in character as April (Parks And Recreation) riffing on a film.
Alas, Tardar Sauce (stage name Grumpy Cat) has passed away at 7.
It's not often that a cat gets an obituary in the NY Times.

The darkest timeline just got even darker.
The world got a little smaller today...
True, but usually if the trailer gives me a headache it's not a good sign. After all, a trailer's purpose is to give an idea of the film.
It's about a girl who falls in shallow love with a guy who may or may not be crazy and may or may not be able to time travel. No indication whether or not there even is a time machine, and no idea why that'd be left ambiguous. And if I had a time machine, that'd be one of the first things I showed to anybody chasing after my ad. And you can't say it's because he's cautious because anybody so cautious would not put out an ad like that.
IDK. I just feel they could've done so much more with their premise. The premise involved weapons, time travel, and safety that is not guaranteed. It's got awesome action flick written all over it and they made some sappy Twilight-esque movie.
